It is true that Blacks comprise a larger share of crooks, criminals and murders in jail.
It is equally true that Mexicans (Latinos) comprise a larger share of crooks, criminals, and thieves in jail.
Look at world leaders and world politicians --they are people of deprave mind and deprived of the truth. What truth? The truth in Jesus Christ.
Rom 9:15-16, “For He says to Moses, “I WILL HAVE MERCY ON WHOMEVER I HAVE MERCY, AND I WILL SHOW COMPASSION TO WHOMEVER I SHOW COMPASSION.”
So then, it does not depend on the person who wants it nor the one who runs, but on God who has mercy.
The truth in Jesus Christ is it does not depend on the person who wants compassion nor the one who runs, but on God who has mercy. It is the grace of God. We do not focus on deprave mind in this article. Deprave mind is closely related to deprived of the truth.
A sight of the world
If you ask me what do I think of the world? Examine worId politics and world economies will clearly tell you the world is deprived of the truth. If I list the names of the leaders, politicians, and countries who are people of deprave mind and deprived of the truth, they will target me. Also world institutions such as UN, etc.
JAPANESE WAR CRIMES
Although Japan unconditionally surrendered, but Japan did not fulfill one responsibility.
Japan never pays one dime for sexual slavery, forced labor, killing 36 million Chinese, committed biological warfare, etc.

Japanese leaders shamelessly worship its executed war criminals as heroes and living gods. They do not repent or confess their war crimes and atrocities; instead they glorify them. These are pure certification of people of depraved mind and deprived of the truth like Japan will do something most inhuman and uncivilized again soon.
A look at America
American government practices phony democracy, it does not serve the American people, it serves the vested interests. It is dangerous to name the departments and agencies because they use their powers to persecute you. Once I was defrauded by the most organized-crime deprived of the truth medical terrorists in the world -- the American healthcare terrorists. They had long commuter printouts of defrauded billings with esoteric technical terms that even a PH.D. could not understand. I discovered many defrauded items, for example, I did not have surgery but I was charged medical supplies of surgery; they even charged my own underwear. I called the hospital accounting department. The female biller threatened me to dig up (create) more bills for me. So I sent the document evidence to Department of Justice. The female secretary of DOJ was not interested to hear the case. Too bad by that time President Nixon was already dead. He was interested in supporting justice and peace. Even today American healthcare industry boldly practices American healthcare terrorism because the government does not stop them. If you have healthcare insurance, they will deal with doctors and hospital for you. If you do not have insurance, they will eat you up. Hospital charged a semiprivate room more than a 5-star luxurious HOTEL room. You wonder why American healthcare cost is the highest in the world.
Examinations of some American businesses
It is almost certain fraud will be committed in all car repairs of so many varieties. Every car owner can testify to it.
I used to live in Cypress, Orange County for so many years. Every year I was invited by the Chinese Ministry of Education to lecture at major universities. Edison Power runs Orange County electricity. For three weeks every year I vacationed in China during which the power was shut off and no electricity was used, however the electric bill did not go down. So I called Edison Power for explanation. The company female representative unbelievably explained that they did not charge customers by usage. In America almost every household needs a lawyer to defend itself for all kinds of fraud and extortion.
Unfortunately I had a car accident. The front was pretty damaged. Being a member of AAA I naturally called for towing service. According to the estimate of reconstruction, the cost of reconstruction would be more than the value of the old car. So I decided to give the damaged car to the towing company. They were glad to accept the deal because just the four brand new tires alone would get a handsome sum. After my damaged car became their car in their parking lot, they messaged to charge me per day for parking in their lot. It appears the business does not operate on the principle of fairness, but thieves and robbers with greed as the guiding principle.
Los Angeles Daily through a collection agency claimed that I owed subscription fees to them, if I do not pay they would ruin my credit. Although the fact was I never subscribed their worthless paper since I could read New York Times for free. Luckily I worked in the field of Corporate Policies & Procedures and had work relationship with the Corporate Lawyer. I told him about my problem. He was so kind to pick up the phone and told Los Angeles Daily that he was the lawyer of Willie Wong and Mr. Wong never subscribed to your daily. The man responded by saying it was a mistake. This is the problem of American justice, a faltering firm can pick up the name and address of an American citizen from the phone book and made a false charge without penalty.
Pacific Telephone changed my phone long distance carrier and charged a fee without my approval AND without penalty.
American Neighborhoods
If you are financially able to locate, you would not reside in a Black, Latino, Filipino, Indian and other minority neighborhood. I was driving while a group of Black female students were out of school. For no reason they chased at my car and booed me.
Once I lived in a Latino neighborhood because it was near to work. A Mexican parked his car in the midst of the parking lot to repair his car that other cars cannot go in or go out. I honed in order to get in parking. The Mexican at night poured acid on my hood that ruined my car. The apartment residents were assigned parking in a two-car slot, with two poles in between. A Mexican overparked his car that another car cannot get in. The apartment manager called him, his wife said he was asleep. Once a big noise happened in my apartment because the left Mexican neighbor threw a big rock at my bath room to smash the bathroom window.
Once I lived in a two-story building; I stayed at the first floor, a Filipino family lived upstairs. They let their children play in their apartment like a playground. It sounded like a battle ground downstairs.
Once I could not sleep because an Indian neighbor made so much noise even after midnight. If you had to live among minority neighborhood by necessity, you will suffer many problems and inconveniences.
The Bible Belt South
It was my first trip to the South (the south of U.S.), it is most facetious and fraudulent to call the the South the Bible Belt; it would be more correct to call it racist belt... They are hypocrites who pretend to be Christians with a supremacist culture --the Southern Whites believe and behave they are superior to other races. My business trip was doing an audit for the company. It happened they had a management seminar that you would think in a best facility. It gave you a cultural shock when you entered a toilet facility. They don’t have the privacy concept. You saw a person half naked sitting on a stool having bowel movement in the middle while men standing urinating at the wall. I quickly got out there! Luckily I never lived or worked in the South. I had an awful feeling that the Southern part of the U.S. should never exist at all. It is blasphemy to connect it in any way with the Bible.
American Corporations
I had suffered underemployed and underpaid all my corporate life in America. In a corporation my immediate boss was a white man who was a high school graduate while I hold Master’s degree from a top American university. In addition to the functions of Corporate Policies & Procedures, out of my initiative I also conducted Management Seminars. The Management Seminars became so famous that the no. 2 man who was Vice President of Administration and Finance wanted to participate. I explained to him that may not work. I conducted management seminars in a free and open way: every participant had the right to express his/her opinion right or wrong. When you sit there, they may not dare to express their opinions fearing to offend you. My professor Dr. Koontz wanted to participate too only early hours did not suit him. A supervisor who objected to my Management Seminars was converted after attending only once seminar. I was not promoted even I did an extra and extraordinary work. While a white female whose opinion I considered primitive was promoted.
In an corporation, Human Resources threw away my Master’s certificate. I thought why? In an audit the Human Resources can defend itself by saying the minority had only a Bachelor’s degree. I knew a Black employee who was not any good in terms of education and ability, he got promoted because a Black Vice President of Finance spoke on his behalf. Of all the departments of many corporations I know, I found HR is the most incompetent and ignorant of them all. One HR even had the gall to ask me to teach them how to develop Corporate Policies & Procedures. I knew why. I told them to take some management courses at UCLA where they can even get a PH.D. on Policy.
Once I was interviewed by a company white female representative, the only question she had was if I can climb. I do not know whether to laugh or to cry. She did not care that I hold a Master’s degree from a top American university, or completed management internship at SEC, Washington，D.C. At her perspective, the good of a minority is whether he can climb or not.
If you think you have both education and abilities, corporations would welcome you, you are bound to be disappointed. Corporations want yes-men and loyal dogs. It is my impression that top management do not know Advanced Management Theory of Dr. Harold Koontz. Corporations are very unhappy working places. Employees are terrorized by psychopathic supervisors who put their subordinates on chains. There are worse house-slave employees who are so afraid to be laid off, they would do anything their psychopathic supervisors tell them to do.
Most Americans may not believe if I tell them corporate employees work against each other. I had the support of the President to do an important corporate-wide project, issued and signed by the President. But some Vice Presidents and Directors who did not know me would smear by saying I was building an empire. They did not know from the initial concept of developing corporate policies & procedures, drafting, coordination, final write-up, to publishing was done by me alone--one man operation. They would obstruct the project
BECAUSE they would not want me to succeed. For me to succeed would mean getting promoted and increase in pay. You wonder how can an American company do well when it works against itself.
The ethos of the white people I worked with and people I knew was low. White people are generally more interest-oriented. A white director hired a white veteran male who did not know anything to be Manager of Policies & Procedures. However, he soon hired 3 more white veteran males like himself. He asked me to bring lunch for him. A white male manager told the secretary to collect designated amount from employees of his department to buy a certain gift for his birthday. When I was manger I told my people not to do anything for me, just do their jobs. I knew a white nurse supervisor who stole expensive stainless steel surgical instruments from the hospital. She told me so. A white Christian male who shared apartment with me. He deliberately not to have his own phone so that he can use mine for free.
IF you live in America for a long time, you will find an educated and capable minority is like a bird without wings. I had a Korean American female colleague who held CPA while her supervisor, department manager, controller, Vice President of Finance did not have a CPA. I told her not to focus on this, or she will be unhappy all her life. She needed outside interest. For that reason during vacation I lectured every year at Chinese Universities where professors admired me and students adored me.
So I went to China every year to lecture and vacation. One year I bought the ticket through a Vietnamese Chinese Travel Agency. It was a shock my name was not listed on the departure date. I contacted the Chinese Airline, the female manager was furious because the ticket was determined bogus, she wanted to pull the travel agency license.
These are not all the stories of my life and work in America. There is no doubt that we were dealing with people who are
people of depraved mind and deprived of the truth. Sadly, There are so many such people in the world.
Japan' s nuclear ambition should be destroyed with two atomic bombs. Any country that supports Japan should be devastated.
Ukrainian president should be long executed for war crimes, corruptions, abuse of power. Then peace will come.
