INTRODUCTION
The world is so horrible because men made it so. You do not know how horrifying evil and wicked is the world until you look at the devil right in the face. You do not how evil and wicked is the world when people who are supposed to uphold the law actually practice lawlessness. You do not know how evil and wicked the world is when people who are responsible to administer justice practice naked injustice and unrighteousness. There is no good faith in government that provides freedom to the wolves. If bad laws are the worst sort of tyranny, injustice is the worst sort of government.
Unlike animals or plants, mankind has a predicament. It is a moral predicament because man was created in the image of God. God holds every man and woman morally and personally responsible for all their thoughts, words, and deeds. I was young, but now I am old. I have studied a lot, and traveled all over the world to gain experiences and insight and foresight. Every where you look, the world is full of troubles and tragedies. Behind every failure, I discovered the underlying problems of man or organization in the world are due to failure in moral responsibility. So I invented and developed a moral responsibility system to help individuals, institutions and nations which want to do better. It will do no harm but good. This Responsibility System is intended to help individuals, nations, UN, and institutions which want to do better. The world today has no respect for responsibility. You can hardly find a responsible leader and politician. In almost all nations, no one is responsible for anything.
This Responsibility System does not and cannot help the wicked and evildoers. The wicked and evildoers can only be saved by Jesus Christ if they repent and believe.
This Responsibility System cannot cure your cancer, but it can prevent you from getting cancer. It does not cure diabetes, but it can help you and prevent you from getting diabetes. The Responsibility System cannot make you rich, but it certainly can prevent you from falling to abject poverty. The Responsibility does not help you to obtain the highest college entrance score, but it certainly can help you not to flunk out of college. It cannot solve all human problems, but it can help you solve many problems or not getting into trouble in the first place.
The Responsibility System is not salvation from God, it is self-help to improve yourself in every condition and situation of life.
This Responsibility System to work beneficially it must be supported by truth and wisdom. In other words, you cannot fraudulently and foolishly apply the Responsibility System and expect miraculous result. Truth grabs the reality of the situation, wisdom encompasses discernment. For example, a teacher has Responsibility for his students. One of the students accidentally falls into water and drowning. The teacher driven by a sense of high responsibility jumps into the water intending to save the student. But the teacher lost his head and forgot he does not know how to swim; his act is not heroic but foolish. The situation worsens and undesirably adds on another drowning person. Had the teacher wisdom, he would have applied means such as yelling for help, finding rope or devices to save the drowning student. It is also not wise for another student to save other student; for often both students become drowned too.
The Responsibility System can be used in almost all human endeavors and enterprises as well as solving individual and personal problems.
We agree with George Barnard Shaw who said, “We are made wise not by the recollection of our past, but by the responsibility for our future.”
What is more, we want you to take responsibility for your present now, not only for your future.
We wholeheartedly agree with Eleanor Roosevelt who said, “In the long run, we shape our lives, and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility.”
This Responsibility System guides you to shape your own life and enables you to make your own choice rationally.
The Responsibility System is supported by truth and wisdom to insure effectiveness and efficiency. Truth is the truth of Christ as it is written in the Holy Bible. Wisdom is not human wisdom, but spiritual wisdom which you can only get by asking God. So this Responsibility System is written with a perspective of Christian obligations. If you are unbelievers, you will not succeed because you do not honor and respect the Christian responsibilities.
From the outset, it is necessary to state clearly that the Responsibility System, all the philosophy, is the Christian way of life. I have written for the benefit of the Christian brotherhood and Christian sisterhood. If you intend to become a Christian, it may benefit you too.

“I will take responsibility” is the most honorable thing a person may say or do. The old fashioned idea of responsibility has been discarded by many in this world and so consequently the world is in a big mess. To take responsibility seriously one must also have truth and wisdom as the guide.
1Ti 5:22, “Do not lay hands anyone too quickly and thereby share responsibility for the sins of others; keep yourself free from sin.”
The idea is not just laying hands anyone too quickly.
The idea is that everyone shall take responsibility to do what is right and good; and never share responsibility for the sins of others.
I. WHAT IS RESPONSIBILITY
Gen 43:9, “I myself will take responsibility for him! You may demand him back from me. If I do not bring him back to you and present him to you, then you can let me take the blame forever.”
This Scripture is the first time to take responsibility first occurs. To take responsibility in Hebrew is ʿāraḇ which means to be or become surety; take on pledge; to share in; - which occurs 23 times in the Old Testament. Responsibility is such a great word, heavy with duty and honor to keep one’s word or promise. Judah understood to take responsibility one may take the blame forever. Responsibility is a serious matter through time and eternity. The truth is unlike American politicians when they are caught for doing something wrong, they would casually say I take responsibility for it. It simply means there is no penalty or consequence for what they have been doing. I agree with Albert Einstein who said, “Man must cease attributing his problems to his environment, and learn again to exercise his will – his personal responsibility.” How many American and British politicians have been caught for telling the blackest lie about Iraq possessing weapons of mass destruction. Who has come out clean to take personal responsibility? Not one!
THE Responsibility System operates in the realm of reality and possibility. For this reason:
1. We do not support a small and poor nation to become a superpower.
2. We do not encourage an poor individual to become one of the richest in the world.
3. We do not encourage an ugly girl to become a movie star.
4. We do not encourage any boy or girl to be great painter.
5. We do not encourage any person who is poor in mathematics to become a great scientist.
6. We do not support any couple to produce many children they cannot support.
7. We do not encourage a 5 ft. person to be trained in basket ball to play against Yao Ming.
8. We do not want you to accept responsibility for blames of others.
9. We do not support you to spend all you have to buy the Lottery hoping you can win big.
10. We do not support for any individual to follow the wicked leader under any pretense.

Jdg 9:24, “so that the violence done to the seventy sons of Jerubbaal would come, and the responsibility for their blood would be placed on their brother Abimelech, who killed them, and on the leaders of Shechem, who encouraged him to kill his brothers.”
The responsibility for blood shedding would be placed on the killer, but those who encourage killing would also share responsibility.
The author is fully aware of collective responsibility, but the focus of this Responsibility System is not so much on collective responsibility, but mainly on individual responsibility. It is impossible to establish collective responsibility without the consensus of groups of people. This Responsibility System can start with any individual who has a wish and will to improve himself/herself. It is hard even to get two persons to agree on anything, much less chance to get a group or groups of people to agree on anything. Above all, God does not deal with collective responsibility. God holds a person responsible for his/her own behavior.
Ezr 10:4, “Arise! For this matter is your responsibility, but we will be with you; be courageous and act.”
Injustice is the matter of official responsibility. Failure to prevent injustice is failure to administer justice. The responsible party must be courageous and act.
The author is also aware of the meaning of accountability in relation to responsibility. Accountability comes to the fore only after one fails his/her own responsibility. If responsibility is the law, accountability is the penalty.
Immanuel Kant believed that reason is the source of morality. We hold, however, that morality is defined by the sight of God. What God sees as good is morality. What God sees as evil is immorality. Morality is not imposed from outside or inside. Morality is not based on compassion of man. Morality is not based on neuroscience. Morality is not based on collective pressure. Morality is not based on descriptive or normative senses.
II. HOW TO APPLY
THE Responsibility System is rooted in the Word of God. The Responsibility System is not fixed and rigid. To be effective, the Responsibility System must be applied in every situation or task with truth and wisdom. It means the Responsibility System requires discretion and judgment.
For example, some parents under the pretext of religious freedom refuse to take medicine or medical treatment for their children. This practice is without truth and wisdom, therefore against the Responsibility System. Christianity does not forbid the use of medicine and medical treatment. Jesus says,
Mat 9:12, “But when Jesus heard this, He said, “It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick.”
It is not wrong for a sick Christian to go to hospital to consult a physician. It is not wrong for sick Christians to take medications. But remember the proverb, “Physician, heal yourself!” (Luk 4:23)
There are situations and times even physician cannot heal himself. So no one would trust a physician unconditionally. My wife has a woman friend who was told by one doctor to have surgery. The second opinion of another physician spares her from unnecessary surgery.
2Ch 16:12, “In the thirty-ninth year of his reign Asa became diseased in his feet. His disease was severe, yet even in his disease he did not seek the LORD, but the physicians.”
Remember Asa, the foolish king, even in his disease he did not seek the Lord, but the physicians and so he died. Christians must always seek the Lord first in everything.

American citizens can verify and find out the truth for and by themselves. A profoundly sick society can only be saved by a revolution advocated by Thomas Jefferson.

T. America, EU and NATO deliberately create the Ukrainian crisis.
U. There are those who fool themselves and fool the world to claim to be a Christian nation.
W. Increasingly American leaders and politicians are harming and destroying America.
I do not know who Dick Gregory was who said,
From its inception America killed the natives of America (Red Indians) which almost terminated the Red race and robbed their lands. Since the end of World War II America has gone astray in lying, killing, and robbing many nations and peoples all over the world.
Although China and Russia pose no threat to the United States or any nation, Western mass media continues to fabricate and disseminate fake news and disinformation to stir up war and conflict. UN by virtue exists on multilateralism, the US and the West on the contrary practice unilateralism.
The problem is the fact that under the pretext of national security, the US and its allies have acted repeatedly to engage in many unjust wars and bloody military interventions which actually become the greatest threat to the free world. What is the the pretext of security that America took Taiwan as a colony and incite and pay terrorists to create unrest and disturbance in Tibet, Xinjiang and Hong Kong?
Ted Nugent said, "The government is so out of control. It is so bloated and infested with fraud and deceit and corruption and abuse of power. "
Some one said, "There is no excuse for waste, fraud, and abuse in the Defense Department budget."
Apparently the leaders and politicians of America today do not heed the advice of the father of the Republic, George Washington who said, “OBSERVE GOOD FAITH AND JUSTICE TOWARDS ALL NATIONS; CULTIVATE PEACE AND HARMONY WITH ALL.”
2. AMERICAN ALLIES
A. American allies share responsibility with the United States for all its sins, iniquities, crimes and evil deeds committed in the world.
B. EU failed the responsibility because it has not established its own independent foreign policy, only serves an agent of America in aggression in support of American dictatorship and world domination.
C. NATO has no raison d'être, the sooner it is destroyed or discarded the better for the world. Right now it serves only as an instrument of aggression used by America. The sooner NATO vanishes from the world, the better for the world.
D. UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand failed responsibility because they serve only American aggression and domination.
E. Japan is the most evil nation on record because it has not fulfilled all the requirements of its unconditional surrender; never paid war reparations and compensations; rearmed and re-militarized only to serve American interest, as an attack and running dog against China.
F. EU has moral responsibility to compensate all its colonies in the past.
G. Failed to seek peace in the world.
H. Make efforts to protect the environment and prevent climate change.
3. Big Nations (in terms of population)
A. Leaders and politicians of big nations must put the welfare and livelihood of its citizens as the number one priority.
B. The nation vests its national sovereignty in the hands of its citizens. National Referendum is used to determine and settle all major issues of the nation.
C. Leaders and politicians take responsibility for the management and running of the government to serve the people.
D. Forbid to join any political or military alliances.
E. The government focuses on the livelihood of all its citizens and the highest national policy.
F. The government controls all trade and commerce so that fair taxation can be levied and the government has regular revenue.
G. The government cannot carelessly get into deficits and national debt without approval of its citizens.
H. Salaries of leaders and politicians and wages of government workers shall be determined by its citizens.
I. The national health insurance scheme shall be affordable and cover every citizen. Doctors and hospitals work for government and shall comply to the price schedule established by the government.
J. Anyone who defrauds US$1 million or more shall be executed and all his/her assets seized.
K. Leaders or politicians who committed corruption or bribery shall be executed.
L. The government executes death penalty for heinous crimes including murder, rape, terrorist act, arson, robbery, riot, human and drug trafficking.
M. The government must not acquire nuclear weapon in any form without a National Referendum.
N. The government outlaws religious superstition, abuse and mistreat of women and children.
O. The government recognizes only monogamy (marriage of one male and one female) and outlaws all other forms of marriage.

E. Control trade and commerce to facilitate fair taxation and revenue for the government.

B. UNITED NATIONS
The United Nations is not our one great hope for a peaceful and free world. Therefore, the Charter of the UN specifies that the Constitution of each member vests the national sovereignty in its citizens. National Referendum is the vehicle for its citizens to express final decision on any national issues.
The United Nations is a peculiar organization which may have authority without power. For that reason, UN must obtain consensus of all its members in writing so that it can perform what it must. A world leader once said, “The purpose of the United Nations should be to protect the essential sovereignty of nations, large and small.” Sadly, the UN does not have the power to protect the essential sovereignty of nations, large and small. The UN can with joined effort of all members to promote peace and prosperity in the world.
All military coups are considered rebellion or mutiny, the military leaders shall be executed without appeal.
A Western leader was very wrong when he said,
“The United Nations was set up not to get us to heaven, but only to save us from hell.”
The United Nations has no power to get anyone to Heaven, and equally has no power to save anyone from Hell.
The UN shall not send troops or aid to poor, backward, insolvent and corrupt nations that habitually have civil wars, civil unrest, debts and deficits and famine, and overpopulation. The nations that request UN assistance must fulfil the responsibilities and requirements first.
An American politician was very wrong to say, “If I were president, I’d be very glad to see the Palestinians have a nation recognized by United Nations. There’s no downside to it.”

(1). In the beginning there was Israel, no Palestine.

It was Dean Acheson who said, “We have actively sought and are actively seeking to make the United Nations an effective instrument of international cooperation.”
It is not true today. The United States and European allies and Japanese militarists seek and want to make the UN their effective instrument in world dictatorship and domination.
The ultimate goal of the United Nations is seeking and maintaining peace among nations. It is good and right to pay attention to what Jane Addams who said something noble and true, “True peace is not merely the absence of war, it is the presence of justice.”
There is no justice in the world, to all nations it is only a matter of degree, more or less.
C. BUSINESS
The Responsibility System determines how a corporation is managed or run, how decision is made, what strategy to take, manufacturing, marketing, recruiting, staffing compensation, labor relations, accounting, and government regulation. If you are a CEO taking the responsibility system, ability and talent weigh more than personal connection in your appointment, social responsibility weighs more than profiteering; fair and just compensation applies to all employees. You will not manufacture and market faulty and fake products. You will not commit accounting fraud to make your company looks good. The welfare of all employees are your burden and you will do your best to insure survivability and longevity of your company, and develop renovation to lead the company to a bright future. You do not tolerate fraud of any kind in your company.
Business based on capitalism is the plague of the economic and financial system in the world today.
The motive of business is not to delight your customers, but to make as much profit as possible. Business does not exist to solve problems, business are problems themselves. Corporate greed and exploitation contribute to many living in abject poverty. Corporate executives make so much so that the workers earn so little. Healthcare industry becomes the greatest terrorism in America. Power industry can charge customers not based on usage. The government regulators become the protectors and defenders of the regulated industries. The military-industrial-security complex rules America and who owns most of the power and wealth.
Corporations and firms have responsibility to create employment, develop resources to support the state and the people, protect the environment and practice social responsibility, justice and equality.
There are businesses that take advantage of people’s misfortunes. There are also businesses that create misfortunes for the people. It was Albert Einstein who said, “Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value." In America, the success of a man or woman is valued by what he or she possess. A man or woman of true value does not consist in what he/she possesses. As Jesus says,
Luk 12:15, “But He said to them, “Beware, and be on your guard against every form of greed; for not even when one is affluent does his life consist of his possessions.” The worst of success is created by Affirmative Action.
The most miserable top management I have met are those who manage by executive decree. Having studied under Dr. Harold Koontz, I discovered there are many members of top management in America who do not know what management is and who do not know how to manage a company.
It was Henry Ford who said, “A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business.” Today you encounter not a few businesses that do nothing well but making money. What do you think Wall Street is doing? Those who defraud in billions think they are very smart people and their business of only making money is great.
It is illegal for corporations to luxuriously package in order to sell merchandise at high price. It is also illegal to double package the merchandise to defraud the customers with large useless package and inside with a small package of dry nuts to make it heavier.
Taxi drivers are not allowed to deliberately make slow response in order to jack up prices.
Frederick William Robertson said, “There are three things in the world that deserve no mercy, hypocrisy, fraud, and tyranny.”
I agree, but I want to add injustice. Probably in the mind Frederick William Robertson, injustice is part of tyranny.
It was Sophocles who said, "Rather fail with honor than succeed by fraud." In the West all businesses want to succeed by fraud, no business wants to fail with honor.
Alan Greenspan had well said, "Corruption, embezzlement, fraud, these are all characteristics which exist everywhere. It is regrettably the way human nature functions, whether we like it or not. What successful economies do is keep it to a minimum. No one has ever eliminated any of that stuff."

D. EDUCATION
Education has become a big business in the West. Most people cannot afford to attend university because the high cost of education. Educators have failed the Responsibility System because university becomes a money-making institution, presidents and professors are not people who have a vision and ambition to educate and train the future generation to serve the society. Many university courses are intended to have careers of profitability and profiteering, in seeking fame and fortune.
To fulfil the Responsibility System a nation must have the Academic and Vocational programs in its education efforts. Universities mostly focus on academic programs that lead to degrees, from B.A., M.A. to Ph.D. or M.D., or Doctor of Science (DSc).
Vocational schools are to produce electricians, carpenters, plumbers, buss drivers, train drivers, pilots, welders, solar installers, masons, civil engineer technicians, tractor-trailer drivers, automotive mechanics, HVAC technicians, home inspectors, landscape designers, commercial divers, dental hygienists, legal assistants, nursing aides, surgical prep technicians, web developers, ultrasound technicians, respiratory therapists, computer network support specialists, computer repair technicians, radiologic technologists, radiation therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapy assistants, aircraft mechanics, air traffic controllers, massage therapists, fire fighters, house wives who know how to maintain homes and take care of children and elderly people.
Pythagoras said, “Educate the children and it won’t be necessary to punish the men.”
Children who are not educated and trained going up to become crooks and criminals. I could never forget may experience in Washington, D.C. working at the Securities and Exchange Commission. One weekend I went to a supermarket, suddenly a bunch of black children with adults coming to the store. The black children immediately went to the spice section, opened the little bottles and poured spices on the floor. The black adults did not stop their children or said anything to them. It was a moral shock to me.
In comparison, on the project of assessing the six most advanced societies in the world I stayed at Scodborg, the suburb of Copenhagen. One afternoon I was going to Copenhagen via the train. I was walking on a small alley between two bushes. A group of children between 6-8 were coming home by walking hands in hands and jumping in a row. I was facing them. They had good education so they knew instinctively how to behave correctly and culturally.
Plato was right when he said, “The direction in which education starts a man will determine his future life.”
I recall years ago in much endurance, in afflictions, in hardships, in difficulties, I set the direction of my education, I do not regret a bit when I am old.
We agree with Plutarch, “Root of honesty and virtue lies in good education.”
We also agree with Diogenes who said, “The foundation of every state is the education of its youth.”
I recall one black preacher who said that he did not feel safe when around the black youths.
We agree with Margaret Mead who said, “Children must be taught how to think, not what to think.”
In fact, many world leaders are afraid when their citizens begin to think for themselves.
We wholeheartedly agree with Aristotle, “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.”
That is exactly the problem of Washington-Wall Street-Hollywood who are well trained in greed, but they have no heart. As Theodore Roosevelt said,
“To educate a person in the mind but not in morals is to educate a menace to society. ” There are innumerable and dangerous menaces in American society today, from top to bottom.

I invested $10,000 to build up a private library, my nephew thought it was good to donate them to a city public library when I was far away in another country.
World leaders do well to pay attention to Jean Piaget when they launch national educational programs:
“The principle goal of education in the schools should be creating men and women who are capable of doing new things, not simply repeating what other generations have done; men and women who are creative, inventive and discoverers, who can be critical and verify, and not accept, everything they are offered. ” In addition, also heed Thomas Edison’s advice, “The trouble with our way of educating is that it does not give elasticity to the mind. It casts the brain into a mold. It insists that the child must accept. It does not encourage original thought or reasoning, and it lays more stress on memory than observation.”
E. TEACHER
Teachers must be competent and knowledgeable in the subjects they teach. In addition, they must have high moral standard with the tender loving care for children. Teachers who rape their girls and sexually molest their boys must be executed.
F. THE INTERNET
Internet has become the cesspool of corruption for crooks and criminals to commit a variety of frauds and crimes.
1. Internet organizations which advertise free websites but charging people after they got in are practicing false advertising and fraudulent charging. The nation must regulate and police its internet business. Those fraudulent firms must be busted and fined and destroyed once and for all.
2. Internet organizations that sell pornography must be busted and send the owners to jail.
3. Internet organizations that practice “ACCESS DENIED” must be denied of their existence.

G. TELEVISION
The television of a nation is its window to see and understand its culture and people. Television projects image and values of a nation. The Television of America reflects a violent, greedy, corrupt society. National Television can serve as dissemination of news, knowledge and promote the general welfare of the state and the people. Leaders of nation must be aware how television influences the behavior of people. National television must be equipped to spread and instruct and promote the national values.
The national values of a nation must consist of high respect for morality, honesty, diligence, innovation, compassion, mercy, justice, righteousness, tolerance, generosity, frugality, productivity, and charity.
H. MOVIES
Hollywood is the model of making movies in the world, it is the center of all movies of violence, pornography, sexual immorality, and culturally decadence, profanity and incivility. Hollywood fails the Responsibility System, it would produce any filth or smut if only makes money.
Sadly, many big and small nations today also copy Hollywood in making undesirable movies. To fulfil the Responsibility System, nations must produce informative, educational, instructive, noble, and inspiring movies which no nation today is doing it.
Once I was watching a very violent American movie, in my dream I was wielding my sword and striking at people although I do not have any known enemy. Once I told some parents not to let their children playing toy guns because unconsciously they learn to shoot and kill. Guns have no other purpose but to shoot and kill. America is the most violent culture in the world, children watch very violent movies as they grow up. Increasing guns violence in America rises and many innocent people die for nothing.
Jean-Luc Godard said, “Cinema is the most beautiful fraud in the world.”
I disagree, no fraud in the world is beautiful. All frauds are ugly, filthy, greedy, dishonest and immoral.
I. HEALTHCARE TERRORISM
AMERICA is practicing healthcare terrorism of the worse kind.
Corrupt doctors and hospitals, drugs and insurance companies, labs and medical supplies have become healthcare terrorists, organized crime, predatory, fraudulent, most costly, most lucrative to oppress and fleece the people.
For healthcare to meet the Responsibility System it must fulfil the following requirements:
A. The hospital can no longer require the patient to sign an admission agreement to surrender all his/her rights and resources to the hospital or doctors.
B. The hospital must give out a signed contract to offer honest and good services to the patient.
C. Let patients choose their own doctors. The hospital cannot line up doctors to get pay by just saying hello to patients.
D. Let patients make all the treatment decisions. Patients can refuse any surgical procedure or test.
E. Let the government to establish fee schedule of tests, procedures, treatments, supplies, etc., and fee schedule is in lump sum, not broken down in pieces. For example, delivery of baby is $300 including everything, including delivery room, surgeon, anesthesiologist, nurses, needles, dressings, etc. Appendectomy is $200 all inclusive. Extraction of one tooth is $75 all inclusive. A capsule of antibiotic is $ 0.10, a band aid is $0.01 and a cotton ball is $0.02, etc. X-ray is one price including radiologist opinion. Lab is one price including professional opinion. The use of equipment is one price per day.

K. RELIGION
Any religion that promotes superstition and abuse and mistreatment of women and children shall be outlawed in the country.
Martin Luther was talking about the true religion, “To be a Christian without prayer is no more possible than to be alive without breathing.”
Someone said, “The World is my country, all mankind are my brethren, and to do good is my religion."
Not a few believe to do good is all religion they need. No religion can save you. No one is good enough to go to Heaven. That is why Jesus Christ came down to earth from Heaven to die for sinners. Jesus says, Luk 13:3, "No, I tell you, unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.”
Jesus also says,
Jhn 8:24, “Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for unless you believe that I AM, you will die in your sins.”
A poet was so wrong to say, “All religion, my friend, is simply evolved out of fraud, fear, greed, imagination, and poetry.”
Obviously the man had not met the true God and did not understand Christianity, the truth of Christ who says, Jhn 8:32,

L. JUSTICE
Under the law, all citizens and residents must be equal. The same treatment applies to all. Politicians who commit crime will suffer the same penalty or more than ordinary citizens. Lawyers must be regulated so that they do not commit legal terrorism. Lawyers who present false witness and fake evidence shall be disbarred. The state must regulate the fees charged by lawyers. It is forbidden to have a percentage of the damage awarded to the victim.
Supreme Court justices are not appointed for life. They must be approved by citizens after 6 years of serving. Judges must be approved by state or local citizens after 4 years of serving. Justices and judges who commit corruption and wrong doing suffer double penalty than ordinary citizen.
The jury trial is abolished and replaced by three independent judges. The verdict of the majority stands. Death penalty has only one appeal at the expense of the criminal. Death penalty must be executed within a month of sentencing. The court that sentences a heinous criminal may impose physical beating also, the number of lashes is according to the degree of the offense.
I wholeheartedly agree with Theodore Roosevelt who said, “Justice consists not in being neutral between right and wrong, but in finding out the right and upholding it, wherever found, against the wrong.”
I also wholeheartedly agree with Martin Luther, “Peace is more important than all justice; and peace was not made for the sake of justice, but justice for the sake of peace.”
Every victim of injustice must agree with Montesquieu who said to the point, “There is no greater tyranny than that which is perpetrated under the shield of the law and in the name of justice.”
Who ever thought the land of the free has become the land of tyranny?

M. FOOD AND DRINK
The responsibility of any nation is to provide and promote nutritious food and safe drinks for the people. American fast food of high oil, salt and sugar and soft drinks like Coca-Cola and others create heart diseases, diabetes, etc. for many peoples in the world. It is the responsibility of any state to penalize corporations that produce unhealthy food and drinks and at the same time promote low oil-salt-sugar food and drinks.
Corporations that manufacture deadly drugs, food or drinks, the CEO shall be executed with hefty financial penalty for the firms.
Supermarkets which are infested with roaches and rats shall be penalized financially heftily; those that repeat the offense a few times shall be closed.
N. ATHLETES
Athletes must observe all sports rules and regulations, and do not take illegal drugs.
O. MARRIAGE
For a billion families, you cannot find one mother-in-law like Naomi and daughter-in-law like Ruth; therefore, you cannot get married and live with your parents. Under the Responsibility System, if you cannot afford to support your wife and rent an apartment, you should not get married anyway. Jesus says, Mat 19:5-6, “and said, ‘FOR THIS REASON A MAN SHALL LEAVE HIS FATHER AND HIS MOTHER AND BE JOINED TO HIS WIFE, AND THE TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH’? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, no person is to separate.”

1Co 7:39, “A wife is bound as long as her husband is living. But if her husband dies, she is free to marry anyone she wishes (only someone in the Lord).”
Be careful whom you marry, only someone in the Lord. You have only one chance of love in life.
1Co 7:2-4, “But because of sexual immoralities, each man is to have his own wife, and each woman is to have her own husband.
The husband must fulfill his duty to his wife, and likewise the wife also to her husband.
The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does; and likewise the husband also does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.”
Rom 7:2, “For the married woman is bound by law to her husband as long as he is alive; but if her husband dies, she is released from the law concerning the husband.”
Husband and wife are bound by the commandment of the Lord as long as they are alive.
1Co 7:10-14, “But to the married I give instructions, not I, but the Lord, that the wife is not to leave her husband (but if she does leave, she must remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband is not to divorce his wife.
And if any woman has an unbelieving husband, and he consents to live with her, she must not divorce her husband. For the unbelieving husband is sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified through her believing husband; for otherwise your children are unclean, but now they are holy.”

You are free to marry anyone to whom you wish, only in the Lord.
Eph 5:22-33, “Wives, subject yourselves to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the Head of the Church, He Himself being the Savior of the body.
But as the Church is subject to Christ, so also the wives ought to be to their husbands in everything.
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the Church and gave Himself up for her, so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the Word, that He might present to Himself the Church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless.

If you are feminists, gay, lesbian, homosexual, same-sex marriage, etc. you will not obey the Christian instructions and commandments cited in the Holy Scriptures above; therefore this Responsibility System won’t do you any good.
As a male parent, you must plan for the needs of a family. If you cannot afford it, do not get married.
You have to count the costs of the following:
A. Home or apartment
B. House furniture and appliances
C. Costs of utilities
D. Food and clothing
E. One or two-car family
F. Costs for children education
G. Family health care cost
H. Recreation and vacation cost
Both parents take responsibility for the welfare, health, education, and discipline of their children.
As regards food, parents need to provide nutritious food with less oil, salt, and sugar. Soft drinks and fast food make children obese therefore they are discouraged. Alcohol and illegal drugs are forbidden.
2Co 12:14, “Here for this third time I am ready to come to you, and I will not be a burden to you; for I do not seek what is yours, but you; for children are not responsible to save up for their parents, but parents for their children.”
In some cultures, daughters are like property for parents to dispose as they please. In Christian family, daughters have the right to accept or refuse men who want to marry them. In other words, daughters have the right to give consent or refuse to marry men they do not like. So long Christians have to marry in the Lord.
P. FAMILY
The Bible makes it clear for children to obey their parents. Mat 15:4, “For God said, ‘HONOR YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER,' and, ‘THE ONE WHO SPEAKS EVIL OF FATHER OR MOTHER IS TO BE PUT TO DEATH.'
I agree with Leo Tolstoy who said, “All happy families resemble one another; every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.”
Whether the family is happy or unhappy, the parents are responsible. I agree with George Bernard Shaw who said, “A happy family is but an earlier heaven.”
If you are able to build bond of affection among your children which lasts a life time, you are a great success. Remember you can be a success in your career, and a failure as a parent.
We agree wholeheartedly with Confucius who said,
“The strength of a nation derives from the integrity of the home.”
I know something is seriously wrong with a nation where a race of people, more than 70% of their families are without a husband and a father. The woman had sex with different men and produced many children they would not and could not support. These women who have children without husbands are supported by welfare. The nation has no integrity of the home. Their children grow up to be criminals.
Nowadays, parents fail if they do not get their children to have a university education. In these days of modern competition, a high school graduate cannot survive to earn a living and become self-independent. Parents fail if their children do not have the skills to think for themselves, to speak accurately, and to write effectively. In addition, their children must have employable skills to get a good job and a good pay job. The Bible says, Pro 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he grows older he will not abandon it.” It is the job and responsibility of the parents to train up their children in the way they should go, even when they grow older they will not abandon the Christian faith.
Pro 14:1, “The wise woman builds her house,
But the foolish tears it down with her own hands.”
A wise woman is also a virtuous woman.
Pro 31:10-31, “Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
The heart of her husband does safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.
She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.
She seeks wool, and flax, and works willingly with her hands.
She is like the merchants' ships; she brings her food from afar.
She rises also while it is yet night, and gives meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.
She considers a field, and buys it: with the fruit of her hands she plants a vineyard.
She girds her loins with strength, and strengthens her arms.
She perceives that her merchandise is good: her candle goes not out by night.
She lays her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.

Q. INDIVIDUAL
Responsibility is the main stuff that builds character.
You must hold RESPONSIBILITY supreme, and that fame, fortune, power, sex, profitability, convenience, luxury, comfort, expediency, etc. will not affect your devotion to RESPONSIBILITY.
Morality is the standard of behavior which enables people to live and do what is right no matter what consequences. Morality is based on the Word of God to test and measure what is good or evil. Morality does not follow the crowd. Morality has the value of virtues. Virtues are defined by:
Phl 4:8, “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.”
The No. 1 reason people fail in life is because they do not take responsibility for themselves and for what they do.
If your character is defined by the Christian virtues, it is impossible for you to become a criminal or a bad person.
Christians begin with faith, but faith must add on many things.
2Pe 1:5-9, “But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.”
The Responsibility System requires individuals to have the Christian faith, virtue, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, brotherly kindness, and love.
Christian virtues sum up all the requirements of the Responsibility System which makes the Christian life fruitful and rich.
In the final analysis, you are responsible for yourself. You take responsibility for yourself, not anybody else.
Self-sufficiency is good, but it has limitations. Not many can live like Robinson Crusoe. No one will dare to be a modern day Robinson Crusoe by living in a forest by himself.
We agree with Thomas Edison who said, "Many of
life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up."
We also agree with Aristotle who said, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
If you want to be a news anchor person, you must speak good English and speak it well. What is worse than a black woman with thick red lips, black face with black hair, big bosom, ugly face and poor English? I have observed so many foreigners of high professions such as university president, professor, politician, head of state, etc. who speaks English poorly. Do you know the ability to write and speak excellent English is a great achievement in itself? Once I was travelling via Hong Kong, the airline staff made announcement in rapid and unintelligible English. The man thought to speak rapid English is to speak fluently.
What you learn in the university must have practical value. For example, what is the value of taking a course in African history but you cannot cook, iron, vacuum clean your house and wash your own clothes? In China I had hired cleaning women who did not know how to do ironing, or for that matter who did not know to do cleaning in general.
I wholeheartedly agree with noble Plato who said, “For a man to conquer himself is the first and noblest of all victories.”
Your success may depend on many factors, but your failure is all your own.
Someone has well said, “Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
More important is what you seek. If what you seek is fame, fortune, power, and sex; even success is failure. Seek something that is good in itself. For a Christian is to do the will of God.
We agree with Seneca who said, “If one does not know to which port one is sailing, no wind is favorable.” It is important to set the right goal of your life.
I do not know who was Igor Sikorsky who said,“The work of the individual still remains the spark that moves mankind ahead even more than teamwork.”
Mat 25:20-23, “The one who had received the five talents came up and brought five more talents, saying, ‘Master, you entrusted five talents to me. See, I have earned five more talents.’ His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter the joy of your master.’ “Also the one who had received the two talents came up and said, ‘Master, you entrusted two talents to me. See, I have earned two more talents.”
It is obvious the Lord, the Master, entrusted talents to individual slaves, and holds and rewards individual, not teamwork.
Individual is the ultimate responsibility of any society. The aggregate of individuals belong to a race. The respectability of any race reflects on its individuals. If individuals of a race commit more crimes per capita than any race, that race is tarnished and must be taxed for the responsibility. Every nation has responsibility to deter and discourage criminality and irresponsibility of their citizens. For that reason there is a surcharge for crime and irresponsibility. For example, if the Chinese commit 20% of all Crimes in the nation, have 20% of Families without fathers and husbands, have 20% of population receiving MEDICAID, have 20% of population on Welfare, have 20% of population who are Prostitutes and Pimps, have 20% of population who are Gangsters, have 20% of population who are Unemployed -- then IRS can levy 20% of Chinese individual and business income tax.
When a criminal commits a murder, rape, or robbery, etc. the community will not pay for the defense of the individual, nor pay the sum of damage claimed by victims or victim family.
If the majority of illegal aliens compose of a certain race, the people of that race will not be welcome as a legal immigrant. If the people of a certain race commit most rioting, looting and robbery, there will a surcharge of sale tax for that race.
Every nation, big or small, must identify the race of each of its citizen with an ID card and picture. This is to fulfil responsibility not tyranny. The local and national newspapers must publish the names and pictures of every murderer, rapist, robber, looter, rioter, arsonist, drug or human trafficker, prostitute or pimp, and terrorist the moment after they have been caught committed the crimes. The local and national TVs must announce their names and show their pictures too. These measures will boost individual responsibility and promote good citizens.
Luk 17:9-10, “He won't thank the slave because he did what he was told, will he? So you too, when you have done everything you were commanded to do, should say, 'We are slaves undeserving of special praise; we have only done what was our duty.'" In some translations, we are unprofitable, unworthy, or worthless servants. However, do not become a useless servant.
Mat 25:30, “Now throw this useless servant into outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
CONCLUSION
Every man and woman must assume the responsibility given them. The responsibility of a cook is not the same responsibility of a captain. The responsibility of the regulators is not the same as the responsibility of the legislators. God holds the individual responsible no matter whether you are the leader or head of a nation, the CEO, the teacher, the parent, the doctor, the engineer, the manager, the accountant, or the messenger boy. But the children will not bear the responsibility of their parents.
Eze 18:17-22, “He withholds his hand from mistreating the poor and takes no interest or profit from them. He keeps my laws and follows my decrees. He will not die for his father’s sin; he will surely live. But his father will die for his own sin, because he practiced extortion, robbed his brother and did what was wrong among his people.
“Yet you ask, ‘Why does the son not share the guilt of his father?’ Since the son has done what is just and right and has been careful to keep all my decrees, he will surely live. The one who sins is the one who will die. The child will not share the guilt of the parent, nor will the parent share the guilt of the child. The righteousness of the righteous will be credited to them, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against them. But if a wicked person turns away from all the sins they have committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, that person will surely live; they will not die.
None of the offenses they have committed will be remembered against them. Because of the righteous things they have done, they will live.”
Sharing responsibility and sharing guilt are two different things. The one who sins is the one who will die. The child will not share the guilt of the parent, nor will the parent share the guilt of the child. The ancient Chinese emperor who executed the nine clans of the guilty one was not according to the Word of God. An ordinary citizen will not be responsible or guilty for the crime or wrong doing of the leader or politician. However, a German citizen who supported Hitler will share the responsibility and guilt of Hitler. The American military-industrial-security complex will bear responsibility and share guilt of American warmongers and aggressors who lied, killed and robbed many nations and peoples.
You are responsible for what you are in charge of. The bank regulators who let banks violate the federal law of record keeping and reporting and accounting will share responsibility with bankers who commit crimes and share the guilt of defrauding customers. The drug regulators who let drug and pharmaceutical companies to produce and market ineffective and dangerous drugs will share responsibility and guilt with the fraudulent drug companies. The federal agencies with special responsibility for the oversight of certain industries must be courageous and act according to the law and regulations. They are not protectors and defenders of violating industries. All lobbyists for industries and foreign nations should be prohibitive and outlawed. For example, National Riffle Association is the organization that holds Congress hostage and promotes the manufacture, sale and possession of all guns. NRA should be banned to save lives in America and outlaw all sorts of guns. Another example is the Taiwan lobby which makes a lot of money for the U.S. government to illegally take Taiwan as a colony and sell costly weapons of mass destruction to Taiwan to be used against China.
The responsibility of the servants of Christ is for proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, they do not have the right to solicit money for self-advancement and self-enrichment. The preachers who took in offerings and used them to build institutions in their names and live luxuriously have committed religious robberies.
Gen 17:9, “Then God said to Abraham, “Your
responsibility is to obey the terms of the covenant. You and all your descendants have this continual responsibility.”
The Jewish people have continual responsibility to obey the terms of the covenant, God made with Abraham. I believe the Jewish Christians still must receive the circumcision and keeping of the Sabbath. However, the Promised Land still holds. The State of Israel should make a new national map based on what land that God gave to Abraham and his descendants. The Palestinians, Arabs and Hamas do not have resettlement right in the Jewish land and have no right to build a state of Palestine in the Jewish land. The UN and no other nation have the authority to give away the Jewish land to anyone.
Christians are to follow the steps of Jesus:
1Pe 3:14-18, “But even if you should suffer for the sake of righteousness, you are blessed. AND DO NOT FEAR THEIR INTIMIDATION, AND DO NOT BE IN DREAD, but sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, but with gentleness and respect; and keep a good conscience so that in the thing in which you are slandered, those who disparage your good behavior in Christ will be put to shame. For it is better, if God should will it so, that you suffer for doing what is right rather than for doing what is wrong.
Recently I watch a Chinese TV serial movie called ALL IS WELL. It exactly portrays all is not well with the family because of individual defect and irresponsibility. The world is not well.
For Christ also suffered for sins once for all time, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring us to God, …”

Many Western leaders and politicians who claim to be Christians are actually children of the devil who rules the present world. They are doing what their father desires.
They were not “immigration raids” in Los Angeles, they were and they are ”unlawful migration raids.” You see there are evil forces conspiring to destroy America from within. They are flying foreign flags. California governor and Los Angeles mayor are on the wrong side of history. I have lived through two most horrible Los Angeles black riots. Unlawful migrants are not immigrants. Children born of illegal aliens although in America are not American citizens. Latino, Mexican, Black illegal aliens must be deported without further delay. Protesters and labor unions are not patriotic Americans. Unlawful migrants are criminals who do not have any right, do not deserve any humanitarian aid. The only right is to deport 45 million illegal aliens already in America right away. To hire or hide illegal aliens are felony. Most of them are on welfare; their names and addresses can be checked on the Welfare Department.
There is no hope for the world because what should be done is not done:
1.For all war crimes and terrorist acts, Putin failed to annihilate Ukraine and execute its nincompoop and left Ukraine desolate and never be rebuilt. NATO & EU be aslo abolished.
2.The chiefs of UN & WHO and all high-paid officials must be replaced, be reformed in a year.
3.Terrorists Hamas, Hezbollah and Houthis must be destroyed FOR GOOD.
4.The nuclear facilities of Iran must be demolished for good. Do not give a breathing space. Aim at total annihilation so that Iran cannot retaliate.
5.Palestinians must be evacuated from Jewish lands and resettle in Arab lands to build a Palestinian state and make living on their own.
6. Undeveloped nations and peoples who do nothing to help themselves must be left to gut and rot.
7.The USA must give up its empire, world domination.
World media portrays Palestinians as victims in struggle. The world believes in a lie! The truth is the fact Palestinians were Arabs who surreptitiously moved into Palestine without pay during the British colonial rule. They bred like rabbits and occupied the Jewish lands. The Palestinian authority is not a state, and misleads the Palestinians to a path of destruction. Palestinians are irrational, bad, irresponsible, unmotivated and useless people. They would rather be classified as refugees so that they can get everything free through international aid, they would not go to Arab lands to build its own Palestinian state and make a life of their own.
Any country who shares destiny with corrupt countries will certainly come to RUIN!!!

If terrorists Hamas, Hezbollah and Houthis are destroyed, and Palestinians expatriated and resettled in Arab lands, the conflict of Palestine and Israel will be no more. If Iran nuclear facilities are destroyed, Iran will be no more threat to the world. If the Ukrainian nincompoop is executed for his war crime, corruption and abuse of power, the Ukraine and Russia conflict will be gone. If the traitorous leaders of People Progressive Party are executed, Taiwan will reunify with China at once.
What the heck, won’t it wonderful if all nations and peoples seek peace and justice? The Bible gives one reason why not, 1Jo 5:19, “We know that we are of God, and that the whole world lies

Evil is like fire will destroy the nation and peoples. When preferential treatment is given to a certain race, all races suffer discrimination. Rejection of unqualified and undisciplined black employees and discharge because poor performance are not racial discrimination. Affirmative Action is illegal and unconstitutional, it must be completely eliminated. Diversify has gone too far, it must be abandoned. Harvard is the richest university in the world; universities are not for education, they are for money and ideology. Student loans cannot default or be forgiven, they must get jobs to pay back. Universities can have academic freedom, and freedom of speech but no federal funding. There are too many parasites who live on government funds; no subsidy of any business or contracts. Illegal aliens are unlawful criminals, they have no civil right, human right and do not deserve humanitarian aid. They cannot be on welfare. They deserve only to be deported without payment. All races must compete on an equal footing. How is there any hope for the ugliest, darkest, laziest and useless people who only eat and drink and produce many children they cannot support? Why EU and NATO support the evil and corrupt Ukraine nincompoop and prolong the war? America aids support evil.
1Jo 2:17-18, “The world is passing away and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God continues to live forever. Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared; from this we know that it is the last hour.”
I agree with Arnold J. Toynbee who said, “ Civilizations die from suicide, not by murder.”
“As an American by nationality” I have to do my best to warn my fellow Americans:
1. America is committing suicide by failing to deport 45 million illegal aliens already residing in America, most of them are on welfare; failing to deter and prevent hordes of unlawful migrants to enter the United States. America needs to punish Mexico who is the conduit for illegal migrants to enter America. Unlawful migrants are criminals who do not have any right, civil or humanitarian.
2. America is committing suicide WITH large budget deficits of 1.9 trillion (2025) and national debt of 36.2 trillion (2025). Wealth and power are in the hands of leaders and politicians, the two parties, courts, the military, bureaucrats, and vested interests. Watch out the global demonstrators who oppose federal cuts, but endorse debt and deficits, waste and fraud in the government.
3. America is committing suicide by media promoting the wrong cultural values, lewdness, violence and unwholesome behavior; over representing and over employing blacks. Jobs must be earned, they cannot be given. If a journalist by accident received classified information, he should not and would not publish it because he/she is patriotic. If classified information is published, the journalist is a traitor.
4. America is committing suicide by not making the American English the only official language in America.
5. America is committing suicide by unnecessarily making Russia and China enemies and rivals.
6. America is committing suicide by failing to disregard pathetic EU (including Britain, Australia, Canada); dismiss NATO & QUAD; and discard Ukraine, Phillippines, Türkiye, Japan, South Korea, South Africa and Taiwan.
7. America is committing suicide by being an empire to dominate the world instead of seeking a just and lasting peace for the world as President Richard Nixon did.
8. America is committing suicide by letting the U.S. Health Care the most costly in the world, by letting doctors, dentists, hospital owners, drug and insurance companies, hospital and medical suppliers to defraud and overcharge patients with indemnity.
9. America is committing suicide by having a diet which produces an increasing large population of overweight people.
10. IRS can cut its employees 2/3 by simple change of policy and procedure. Henceforth, there will be no deductions, exemptions, expenses, number of dependents for individual taxpayers or business corporations. They will not have to pay for CPA or tax consultant.

$60,000 to $1 million pay 5%.
$1 million $100,000 to $10 million pay 10%.

12. It is in the self-interest of America to help Israel to destroy terrorists Hamas, Hezbollah, and Houthis. All Palestinians must be evacuated from Gaza, etc. the Jewish land and relocate permanently in Arab lands to build their Palestinian state. The aim of Israel is not to defeat Hamas, but to destroy Hamas, Hezbollah, and Houthis. Hamas should never be allowed to return to Gaza; all Palestinians must be instructed by Palestinian Authority, UN, WHO, ALL ARAB-ISLAMIC-BLACK nations to evacuate from Jewish land and settle in Arab lands to build their Palestinian state.
If China space program can create space vehicles loaded with nuclear weapons, on earth by a press of button, can target and annihilate any hostile nations and peoples in less than half an hour -- then China is free indeed -- no nation can threaten China anymore. Then China can deal with corruption, organized crime, abuse of power, fraud, fake news, and dirty toilets effectively. There are dark and evil forces inside China who want to destroy China. They are the organized criminals who must be executed. China must beware of all foreign countries who pay lip service to “one China” policy, actually they are coy about seeking “financial support” from China on everything so that their leaders can practice “official corruption”; and their peoples can sing and dance, play games and golf, eat and drink beer, enjoy sex and produce many children they cannot support. Any nation who shares destiny with these useless countries will come to ruin!!!
“As a Chinese by race”, I am doing my best in sincerity to suggest strategy to the land of my ancestors:
1. China’s modernization can succeed by demanding manufacturers to produce only quality products; by protecting the environment and by increasing the standard of living for the people including people on wheel chair. China construction machinery is a good example of China’s modernization. The stupidity is to program robots to engage in fighting like boxing.
2. China’s modernization can succeed by stopping all foreign aid to help the China’s poor first, by reducing debt and deficits to do the following strategic projects:
3. China needs to use AI in all technologies including manufacturing, industry, transportation, navigation, logistics, agriculture, and modernizing toilet facilities.
4. China needs to train 5 million doctors, dentists, nurses, teachers, professors, scientists, and technicians in the next 5 years.
5. China needs to eliminate corruption, organized crime, harmful fake news, counterfeit money, fraud by execution of the culprits.
6. China needs to repair the Great Wall, conquer the deserts, dust storms, natural and man-made disasters.
7. Chinese TV and movies need to promote cultural values, morality, responsibility and integrity.
8. China's troops should never be sent under UN's peace-keeping force to countries habitually having conflicts and civil wars --to die for nothing.
9. Talking is useless: China needs to liberate Taiwan now by force, and execute traitorous leaders of People’s Progressive Party in public.
10. China needs to rebuild Yuan Ming Garden which was burned down and looted by the allied 8-nation troops. They must pay compensation through diplomacy now or by military force later.
11. Pay for all costs and reward financially women who give births.

A RESPONSE TO POMPEO’s POMPOUS
SPEECH AT THE NIXON LIBRARY.
1. Pompeo is a warmonger, and a true betrayer of the peace policy of President Richard Nixon.
YES. “U.S. engagement with China is a dismal failure,” not because President Nixon’s grand China policy was a failure; but because all the successors of President Nixon did not and do not follow his step in seeking a “just and lasting peace” for the world. All Nixon’s successors, both Democratic and Republican presidents, and American politicians of both parties have relentlessly and persistently sought “absolute military supremacy in order to have world dictatorship and domination.” The American president and politicians, without doubt, want to continuously dictate and dominate the world. They threaten other nations with their strongest military power and largest nuclear weapons. That was not Nixon’s policy. They maintain and reinforce America as the sole evil empire in the world, no more a Republic. What the former presidents and current president have been doing since Nixon are an open book, although they may shamelessly lie, misrepresent and distort history. For they are expert in deception. The former president is a demagogue, proven shameless liar, and a warmonger. He is a disgrace to the Republican Party, to America, to all patriotic Americans. There is no need to provide all the facts and evidence of his evil deeds and schemes, they will be voluminous and encyclopedic. All you have to do is to watch the news on TV. American mass media are deliberately making so much fake and false news and they are hostile and biased against China, Russia, etc. There is no doubt, American president and politicians are leading America to the wrong path and to the path of self-destruction. They are oppressing peoples of Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Venezuela, etc., and they can rise up to testify to the American war atrocities, injustice, and brutality. Millions of refugees can also rise up to testify against the American evil empire which has been established by American presidents and politicians since Nixon. Who are responsible for making America the most hated nation on earth. Why Japanese citizens do not want America to have military bases in Japan? Why Koreans do not want American military bases in Korea? Why Germany said No to America?
2. The United Nations, the members of the United Nations, most reputable international institutions, and all nations of the world oppressed by the Axis of Evil led by America (excluding Japan, Australia, Canada, UK, EU, NATO, etc.) can testify what the American government has done since Nixon. They can also testify what China has done since Nixon. The only nation on earth which has lifted up 750 million Chinese from poverty is China. The poor and backward country has become the second largest economy in the world by hard work and thrift. In comparison, the population of poor Americans has increased a great deal since Nixon. The Nixon era was the golden age of American history. In the last 40 years China has achieved most spectacular successes in all fields and fronts than any nation on earth. China has aided more than 100 nations without strings attached. Out of envy and jealousy, American presidents and politicians as well as European politicians target and treat China as an enemy. n European and Asian allies? Now America stands alone in the world in spite of its military might.
3. Since Nixon’s trip to China, American presidents and politicians have attacked and engaged in numerous unjust wars and bloody military interventions to this day. Since Nixon, China has not attacked or occupied one single nation. On the contrary China has aided more than 100 nations in many ways, and most recently in helping many nations to fight against the CORONAVIRUS pandemic which the Pompous Pompeo and other politicians falsely accused China of inventing and spreading of the COVID-19. These malicious accusers have been discredited and denied by large group of impeccable international scientists and specialists. Why to call on nations to induce change in the Chinese government when Beijing’s actions never threaten Americans and our prosperity? China has never threatened the security and prosperity of any nation or its people. In fact, China trade has contributed greatly and tremendously to American prosperity. Why Chinese tourists are most welcome by all capitalistic nations? American farmers, retail business and others can testify to the benefit of China trade. China has changed for the better is the truth no honest man can deny. Ask most Americans has America changed for the worse since Nixon? This is a well-known fact for the whole world to see. Can America change from an evil empire back to a respectable Republic?

American model of democracy has failed so miserably that a great number of Americans express their disapproval and disappointment in protests and demonstrations across the nation since the public murder of a black suspect by a white policeman televised life on TV. Ask yourself if American democracy is good and right, why so many Americans protest and demonstrate in demanding justice, equality and true freedom? Why does the American income disparity become the largest gap in the world? When one percent of population rules over the ninety nine percent, do you call it democracy and freedom? When presidents and politicians incur the largest deficits and debts in the world, is that demonstrating America succeeding? How can there be unrest on American streets in so many cities across America if the American democracy is a glorious success? Why does the Homeland Security powers turn against Americans? Why chaos and terrorism in Hong Kong is a shining scene, but chaos and terrorism in America is not? Why do most Americans think China has done well to protect its people from CORONAVIRUS pandemic, while most Americans do not believe their government has done a good job in protecting Americans?
5. Be honest, and study history. You will find out Western powers, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, Japan, and the United States have wronged China too many times since the infamous Opium Wars. Strangest phenomenon is the recent facts, that America, United Kingdom, Australia, Taiwan, etc. have planned and funded some young Chinese traitors and terrorists to create riots and terrorism in Hong Kong. Those Chinese terrorists killed, burned, looted, bombed, robbed, smashed doors and windows of public and private properties, created obstacles in public transportation, attacked and wounded police force, caused chaos, lawlessness, fear and unrest among Hong Kong
residents and businesses for more than a year; the former U.S. presidents and current president and American and European politicians called those riots in Hong Kong a fight for freedom and cheered and applauded those anarchists and criminals.
Now that China has enacted a national security law to protect Hong Kong and its sovereignty, the evil legacy of British empire which never practiced democracy or freedom in its colonies, America, and others hypocritically say that Hong Kong is losing democracy and freedom. America, UK, Australia, EU, Canada, etc. have violated the sovereignty of China and interfered in China’s internal affairs without shame or reason.
In comparison with the recent demonstrations and protests conducted by Americans across the country after a black man was killed in public on TV by a white policeman and with Hong Kong riots; the City of Portland is a case in point. The mayor was among the crowds hit by tear gas. The federal agents are armed well like the military. The current president calls those American protesters “thugs”, “terrorists”, “anarchists”, etc. Well are they not American freedom fighters all over the country? When terrorists did evil in Hong Kong Western politicians called them freedom fighters. When Americans protest and demonstrate against injustice and government corruption they are called thugs, terrorists and anarchists.
This double standard and duplicity would even embarrass the devil.
6. The United States is the only nation which is having military bases all over the world to target China and Russia with the largest quantity of weapons of mass destruction. America is daily conducting military exercises and operations in China’s and Russian air space and territorial waters threatening the peace and stability of the world, how is that they call it China threat and Russia threat? No China plane or warship ever get close to American east and west coast. The increasing provocative and oppressive military, diplomatic, trade, economic, financial, technological, etc. actions against China and Russia, etc. loom large in the horizon that an all out nuclear war is preparing and leading by the United States.
Can any honest, conscientious, and patriotic American say such American engagement is good for America and good to the world? Do you see American president and politicians are committing suicide by leading America and the world to the brink of total destruction? Who has the truth and standing in the truth? Let the God of Righteousness be the Judge, and let Americans have the right to form their own opinion without fear or retaliation. Do Americans want an Imperial America or a respected Republic?
7. Jesus says, Mat 12:36, “But I tell you that every careless word that people speak, they shall give an accounting for it in the Day of Judgment.” The Day of Judgment is coming. How can European and American and Australian imperialists and colonialists and Japanese militarists give an accounting for what they have done to the world in the last 500 years or more in terms of genocide, massacre, mass slaughter, slave labor, sex slavery, robbery, burning, torture, looting, oppression, exploitation, occupation, etc. The Judge of the Living and Dead may ask American and European and Australian politicians about the so-called China virus, China threat, etc.
8. With boldness I predicted the incumbent will lose big in the November presidential election, not because his opponent is good (I will not vote for Biden), but because the great majority of American voters are disgusted and distressed with the wrong national policies, black lies, special interests that dominate America, incompetent leadership and dismal failures of the incumbent. What nations want to follow America except Japan, Australia, etc. which have their ulterior motive?
9. Let the oppressed nations and impoverished peoples of the world rise up to form a New World Order. A New World Order where the days of white supremacy rule are numbered and over. A New Word Order where unilateralism is discarded, where imperialism is dead and buried, where lies are on the run, and where multilateralism and justice will govern the world, and where nations and peoples will work together for the common good, for peace, progress and prosperity.
10. The West has enjoyed power and wealth for the last 500 years. The whole world knows that Western democracy and freedom are big lies. What the United States and its allies are most afraid of is soon China will become the world number one economy and the Chinese citizens continuously enjoy so many rights and privileges, the world will naturally think the American model of government is a dismal failure, and that the Chinese model of government is the apparent great success that the whole world can see before their eyes. Consequently, the new world order has peacefully overthrown the Western supremacy and begun a new age where each nation big or small may decide which model they want to adopt and which system of government they feel comfortable to live under. The days of Western aggression and domination are over!!!
