God will fight for Jerusalem, for God is the Protector of Israel.  Palestine only existed in British colonial rule, so Palestinians are not free in Israel; they must be expelled from Jerusalem and the Jewish land, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea. They are free to go to Arab nations. Palestinians and Hamas must withdraw from the Jewish land that God gave to Abraham and his descendants without delay. By necessity I am going to write about this most horrible, terrible,

incredible, fatal, uncomfortable subject, the subject of sin.

Sin, the word, appears 453 times in the BIBLE, in the NASB20.

"SIN" occurs 452 times in 401 verses in the NASB20.Page 1 / 9 exact matches (Gen 4:7–Lev 6:30)

It is interesting there are 365 days in a year, however, the Bible mentions sin 452 times -- it is much more than 1 time a day to remind us of our sins. Sin is the most awful subject. Fortunately, the Bible has several definitions. We do not rely on opinions of theologians. Sin is most difficult subject, and yet it is the most common thing among mankind.

The word “sin” first appears in  Gen 4:7, “If you do well, will your face not be cheerful? And if you do not do well, sin is lurking at the door; and its desire is for you, but you must master it.”

This was the background information:

Gen 4:3-7,  “So it came about in the course of time that Cain brought an offering to the LORD from the fruit of the ground. Abel, on his part also brought an offering, from the firstborn of his flock and from their fat portions. And the LORD had regard for Abel and his offering; but for Cain and his offering He had no regard.” 

Cain became very angry and his face was gloomy. Then the LORD said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why is your face gloomy?  “If you do well, will your face not be cheerful? And if you do not do well, sin is lurking at the door; and its desire is for you, but you must master it.”

God said to Cain, “Why are you angry?”

I used to say, “If you are right, you have no need to be angry. If you are wrong, you have no right to be angry.”

We learn great lessons from the Scriptures cited above.

(A). It was God who first brought up the subject of sin. 

(B). You cannot do well if you worship God your way.

(C). People who do not do well became very angry.

(D). Angry people may do terrible thing (later it turned out to be a murder).

(E). A person who does well his face is cheerful.

(F). Sin is not inanimate, but lurking.

(G). Sin desires to destroy you.

Sin in Hebrew is ḥaṭṭā'āṯ which means an offense; a miss, misstep, slip with the foot; calamity; misfortune; wrongdoing; transgression of God’s law; -- which occurs 299 times in the Old Testament.

Angry in Hebrew is ḥārâ which means kindled; wroth; hot; displeased; furious; incensed; -- which occurs 90 times in the Old Testament.

Gloomy in Hebrew is nāp̄al which means cast down; dismal; depressing; melancholy; pessimistic; -- which occurs 435 times in the Old Testament.

Cheerful in Hebrew is śᵊ'ēṯ which means exalted; lofty; happy; merry; uplifting of countenance; cheery; -- which occurs 14 times in the New Testament.

Lurking in Hebrew is stretching out; crouching; lying in wait; lying hidden; -- which occurs 30 times in the Old Testament. The idea that sin in lying in wait at your door is frightening. This was how God described it, and I have some selfish reasons to preach against sin:

1. To save some.

1Co 9:22-23, “To the weak I became weak, that I might gain the weak; I have become all things to all people, so that I may by all means save

some. I do all things for the sake of the Gospel, so that I may become a fellow partaker of it.”

A famous American evangelist boasted that he had preached to more people than Apostle Paul.

I am no Paul, can never compare myself with Paul. In fact I am not worthy even to untie the straps of Paul’s sandals. I have said it before, now I say it again:

I neither deserve nor believe I will receive a crown in the Kingdom of Heaven. If I do, I will put it at the feet of Jesus, my God and Savior.

I do hope to ”save some” through my work of preaching the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ through my website in the Internet.

If you should perish, you cannot blame me for not proclaiming the Word of God, the Words of Truth, and the Gospel of God’s grace.

2. To shine like the stars.

Dan 12:3, “And those who have insight will shine like the glow of 

the expanse of Heaven, and those who lead the many to 

righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.”

I do not want to be a Hollywood star, a movie star, or a TV star, or a sport star or a political star. I want to be among “those who lead the many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.”

3. To take the warning of Jesus.

Jhn 8:11, “She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said, 

“I do not condemn you, either. Go. From now on sin no more.”

Apostle Paul said,

Rom 7:18, “For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, 

in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not.”

I am no better than Paul. There is nothing good in my flesh. With fear and trembling, in the sincerity of my heart, to Christ; with the power of the Holy Spirit work out my salvation with fear and trembling.

The Bible provides the origin of sin. God existed by Himself before time and space, from the beginning. The Lord of the universe, the Creator of Heaven and earth, decides and determines what is sin. The first sin 

committed in the universe was done by Lucifer, an angel turned into the devil.

The Fall of Lucifer

Isa 14:12-15,  “How you are fallen from Heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into Heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation on the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’ Yet you shall be 

brought down to Sheol, to the lowest depths of the Pit.”

Jhn 8:44, “You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the 

desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he tells a lie, he speaks from his own nature, because he is a liar and 

the father of lies.”

Luk 10:18, “And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from Heaven.”

Rev 12:7-9, “And there was war in Heaven, Michael and his angels 

waging war with the dragon. The dragon and his angels waged war, and they did not prevail, and there was no longer a place found for them in Heaven. And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of 

old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.”

Jhn 14:30-31, “I will not speak much more with you, for the ruler of the world is coming, and he has nothing in regard to Me, but so that the world may know that I love the Father, I do exactly as the Father commanded Me. Get up, let’s go from 

here.”

You wonder why the world is so bad, because the devil is the ruler of the world. World leaders and politicians are but his agents.

Rev 12:9, “And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.”

Rev 19:19-20, “And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies, assembled to make war against Him who sat on the horse, and against His army. And the beast was seized, and with him the false

prophet who performed the signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image; these two were thrown alive into the lake of fire, which burns with brimstone.”

Rev 20:9-10, “And they came up on the broad plain of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the Beloved City, and fire came down from Heaven and devoured them. And the devil 

who deceived them was thrown into the Lake of Fire and Brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.”

Rev 20:14, “Then Death and Hades were thrown into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death, the Lake of Fire.”

It was most shocking and surprising that mankind (Adam and Eve) sinned in the best and most perfect environment -- the Paradise, the Garden of Eden. 

Gen 2:15, “Then the LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to cultivate it and tend it.”

In the first Paradise:

1. )  No stress

2. )  No worry

3. )  No shortage

4. )  No pollution

5. )  No threat

6. )  No war

7. )  No death

Yet in such a perfect environment, man sinned against God.

Adam and Eve did not sin because they ate the forbidden fruit.
Gen 2:16-17, “The LORD God commanded the man, saying, “From any tree of the garden you may freely eat; but from the tree of the 

knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for on the day that you eat from it you will certainly die.”

Rom 5:18-19, “So then, as through one offense the result was condemnation to all mankind, so also through one act of 

righteousness the result was justification of life to all mankind. For as through the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the One the many will be made righteous.”

Adam and Eve sinned because of their disobedience to the Word of God.

In the beginning man did not die because of diseases such as heart disease, cancer, stroke, injuries or shortness of life.

Rom 5:12, “Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all mankind, because all sinned—”

If you have never sinned, you will never die.

Gen 5:5, “So all the days that Adam lived were 930 years, and he died.”

Gen 5:27, “So all the days of Methuselah were 969 years, and he died.”

Methuselah was the man who lived the longest, 969 years, and he died.

Death spread to all mankind, because all sinned.

Through the knowledge of man, you will never know the etiology of sin.

Jas 1:14-15, “But each one is tempted when he is carried away and enticed by his own lust. Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it has run its course, brings forth death.”

We know that Eve was tempted and enticed by her own lust.

We also know that Lucifer was carried away and enticed by his own lust.

Isa 14:12-15, “How you are fallen from Heaven,O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart:
‘I will ascend into Heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
I will also sit on the mount of the congregation
On the farthest sides of the north;

I will ascend above the heights of the clouds,
I will be like the Most High.’

Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol,
To the lowest depths of the Pit.”

The first sinner, Lucifer was in his heart lusted that it wanted to be like the Most High and so fell from Heaven.

Mankind sinned and they were driven away from the Paradise.

Lucifer sinned and he fell from Heaven. 

I.  WHAT IS SIN

Fortunately, the Holy Bible provides several definitions of sin, which is the most authoritative and highest declaration without theologian manipulation and speculation.

To judge man of sin God judges man’s thought, word, and deed. Worst of all, God knows the thoughts of all mankind. God knows all the secrets of man, woman, and child.

Gen 6:5, “The LORD observed the extent of human wickedness on the earth, and He saw that everything they thought or imagined was consistently and totally evil.”

I cannot see your thought. I can only observe your behavior.

The Lord can see our imaginations and thoughts. If God judges mankind based on his thoughts alone, no one could be justified or saved before God.

Exo 9:27,  “Then Pharaoh sent for Moses and Aaron, and said to them, “I have sinned this time; the LORD is the righteous one, and I and my people are the wicked ones.”

Interesting, Pharaoh had concept of sin and wickedness; and confessed it. The background was:

Exo 9:22-26, “Now the LORD said to Moses, “Reach out with your hand toward the sky, so that hail may fall on all the land of Egypt, on every person and animal, and on every plant of the field, throughout the land of Egypt. So Moses reached out with his staff toward the sky, and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and fire ran down to the earth. And the LORD rained hail on the land of Egypt. So there was hail, and fire flashing intermittently in the midst of the hail, which was very heavy, such as had not occurred in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. The hail struck everything that was in the field through all the land of Egypt, from people to animals; the hail also struck every plant of the field, and shattered every tree of the field. Only in the land of Goshen, where the sons of Israel were, was there no hail.”

The work of the Lord was apparent to anyone. The Lord sent thunder and hail, and fire flashing intermittently in the midst of hail, which was very heavy. The hail struck everything that was in the field through all the land of Egypt. There was no hail in the land of Goshen where the sons of Israel were. The Lord discriminately struck only the land of Egypt, and Pharaoh got the message loud and clear. By the punishing deed of the Lord, Pharaoh knew and understood he had sinned, he and his people were wicked. Conclusively, sin against God is a wickedness. 

I had seen the mummy of Cleopatra at the British Museum.

Cleopatra was in Rome when Caesar was murdered in 44 bce.”

Sin in Hebrew is ḥāṭā' which means bear the blame; miss the mark; miss the way; go wrong; incur guilt; trespass; miss the path or right and duty; make a false step; do against God; stumble; commit an offense or fault; -- which occurs 20 times in the Old Testament.

Wicked in Hebrew is rāšāʿwhich means criminal; ungodly; guilty of sin; morally wrong; bad; evil; unrighteous; rotten; -- which occurs 263 times in the Old Testament. 

When Moses faced Pharaoh, I was not sure whether the Mosaic Law was completed or not then (most likely not), where did Pharaoh learn the concept of sin and wickedness?

Rom 2:14-15, “For when Gentiles who do not have the Law 

instinctively perform the requirements of the Law, these, though not having the Law, are a law to themselves, in that they show 

the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience 

testifying and their thoughts alternately accusing or else 

defending them.”

Rom 2:12, “For all who have sinned without the Law will also perish without the Law, and all who have sinned under 

the Law will be judged by the Law.”

(A). All have sinned.

(B). All who have sinned without the Law will also perish without the Law.

(C). All who have sinned under the Law will be judged by the Law.

(D). No sinner can win his case before God.

It is most useful that the Holy Bible defines what sin is.

1).  All unrighteousness is sin.

1Jo 5:17, “All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not leading to death.”

All unrighteousness is sin.

Unrighteousness in Greek is adikia which means iniquity; wrong; injustice; a deed violating law or justice; guilt; treachery; wickedness; -- which occurs 25 times in the New Testament. Sin is all unrighteousness.

Only Jesus Christ is true; there is no unrighteousness in Him.

(A). Sinners suppress the truth in unrighteousness.

(B). Sinners love the reward of unrighteousness.

(C). Sinners are in the bondage of unrighteousness.

(D). Sinners obey unrighteousness.

(E). Sinners use their bodies as instruments of unrighteousness.

(F). No sinner is righteous.

2).  Sin is the transgression of the law.

1Jo 3:4, “Whosoever commits sin transgresses also the law: 

for sin is the transgression of the law.”

Transgression of the law in Greek is anomia which means violation of the law; unrighteousness; iniquity; committing sin; -- which occurs 15 times in the New Testament. 

Sin is transgression against the Lord.

Transgression is sin or iniquity.

Sinners are children of transgression.

The transgression of the wicked, there is no fear of God before his eyes.

Sin is violation of the law.

Sin is lawlessness.

Exo 24:12, “Now the LORD said to Moses, “Come up to Me on the mountain and stay there, and I will give you the stone tablets

with the Law and the commandments which I have written for

their instruction.”

Jhn 1:17, “For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.”

The Ten Commandments are applicable to Christians also except the number 4 because the New Testament does not order Christians to keep any day. But I believe the Jewish Christians have to keep the Sabbath day because God’s covenant was with Abraham and his descendants.

3).  Whatever is not from faith is sin.

Rom 14:23, “But the one who doubts is condemned if he eats, 

because his eating is not from faith; and whatever is not from faith is sin.”

Faith in Greek is pistis which means belief; assurance; fidelity; conviction of the truth; belief that Jesus is the Messiah, through whom we obtain eternal salvation in the Kingdom of God (Strong’s Concordance); trust in God or Christ; the substance of the Christian faith; -- which occurs 244 times in the New Testament.

Jhn 14:1, “Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God believe also in Me.”

Faith is a noun, believe is its verb. Jesus says it is not enough to believe in God, believe also in Him. For that reason, even Judaism cannot save the Jews. I hold the greatest sin is not to believe in God and Jesus Christ. Jesus also says, 

Jhn 8:24, “Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for unless you believe that I AM, you will die in your sins.”

Poor sinners, you don’t have to be murderers, terrorists or rapists; if you do not believe Jesus is the Son of God, Savior of the world, you will die in your sins. Unbelievers will die in their sins and to be thrown into Hell. Do you know the salvation of God is from faith to faith? There is no deed of mankind can please the Lord.

4). To know the right thing to do and do not do it is sin.

Jas 4:17, “So for one who knows the right thing to do and does not do it, for him it is sin.”

To know the right thing to do and not to do it is sin.This is the sin of omission. There are many right things to do, but we do not do it, it is sin.

Knowledge of what is right is not enough. Knowledge of what is right to do and not to do it is sin.

Western nations know their guilty past in imperialism and colonialism, and they know they should pay compensations to their former colonies, and yet they have not done it. It is sin.

Western leaders and politicians know they have no right to attack any country and sanction them, yet they do wrong knowingly. It is terrible, right knowledge is no guarantee of right doing. Japanese government knows fully well it is wrong to dump nuclear contaminated waters into the Pacific Ocean to pollute the sea and the environment, yet they do it because it does not cost them anything. Because Japan is a running dog of America, so America never condemns any wrongdoing of Japan. Western leaders and politicians know fully well it is wrong to prolong the war in Ukraine, yet they send in money, weapons, cluster bombs, armoured piecing shells, F-16 to continue the war. Which sin is greater, knowing right and not to do it, or knowing wrong and still do it?

5).  The devising of foolishness is sin.

Pro 24:9, “The devising of foolishness is sin,And the scoffer is an abomination to humanity.”

American government has big deficits and great national debt all because America is an empire and does many wrong things in the world. The biggest foolishness is they devise and design the coming nuclear war knowing very well no one can win in a nuclear war. They fool themselves in believing they can win a nuclear war against Russia and China.

The foolishness of Ukraine war is not only killing thousands of people and causing millions of displaced people, high inflation, and many hardships -- yet the Western leaders and politicians do it to prolong the war and do it indefinitely. Western leaders and politicians know that imperialism, capitalism, hegemonism, monopolism, and phony democracy are evil, and yet they represent them all the same. They know what is right and good, yet they devise foolishness. The devising of foolishness is sin.

Rom 5:12, “Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all mankind, because all sinned—.”

Don’t you dare to claim exemption of having done no sin!

II.  EXAMPLES OF SINS

Jesus says, Mat 15:19, “For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, acts of adultery, other immoral sexual acts, thefts, false 

testimonies, and slanderous statements.”

Jesus identifies the following seven acts of sins:

(A). Evil thoughts.

(B). Murders.

(C). Acts of adultery.

(D). Other immoral sexual acts.

(E). Thefts.

(F). False testimonies.

(G). Slanderous statements.

Jesus also says, Mat 7:21, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,' will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but the one who does the will of My Father who is in Heaven will enter.”

By deductive reasoning, Jesus says, all those who do not do the will of the Heavenly Father will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

This is most serious, you do not have to do a grave sin, by not doing the will of God, you will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven. I recall how pathetic an American president who pleas to Peter the reason he must enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

Jesus also says, Mar 10:15, “Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the Kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all.”

Whoever does not receive the Kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all.

Mat 18:3, “and said, “Truly I say to you, unless you change and become like children, you will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven.”

To be a Christian you need to change and become like children.

Jesus also says,  Luk 9:62, “But Jesus said to him, “No one, after putting his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for the Kingdom of God.”

No one, after putting his hand to the plow and looking fact, will enter the Kingdom of God.

Luk 13:5, “No, I tell you, but unless you repent, you will all likewise 

perish.”

Jesus also says, this is most serious, unless you repent, you will all likewise perish. A person who does not repent will perish. A prostitute can repent. A murderer can repent. A robber can repent. A rapist can repent. If we do not repent, we will all likewise perish. Perish means to suffer eternally in Hell.

Jesus also says, Jhn 3:3, “Jesus responded and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God.”

Unless you are born again you cannot see the Kingdom of God; it does not matter whether you are American president or tycoon.

Jhn 3:5, “Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, 

unless someone is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter 

the Kingdom of God.”

Water means the Word of God, the Spirit means the Holy Spirit. One is born again through the power of the Word of God and the Spirit of the Lord.

Jhn 6:44, “No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day.”

It is not because you are somebody or have special virtue or merit that you come to Jesus, it is all because of the grace of God that draws you. Wonderful is the fact Jesus will raise all who come to Him on the last day. Believers will have new and spiritual and glorious and immortal bodies.

Jhn 6:65, “And He was saying, “For this reason I have told you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted him from the Father.”

It is important to know that salvation is the way of God, it has nothing to do with man. God bestows grace, man receives freely.

Jesus also says, Jhn 8:24, “Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for unless you believe that I AM, you will die in your sins.”

This is most serious because many will go to Hell and not knowing why. Oh, how i want you to be saved. Unless you believe Jesus is the Son of God and Savior of the world, you will die in your sins.

Jesus also says,

Jhn 8:44, “You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he tells a lie, he speaks from his own nature, because he is a liar and the father of lies.”

This was the origin of sin. Evil came from the devil. Evil is of the devil. The devil was the first sinner, the first murderer, the first liar and the father of lies. The nature of the devil is evil. The devil does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. So the children of the devil do the desires of their father.

What is the etiology of sin? How sin is born?

The Scriptures say:

Jas 1:15, “Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it has run its course, brings forth death.”

Lust is the mother which conceives sin, it gives birth to sin. When sin has run its course, it brings forth death.

1Co 6:9-10, “Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor those habitually drunk, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will inherit the Kingdom of God.”

The Scriptures cited above specifically mention the kind of sinners will not inherit the Kingdom of God:

(1). The unrighteous.

(2). The sexually immoral.

(3).  Idolaters.

(4).  Adulterers.

(5).  Homosexuals.

(6).  Thieves.

(7).  The greedy.

(8).  Habitually drunk.

(9).  Verbal abusers.

(10). Swindlers.

Pro 6:14, “Who, with perversion in his heart, continually devises

evil, who spreads strife.”

A person with perversion in his heart, continually devises evil, who spread strife is a sinner. Thus the Scripture aptly describes Western leaders and politicians.

Rom 1:29-31, “people having been filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, and evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, 

and malice; they are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, 

insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, without understanding, untrustworthy, unfeeling, 

and unmerciful.”

The Scripture cited above identifies 21 kinds of sinners.

1) .  Filled with all unrighteousness.

2) .  Wickedness.

3) .  Greed.

4) .  Evil.

5) .  Full of envy.

6) .  Murder.

7) .  Strife.

8) .  Deceit.

9) .  Malice.

10). Gossips.

11). Slanderers.

12). Haters of God.

13). Insolent.

14). Arrogant.

15). Boastful.

16). Inventors of evil.

17). Disobedient to parents.

18). Without understanding.

19). Untrustworthy.

20). Unfeeling.

21). Unmerciful.

Pro 6:16-19, “There are six things that the LORD hates,
Seven that are an abomination to Him: Haughty eyes, lying tongue, 

and hands that shed innocent blood,  a heart that devises wicked plans,
feet that run rapidly to evil, a false witness who declares lies,
and one who spreads strife among brothers.”

Lev 18:22, “A woman shall not wear a man's clothing, nor shall a man put on a woman's clothing; for whoever does these things 

is an abomination to the LORD your God.”

Deu 22:5,  “You shall not sleep with a male as one sleeps with a female; it is an abomination.”

Homosexual is an abomination.

I personally have no quarrel with LGBTQ, but God says homosexual is an abomination. I do not matter. But those who argue with God lose.

Eze 18:11-12, “(though he himself did not do any of these things), that is, he even eats at the mountain shrines, and defiles his neighbor’s wife, 

oppresses the poor and needy, commits robbery, does not restore a pledge, but raises his eyes to the idols and commits abomination.”

1) .  Defile the neighbor’s wife.

2) .  Oppress the poor and needy.

3) .  Commit robbery.

4) .  Idolatry.

5) .  Commit abomination.

Most people only know the common robbers; they do not know the greatest robbery of $50 trillions occurred in 2008 by Wall Street executives and bankers AND irresponsible government bailed them out!!!!!!!!!

Eze 22:11, “And one has committed abomination with his neighbor's wife, another has outrageously defiled his daughter-in-law, and another among you has sexually abused his sister, his father's daughter.”

1) .  Commit abomination with neighbor’s wife.

2) .  Outrageously defile one’s daughter-in-law.

3) .  Sexually abuse one’s sister, his father’s daughter.

Mal 2:11, “Judah has dealt treacherously, and an abomination 

has been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah has profaned the sanctuary of the LORD which He loves, and has married the daughter of a foreign god.”

1) .  Deal treacherously.

2) .  Commit an abomination.

3) .  Profane the sanctuary of the Lord.

4) .  Marry the daughter of a foreign god.

Eph 5:5, “For this you know with certainty, that no sexually immoral 

or impure or greedy person, which amounts to an idolater, has an inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ and God.”

The Scripture specifies persons who cannot enter the Kingdom of Christ and God.”

1) .  Sexually immoral persons.

2) .  Impure persons.

3) .  Greedy persons.

4) .  Idolaters.

Rev 21:27, “and nothing unclean, and no one who practices abomination and lying, shall ever come into it, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.”

Those who practice abomination and lying shall never come into the Holy City.

I often wonder Western leaders and politicians and Western mass media who readily lie. Don’t they know those who practice lying will never enter the Holy City? They should know by now.

Deu 7:25, “The carved images of their gods you are to burn with fire; you shall not covet the silver or the gold that is on them, nor take it for yourselves, or you will be trapped by it; for it is an abomination to the LORD your God.”

Carved images of false gods are abominations to the Lord.

In America only primitive immigrants worship idols, but most Americans worship money, power and sex.

Deu 22:5, “A woman shall not wear a man's clothing, nor shall a man put on a woman's clothing; for whoever does these things 

is an abomination to the LORD your God.”

Deu 25:16, “For everyone who does these things, everyone who acts unjustly is an abomination to the LORD your God.”

I believe it is a greater sin for the leader of nation to fail to uphold the law and intentionally not to practice justice. Is anything worse than the secretary of Justice fails to deliver justice, and the industry regulators to protect the interest of the regulated?

Pro 3:32, “For the devious are an abomination to the LORD;
but He is intimate with the upright.”

I believe American leaders and politicians, Wall Street executives and bankers, military-industrial-security complex, doctors-hospital owners-drug-and-insurance executives are devious par excellence.

Pro 8:7, “For my mouth will proclaim truth;
And wickedness is an abomination to my lips.”

Lips that proclaim lies are wickedness. I am shocked by the amount of lies regularly spread by the Western mass media.

Dan 9:7, “Righteousness belongs to You, Lord, but to us open shame, as it is this day—to the men of Judah, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and all Israel, those who are nearby and those who are far away in all the countries to which You have driven them, because of their unfaithful deeds which they have committed against You.”

Unfaithful deeds committed against God are sins.

Pro 11:1, “A false balance is an abomination to the LORD,
but a just weight is His delight.”

Wall Street and American Health Care and many mega corporations practice a false balance.

Pro 11:20, “The perverse in heart are an abomination to the LORD, but the blameless in their walk are His delight.”

The perverse in heart are sinners.

Pro 12:22, “Lying lips are an abomination to the LORD,
but those who deal faithfully are His delight.”

Do you know how many lies Western leaders and politicians have told in public?

Pro 15:8, “The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD, but the prayer of the upright is His delight.”

Have you heard of the charity who took in $100 and gave out $1? Do you know the phony foundation that benefits the owner?

Pro 15:9, “The way of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD,
But He loves the one who pursues righteousness.”

I am sure Imperialism, Colonialism, Capitalism and current Hegemonism are all the ways of the wicked.

Pro 15:26, “Evil plans are an abomination to the LORD,
but pleasant words are pure.”

It is no secret that Western leaders and politicians have evil plans to destroy Russia and China and prolong the war in Ukraine.

Pro 16:5, “Everyone who is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD; be assured, he will not go unpunished.”

I observe the rich and powerful are more proud in heart than anyone else.

Pro 17:15, “One who justifies the wicked and one who condemns the righteous, both of them alike are an abomination to the LORD.”

You often see white courts and white mass media who justify the wicked and condemn the righteous.

Pro 20:23, “Differing weights are an abomination to the LORD,
and a false scale is not good.”

Western mass media have differing weights in their opinions and they have a false standard to measure what they don’t like.

Rom 1:28, “And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, 

God gave them up to a depraved mind, to do those things that are not proper.”

Doing those things that are not proper are sins. A depraved mind conceives nothing but evil deeds.

There are Americans who call themselves LGBTQ. Don’t they know homosexuals, etc. will not inherit the Kingdom of God?

Rev 22:14-16, “Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they will have the right to the tree of life, and may enter the City by the gates. Outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the sexually immoral persons, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying.

“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you of these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the Bright Morning Star.”

Jesus the Bright Morning Star also says, the following sinners will not enter the Holy City:

(1). The dogs, real dogs. No matter how the dog food industry entices and promises the people, there will be no dogs in the Holy City. Dogs also mean the homosexuals.

(2). The sorcerers. Those who believe in Chinese Fengshui are also included. I cannot help to remember an American woman who so much into Fengshui because she wanted to get rich.

(3). The sexually immoral persons. A black American preacher was not only famous, he preached a false gospel and certified by the FBI as an immoral person.

(4). The murderers, including warmongers and killers.

(5). The idolaters, including those who worship money, power and sex.

(6). Everyone who loves and practices lying. This definitely include Western mass media journalists, Western leaders and politicians.

Deu 9:7, “Remember, do not forget how you provoked the LORD your God to anger in the wilderness; from the day that you left the land of Egypt until you arrived at this place, you have been rebellious against the LORD.”

Jos 22:22, “The Mighty One, God, the LORD, the Mighty One, 

God, the LORD! He knows, and may Israel itself know. If it was in rebellion, or if in an unfaithful act against the LORD, do not save us this day!”

Job 34:37, “For he adds rebellion to his sin; he claps his hands among us, and multiplies his words against God.'”

Rebellion against the Lord is sin.

Eph 5:11, “Do not participate in the useless deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them.” Useless deeds of darkness are sins.

Heb 6:1, “Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God.”

Heb 9:14, “how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?” Dead works are sins.

Pro 15:9, “The way of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD,But He loves the one who pursues righteousness.” The way of the wicked is sin.

Num 15:30, “But the person who does wrong defiantly, whether he is a native or a stranger, that one is blaspheming the LORD; and that person shall be cut off from among his people.”

Doing wrong defiantly and blaspheming the Lord are sins.

Psa 74:18, “Remember this, LORD, that the enemy has taunted You, and a foolish people has treated Your name disrespectfully.”

Treating the name of the Lord disrespectfully is sin.

Pro 30:12, “There is a kind who is pure in his own eyes,
yet is not washed from his filthiness.” Filthiness is sin.

Isa 59:3, “For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with wrongdoing; your lips have spoken deceit,  your tongue mutters 

wickedness.”

1).  Hands defiled with blood is sin.

2).  Wrongdoing is sin.

3).  Lips spoken with deceit is sin.

4).  Tongue mutters wickedness is sin.

Heb 3:13, “But encourage one another every day, as long as it is still called “today,” so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.”

Hardened by deceitfulness is sin. Great wrongdoing is sin.

Heb 12:1, “Therefore, since we also have such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let’s rid ourselves of every obstacle and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with endurance the race that is set before us.” Something which so easily entangles us is sin.

Gal 3:22, “But the Scripture has confined everyone under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.”

The Scripture has confined everyone under sin. Everyone means you and me, no one is excluded. However, the promise by faith in Jesus Christ is given only to those who believe.

Ecc 7:20, “Indeed, there is not a righteous person on earth who always does good and does not ever sin.”

1Ti 1:9-10, “realizing the fact that law is not made for a righteous person but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and worldly, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, 

for murderers, for the sexually immoral, homosexuals, slave traders, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound teaching.”

1) .  The lawless.

2) .  The rebellious.

3) .  The ungodly.

4) .  Sinners.

5) .  The unholy.

6) .  The worldly.

7) .  Those who kill their fathers and mothers.

8) .   Murderers,

9) .  The sexually immoral.

10). Homosexuals.

11). Slave traders (pimps included)

12). Liars.

13). Perjurers.

14). Whatever else is contrary to sound teaching.

Sins are clear. God says, Rom 3:23, “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

You do not need to commit all the examples of sins, one is enough to throw you into Hell. But there is good news for sinners. For the Bible says, 1Ti 1:15, “It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost.”

This truth is trustworthy and true, Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. Even the worst and greatest sinners can be saved. Even the worst and greatest sinners do not have to go to Hell. 

Pro 14:34, “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.” Sin is a disgrace to any people.

Psa 19:13, “Also keep Your servant back from presumptuous sins; let them not rule over me; then I will be innocent,

and I will be blameless of great wrongdoing.”

1) .  Presumptuousness is sin.

2) .  Great wrongdoing is sin.

Rom 7:8, “But sin, taking an opportunity through the commandment, produced in me coveting of every kind; for apart from the Law sin is dead.”

Coveting of every kind is sin.

2Pe 2:14, “having eyes full of adultery that never cease from sin, enticing unstable souls, having hearts trained in greed, accursed children.”

1) .  Having eyes full of adultery.

2) .  Enticing unstable souls.

3) .  Having hearts trained in greed.

4) .  Accursed children.

III.  WHAT GOD DOES TO SIN

1).  God destroys those who speak lies and loathes the person of bloodshed and deceit.

Psa 5:6, “You destroy those who speak lies;
The LORD loathes the person of bloodshed and deceit.”

2).  God gave them up to vile impurity in the lusts of their heart.

Rom 1:24, “Therefore God gave them up to vile impurity in the lusts of their hearts, so that their bodies would be dishonored among them.”

3).  God gave them over to degrading passions.

Rom 1:26, “For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged natural relations for that which is contrary to nature.”

4).  God gave them up to a depraved mind.

Rom 1:28, “And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, 

God gave them up to a depraved mind, to do those things that are not proper.”

5).  God will take note of sinner and will not acquit his guilt.

Job 10:14, “If I have sinned, You will take note of me,
And will not acquit me of my guilt.”

6).  God has remembered offenses.

Rev 18:5, “for her sins have piled up as high as heaven, and God has remembered her offenses.”

7).  Sinners provoked God to jealousy with their sins.

1Ki 14:22, “And the people of Judah did evil in the sight of the LORD, and they provoked Him to jealousy with their sins which they committed, more than all that their fathers had done.”

8) .  Sinners provoke God to anger with their sins.

1Ki 16:2, “Since I exalted you from the dust and made you leader over My people Israel, and you have walked in the way of Jeroboam and have 

misled My people Israel into sin, provoking Me to anger with their sins.”

9).  God will punish the world for its evil and the wicked for their wrongdoing.

Isa 13:11, “So I will punish the world for its evil and the wicked 

for their wrongdoing; I will also put an end to the audacity of 

the proud and humiliate the arrogance of the tyrants.”

Western leaders and politicians are very proud, guess what, God will put an end to the audacity of the proud and humiliate the arrogance of the tyrants. It is no secret that Western leaders and politicians rule the world today and they are the tyrants with arrogance.

10).  God curses everyone who does not abide by the Law.

Gal 3:10, “For all who are of works of the Law are under a curse; for it is written: “CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO DOES NOT ABIDE BY ALL THE THINGS WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF THE LAW, TO DO THEM.”

11).  God will not acquit sinners.

Job 9:28, “I am afraid of all my pains, I know that You will not acquit me.”

12).  The soul who sins will die.

Eze 18:4, “Behold, all souls are Mine; the soul of the father as well as the soul of the son is Mine. The soul who sins will die.”

13).  God opens a fountain for sin and for defilement.

Zec 13:1, “On that day a fountain will be opened for the house of David and for the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for sin and for defilement.”

14).  God appeared in order to take away sins.

1Jo 3:5, “You know that He appeared in order to take away sins; and in Him there is no sin.”

15).  In Jesus Christ we have redemption through His blood,

Eph 1:7, “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our wrongdoings, according to the riches of His grace.”

16).  The blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.

1Jo 1:7, “but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.”

17).  Jesus Christ makes Christians free from sin.

Rom 6:18, “and after being freed from sin, you became slaves to righteousness.”

18).  Jesus died on the cross so that believers might die to sin and live for righteousness.

1Pe 2:24, “and He Himself brought our sins in His body up on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live for righteousness; by His wounds you were healed.”

19). Returned to the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls.

1Pe 2:25, “For you were continually straying like sheep, but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls.”

20). The Holy Spirit convicts the world regarding sin, and righteousness, and judgment.

Jhn 16:8, “And He, when He comes, will convict the world regarding sin, and righteousness, and judgment:ht our sins in His body up on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live for righteousness; by His wounds you were healed.”

21).  By the fear of the Lord one keeps away from evil.

Pro 16:6, “By mercy and truth atonement is made for wrongdoing, and by the fear of the LORD one keeps away from evil.”

22).  By the Word of God to keep from the ways of the violent.

Psa 17:4, “As for the works of mankind, by the Word of Your lips
I have kept from the ways of the violent.”

23).  The gracious gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus.

Rom 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gracious gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

24).  Only God can forgive sins.

Mar 2:7, “Why does this man speak that way? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins except God alone?”

After the believers are saved and their sins forgiven, God requires His children to do the following:

1).  Do justice, love kindness and walk humbly with God.

Mic 6:8, “He has told you, mortal one, what is good;
And what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, to love kindness,
and to walk humbly with your God?”

2).  Love must be free of hypocrisy. Detest what is evil; cling to what is good.

Rom 12:9 “Love must be free of hypocrisy. Detest what is evil; cling to what is good.”

3).  Keep away from wickedness.

2Ti 2:19, “Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His;” and, “Everyone who names the name of the Lord is to keep away from wickedness.”

4).  Abstain from every form of evil.

1Th 5:22, “abstain from every form of evil.”

5).  By the Spirit put to death the deeds of the body.

Rom 8:13, “for if you are living in accord with the flesh, you are going to die; but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live.”

6).  Let’s rid ourselves of every obstacle and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with endurance that race that is set before us.

Heb 12:1, “Therefore, since we also have such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let’s rid ourselves of every obstacle 

and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with endurance the race that is set before us.”

7).  Looking only at Jesus

Heb 12:2, “looking only at Jesus, the Originator and Perfecter of the faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

IV.  SINS AND CRIMES

God defines what is sin, and state defines what is crime. Crimes are more complicated and sophisticated as the FBI CRIME INDEX indicates.

We are all sinners but we are not all criminals. All criminals are necessary sinners. We are all sinners in the sight of God. A criminal must be determined in the sight of a state. Some crimes are defined by certain states which may not be crime in other states. For example, fornication and adultery are defined as sins before God. Fornication and adultery may be crimes in some states, but not crimes in other states. Evil thoughts are sins defined by God, but no nation or state can prosecute evil thoughts.

1Jo 1:7-9, “but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, so that He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

If the nations of the world define crimes as God defines sins, there will be no one left in the world. The worldly views of sin are many, and they are all wrong. What are considered crimes among nations, most likely they are sins. What are considered sins by God may not be crimes by nations. A good example is the sin of fornication and adultery, they may be not crimes among many nations.

Sin is not defined by respective and different religions. Sins are defined by God in accordance with His Word. Sin is not violation of rules of religion. Sin is violation of the law of God. There is direct harm or injury involved in sin. Most likely many sins cause harm and injury to other human beings, such as rape. Many do not know that sins are against God. The remedy for sin is not penance. The sin that the Bible says “all have sinned” will lead to eternal suffering in Hell. There are also mortal or unforgivable 

sins against the Holy Spirit; for example denial of the Divinity of Jesus Christ. A Harvard professor in seeking fame and fortune declared that she discovered Jesus had a wife. I believe the woman had committed the unpardonable sin. For those whose sins had been washed by the blood of Jesus and forgiven, if they commit sin that leads not to death, they must confess and repent.

The following is the promise for those who have been saved:

1Jo 1:7-9, “but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, so that He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

Sin is not a religious concept; sin is a Divine concept. It is God who ultimately determines what is sin. What God says is sin is sin. In the sight of God, not religion, sin is determined. Sin is based on the Word of God. God also determines the degree of punishability of any sin. Give you an example, no state could or would punish a person based on his thought. Thought cannot be measured or seen. But God knows not only the thoughts and secrets of man. Only God can judge man’s thoughts, words and deeds. Every crime must be a sin, but every sin may not be a crime. For example, most states do not prosecute fornication and adultery; but fornication and adultery are sins in the sight of God. Another example is greed; God calls greed a sin.

As regards sinners, we do not have any excuse:

Jhn 15:22, “If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin.”

Rom 2:1, “Therefore you have no excuse, you foolish person, everyone of you who passes judgment; for in that matter in which you judge someone else, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things.”

Men have many excuses for the sins they committed, but God’s judgment is the same for men and women, No Excuse. God’s court is the last Supreme Court of Heaven. God as the Judge of the living and dead is not like human judges, for God knows all things even the secrets of man.

In the last days sinners have very high opinion of themselves. Sinners think they are super-powerful, super-rich, super fast, super-intelligent, super-selfsatisfied, super arrogant, super-violent, on top of the world. They think they are the lords of the universe, the rulers of the world, the masters of all. But little they know, the wages of sin is death. I think the Wild Wild West has more influence on America than Christianity. It is my firm conviction, unless America changes its culture, value, and political perspective, America will continue to destroy and being destroyed.

On the other hand, there are people and organizations who merchandise the Bible or knowledge of God at high prices. They make various versions of Bibles and offers various attractive subjects in order to sell the Word of God at high profit. These are what the Bible warns long time ago.

Jhn 2:16, “And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of 

merchandise.”

Many so-called Christian organizations are actually houses of merchandise, even churches and some mega churches.

2Pe 2:3, “By greed they will make merchandise of you with deceptive words; their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction does not slumber.”

On another hand, the organized crooks and criminal who run the biggest con game in the world become rampant and they located overseas which make them hard to investigate. Multi-national cooperation is called for to strike at the core of organized crime and make them no place to hide or escape. Some racial groups are so proud because the run faster, jump high and long than others. But that does not contribute one penny to GDP. Peoples of back and poor nation, wise up and become productive to contribute to the GDP of your nation. Poor and backward nations make the greatest noises in charging that rich nations have no accountability.The fact is, almost all backward and poor nations practice unaccountability and irresponsibility. At least the rich nations know how to take care of themselves. Backward and poor nations are habitually corrupt,  insolvent, short of food and water and medicine. But one thing I advocate is the duty and responsibility of former imperialists and colonialists to make reparations and compensations to their former colonists which they had robbed, exploited, and mistreated for a long long time.

THE PROBLEM OF SIN • “The biblical doctrine leaves us with mysteries beyond our comprehension, but these are, as Laidlaw says, 'solvents, not sources of difficulty. Into the problem of evil, Scripture introduces elements of explanation. It accounts for man's present moral and physical condition, for the broad phenomena of life and death in a way that is thinkable and intelligible'. The humble Christian is content to contain these unresolved problems. They do not disturb his peace of mind because, in the last analysis, the ground of all peace of mind is the conviction of the sovereignty, justice, goodness of God. What he cannot resolve he believes God does. It is the apex of Christian piety to trust in God, just as it is also the foundation, to say, 'I do not know, but I do know that God does'. Jesus warns against unpardonable sin:

Mat 12:31, “Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven.

Mar 3:29, “but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never 

has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin”

If you take the Words of Jesus lightly, you run the risk of eternal damnation. Peoples who confessed they had sinned:

Exo 10:16, “Then Pharaoh hurriedly called for Moses and Aaron, and he said, “I have sinned against the LORD your God and against you.”

Num 22:34, “So Balaam said to the angel of the LORD, “I have sinned, for I did not know that you were standing in the way against me. Now then, if it is displeasing to you, I will turn back.”

Jos 7:20, “So Achan answered Joshua and said, “Truly, I have sinned against the LORD, the God of Israel, and this is what I did:”

1Sa 15:24, “Then Saul said to Samuel, “I have sinned, for I have violated

the command of the LORD and your words, because I feared the people

Job 10:14, “If I have sinned, You will take note of me, and will not acquit me of my guilt.”

Job 33:27, “He will sing to people and say, ‘I have sinned and perverted what is right, and it is not proper for me.’

Psa 41:4, “As for me, I said, “LORD, be gracious to me; Heal my soul, for I have sinned against You.”

Psa 51:4, “Against You, You only, I have sinned and done what is evil in Your sight, So that You are justified when You speak and blameless 

when You judge.”

Mic 7:9, “I will endure the rage of the LORD because I have sinned 

against Him, until He pleads my case and executes justice for me. He will bring me out to the light, and I will look at His righteousness.”

Mat 27:4, “saying, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.” But they said, “What is that to us? You shall see to it yourself!”

Luk 15:18, “I will set out and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against Heaven, and in your sight.”

Luk 15:21, “And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against Heaven and in your sight; I am no longer worthy to be called your son.”

V.  INEQUALITY AND INJUSTICE

Somehow most people know what is injustice at heart even though they may not be able to articulate it in theoretical terms. But the concept of inequality is quite different, and many confused between inequality and injustice. The most stupid cry for inequality and injustice is this:

Black janitors do not make as much as White surgeons do. I have no desire or inclination to debate with such people. I only want to make such a statement: If Black janitors make as much as White surgeons, there will be no surgeons in the world, only Black janitors!!!

Years ago I held Affirmative Action as Unconstitutional, unlawful and illegal on the principle if one racial group enjoys preferential treatment, justice of all others is violated. There was a position in Sacramento which was advertised. I applied because it suited my educational background and job experience. There were three finalists: I was the most qualified, second was a White man, and the third Black man was the least qualified. Guess who got the job? It was the Black man due to Affirmative Action. One Asian woman wanted to apply for a vacant Postal Clerk position, and I was asked to pick up the application form for her. The Black women of Postal Services illegally blocked the entrance bodily to prevent me to get the application form. A Chinese worker told me that he could not get the janitorial job at a big corporation, because the Black union barred him.  A Black man told me his GPA was only 2.0 but due to Affirmative Action he got into UCLA Medical School. How many Chinese students with GPA 4.0 could not get into medical schools in America at all?

Finally and recently the U.S. Supreme Court saw the light and decreed it is unconstitutional and unlawful to admit college based on Affirmative Action. Affirmative Action is not illegal only in college admission. Affirmative Action is unconstitutional in all areas. How many unqualified Blacks got into high and good Federal, State, County, Municipal and Corporate positions all due to Affirmative Action. How many Black businesses got Federal contracts and business loans all because of Affirmative Action. How many unqualified Black students got into universities and medical schools only because of Affirmative Action. The examples can go on and on and injustice without end!

By the way justice is a big subject that jurists and lawyers study it for a long history. Most nations have a department of justice, but it does not mean they practice justice. Once I wrote to the Secretary of the Department of Justice because the hospital and doctors had defrauded me with evidence. Suddenly it dawned on me that the secretary of the department of justice might not be interested in justice at all. Even the leader of a nation might refuse to uphold the law and practice injustice deliberately. If you cannot afford to hire lawyers, the chance you get justice is almost zero. That is inherently the government creates jobs and big money for lawyers.

The word “justice” occurs 149 times in the NASB20.

The Scripture which first appears the word “justice” is 

Gen 18:19, “For I have chosen him, so that he may command his children and his household after him to keep the way of the LORD by doing righteousness and justice, so that the LORD may bring upon Abraham what He has spoken about him.”

This is what God says about Abraham that his children and his household after him may keep the way of the Lord by doing righteousness and justice.

Here we discover righteousness and justice are closely related.

You cannot do righteousness by violating justice; and you cannot do justice by violating righteousness. God is righteous and just, and so the way of the Lord is by doing righteousness and justice. Righteousness in Hebrew is ṣᵊḏāqâ which means righteous acts; justice; truthfulness; ethically right; moral virtue; rectitude; according to what is right; just measure; -- which occurs 159 times in the Old Testament.

Justice in Hebrew is mišpāṭ which means right judgment; execution of judgment; rectitude; things done justly; execution of what is just; -- which occurs 159 times in the Old Testament.

Long before Affirmative Action, when I was doing Evaluation of Management Effectiveness at the Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. In my master’s thesis I pointed out that SEC did not have one female director.

In employment, I advocate equal opportunity. I mean job should be evaluated on qualifications, abilities and experience -- it has nothing with gender except few jobs because of its toughness and strength requirement which is more suitable for man.

For example engineering, a competent male and female can do the same job. There is no reason to exclude female engineers. However, there are more female nurses because by nature females can do better in nursing. There are also male nurses without discrimination. I also advocate equal 

pay for equal work. Two engineers, male and female, of equal work should get equal pay.

A female colleague of mine who holds a CPA, but her supervisor, department manager, and Vice President of Finance do not. This is the reality in America. I advice her to find extra-curriculum interest, or if she thinks about her situation she will be unhappy all her life. None of my supervisors had better education than I had, to compensate I lectured at major universities in China during my vacation, where I was greatly admired by the students and faculties alike. If you have to wait for the government to execute justice, you may suffer all your life.

In Olympic Games, there are differences between Summer Olympic Games and Winter Olympic Games. Even in Artistic Gymnastics there are Women's Artistic Gymnastics and Men’s Artistic Gymnastics. There is absolutely no inequality if female gymnasts compete among themselves doing flips on a 4-inch-wide beam. It would be quite different if male gymnasts have to compete on a 4-inch wide beam with female gymnasts. I also do not see inequality for males gymnasts to compete among themselves doing incredible feats of strength on the rings. Honestly, I dislike male boxing. I loathe even more female boxing.

Equality is freedom from discrimination. 

Discrimination is a direct violation of equality principle.  

Equality does not mean everybody has equal income. Discrimination is a way of life in America. Americans practice many types of  discrimination. Racial discrimination is basic, comprehensive, pervasive, rampant, and systematic. There are types of discrimination which are deep rooted and most destructive.  Educational discrimination is one which cuts off your future development and career opportunity. For example, a Chinese student with 4.0 was not admitted to a medical school, while a black man with 2.0 told me he was admitted to UCLA Medical School. Educational discrimination puts a glass ceiling on your future; you can go only so far. Top universities in America do not admit students on account of GPA and achievements or merit alone. One nurse told me she knew one female medical student admitted because her father and brother were already doctors at the hospital although her GPA was not good enough. 

Employment discrimination restricts your potential at the present. Without a job, you do not have income. Without income, you do not have means of livelihood. Without means of livelihood, you are poor. Poverty keeps you down and miserable for the rest of your life. Employment discrimination is like cutting off your water and power. A most subtle form of job discrimination is the practice that good-paying job is not available for certain races; only hard and undesirable jobs are available. That discriminatory situation can make a professor a dishwasher or driver. Promotion and recognition can be forms of employment discrimination. For example, an educated, experienced and capable Chinese is not promoted to be the manager or executive, while his supervisor a white man is less qualified with no skills. I used to work for a big corporation; a white man who was a veteran was hired as the manager although he never developed a policy or procedure in his life. He made a statement there was no one in his department who knew how to develop policies and procedures except me, and so every morning he shook hands with me when he arrived at work. Or a black man is promoted because of Affirmative Action. You can verify how many blacks got into good government, business and industry positions on account of Affirmative Action. It is still true in America; there is a glass ceiling for Chinese and other minorities and women for top position. Promotion can also discriminate other white persons. I have known some more qualified and able white persons who did not get promoted on account they were not members of the in-group. Corporate power politics is so rampant in America where vice presidents grab power and budget and select only people they can trust as their lieutenants. No matter what color or race, you are day dreaming if you believe corporation is putting out red carpet in welcoming you all because you got the qualifications and abilities!

Legal discrimination is using law to select some and reject others and treating some racial group with special rights and privileges. Once I applied for a state job, three persons were selected as top candidates for the open position. I scored the highest, a white man second, and a black man third. Due to Affirmative Action the least qualified black man got the job. Some black business gets government contracts or business loans is a form of legal discrimination. Affirmative Action is unfair and should be ruled unconstitutional because it is discriminatory in nature.  When a racial group is favored, all other racial groups are discriminated.  There is neither honor nor justice in Affirmative Action.  

Economic discrimination deals with financial transactions. It used to be in America Chinese could not own land or buy property. Even you have money; you are not allowed to buy houses in certain white-dominated upper class neighborhoods. Some banks discriminate people by rejecting loans of certain groups. Some banks reject credit application of certain racial groups even though they are creditworthy. Without loan and credit, you cannot do business or expand business – this is a vicious way of restricting your opportunity of success. Equal opportunity does not mean you give credit or loan to everyone. It means everyone can compete on an equal footing. If you fulfill the requirement, you get the opportunity. There were many Chinese who got to be millionaires and billionaires the crooked way. They conspired with corrupt officials to rob the land of peasants at low prices and got huge bank loans to make real estate development and sell villas and high-rise apartments at high prices. Monopoly is a financial and economic discrimination. Those who own vital industries commit predatory practices. For example, in America healthcare industry is a monopoly, and doctors and hospital owners, etc. can charge and defraud the public with impunity. American healthcare system works like an organized syndicate, for that reason it is the most costly in the world and has bankrupted millions of families. Lawyers also practice monopoly in legal fees. Bankers commit predatory practices in paying hardly any interest while charging all kinds of unreasonable fees. Car repairs industry is another form of monopoly which rips off consumers. Government is the biggest monopoly and for that reason politicians, lawmakers, and officials tend to abuse power and misuse public funds to enrich themselves.  

Social discrimination has great ramifications. Exclusive club is a social discrimination. Professional association is not a social  discrimination. Boy scouts for boys and girl scouts for girls are not social discrimination. Rest rooms for men and rest rooms for women are not social discrimination. However, due to different body structure, there may need more female restrooms than male restrooms. Just take a look at the long line of females waiting would help you understand justice is not social discrimination.  In the past, blacks could not ride the same bus with whites or stay at the same hotel was blatant social discriminations. Some blatant forms of social discrimination have been outlawed. A heavy and rough and tough job for man should not be construed as social discrimination. Boxing is an uncivilized sport; it should be banned for both male and female. 

Whatever job which a female can do as well should not be a social discrimination. You might not believe but most nurses prefer male doctors over female doctors. Most male patients prefer male doctors including me in particular when the female doctor wants to examine your private part. For that reason, it is not social discrimination to have female obstetricians and gynecologists. I honestly believe primary school should not be overwhelmingly dominated by female teachers. A form of social discrimination is insulting in the way department store clerks pay attention to white customers and ignore others, or a restaurant waitresses do the same. It does not bother me if white people do not want to be friends with me for friendship is a private matter. In fact I rejected many white people who want to make friends with me on account of my education, knowledge and abilities. For the same reason I also turned down many Chinese because life is short and I do not want to spend my precious time with people I do not like. It is not social discrimination when a restaurant rejects service to a barefooted, dirty and sloppy customer. It is social discrimination when a member of a professional group is treated differently. I do not like the practice of some corporations: When it is the birthday of an important member within the department, they celebrate his/her birthday with a party or luncheon. They simply do nothing when it is the birthday of lesser important members. In fact, I would not anyone in a corporation to know my birthday and do anything about it. I keep my birthday private and I may not want to attend the birthday luncheon of party of other employees because in a big corporation there are many employees. I think it is proper for a corporation to give an annual Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas party for all employees and forget about individual birthday party. It is not social discrimination when business and first class passengers enjoy club rights and privileges. To prevent someone who is qualified from renting an apartment anywhere is a social discrimination. 

Political discrimination is based on party affiliation and ideological belief. The most glaring example of political discrimination is the way the United States treats China with arrogance, aggression, provocation and negative attitudes manifested in words and deeds because China has its own political and social system. It is a lie for Carter to say America has pure democracy. Democracy is supposed to serve the greatest interest of the greatest number of peoples. American democracy serves special interests and is ruled by the few. For a long time American democracy has been serving the interest of the few at the expense of the greatest number of citizens. America, EU, NATO, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc. practice racial and political discrimination. Guilt by association is also a form of political discrimination. American supremacists and militarists call Putin a Hitler is an example of political discrimination.  

America is a case in point. Although the overwhelming majority American citizens do not approve Biden administration, yet Biden continues to use hundred billions of borrowed money and sends them along with weapons, cluster bombs, armored car piercing shells and F-16 to Ukraine to prolong the war with Russia.

Voters also gave Biden net negative approval ratings on his handling of the war in Ukraine and U.S. dealings with China. …they once again overwhelmingly said the country was headed in the wrong direction, with just 23% expressing a more positive outlook.”

With a new US CONSTITUTION, the Joe Biden administration would have been instantly replaced and the American foreign policy changed and the Ukraine war stopped long ago.

Like any other nations, America needs a New Constitution whereby it stipulates that majority (51%) of American citizens are empowered and have the right to instantly remove any elected or appointed officials without impeachment. The officials do not need to commit any crime; it only requires a no-confidence vote of a majority citizens. Through the peaceful National Referendum, majority of American citizens have the right and power to change the government, change government policy, determine the direction of the country, decide budget and national debt, decide the wages and benefits of federal employees, overhaul the most costly and predatory health care system to cover all citizens and residents at fair and affordable cost, stop the foreign wars in Ukraine, etc.

Equality: the right of different groups of people to have a similar social position and receive the same treatment: 

1.    Equality means equal treatment under the law, equal opportunity and equal rights. 

Equality never means equal salary or equal wealth. Equality does not mean an unqualified black student will get into a medical school with GPA 2.0. Affirmative action directly violates equality and therefore is illegal and must be abolished.  When a race or group of people is given special treatment or favoritism or special rights, it means other people are made unequal, abused, mistreated and violated.    The legal system which provides justice to criminals at the expense of the law-abiding citizens is very bad criminal justice system. Under a good criminal justice system, if you are guilty a dream team of defense lawyers would not be able to get you acquitted. If you are innocent, a troop of prosecutors should not be able to find you guilty. All genuine evidence should be admissible. Fake evidence presented by defense or prosecution should suffer consequences. Jury system has been corrupted; it should be replaced by three independent judges. The decree of the majority of judges stands. Capital offense should have one appeal at the accused expense. All convicts should work for their room and board without luxuries of law library, gym, etc. All death penalty must be executed within three months. 

George F. Will   (December 1, 2011）wrote, “A brief submitted by UCLA law professor Richard Sander and legal analyst Stuart Taylor argues that voluminous research refutes the legal premise for such racial classifications: They benefit relatively powerless minorities. 

“Academic mismatch” causes many students who are admitted under a substantial preference based on race, but who possess weaker academic skills, to fall behind. The consequences include especially high attrition rates from the sciences, and self-segregation in less-demanding classes, thereby reducing classroom diversity. Blacks are significantly more integrated across the University of California system than they were before the state eliminated racial preferences in 1996, thereby discouraging enrollment of underprepared minorities in the more elite institutions. 

Sander and Taylor report : “Research suggests a similar pattern nationally; scholars have found that the use of large racial preferences by elite colleges has the effect of reducing diversity at second-tier schools.” Another study showed that even if eliminating racial preferences in law schools would mean 21 percent fewer black matriculants, there would still be no reduction in the number of blacks who graduate and pass the bar exam. 

A second brief , submitted by three members of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Gail Heriot, Peter Kirsanow and Todd Gaziano), argues that racial preferences in law school admissions mean fewer black lawyers than there would be without preferences that bring law students into elite academic settings where their credentials put them in the bottom of their classes. A similar dynamic is reducing the number of minority scientists and engineers than there would be under race-neutral admissions policies. 

There are fewer minorities entering high-prestige careers than there would be if preferences were not placing many talented minority students in inappropriate, and discouraging, academic situations: “Many would be honor students elsewhere. But they are subtly being made to feel as if they are less talented than they really are.” This is particularly so regarding science and engineering, which are, as Heriot, Kirsanow and Gaziano say, “ruthlessly cumulative”: Students who struggle in entry-level classes will find their difficulties cascading as the academic ascent becomes steeper. Hence the high attrition rates.” 

Racial preferences are wrong even if they produce intended results because it is unfair and unlawful to give preference to any group of people based on race. Therefore,   Affirmative Action violates justice and should be abolished without delay.

Unfortunately, the most famous and gloried black leader was a man who preached false gospel and certified by FBI as a certified as as immoral person. Since the Johnson’s great society, American governments (federal, state and local) have spent more than $7 trillion to aid blacks, but facts indicate that blacks have not improved. It gets worse and worse. Truth is offensive; but I stand only for truth and justice. 

I differ strongly with the American media and people who declare M. L. King Jr.’s dream is only half-realized. I hold opinion that M. L. King’s Jr’s dream is the most dangerous and detrimental dream to black Americans. King’s dream is a nightmare to blacks and other Americans. MLK’s dream is not the American dream. Continuation of King’s dream would be harmful to black interests. Rights without responsibilities and morality guarantee to ruin any people. True, MLK had got many rights and privileges for blacks including Affirmative Action. Under Affirmative Action, how many undeserving and unworthy blacks got into high positions in government, military, business and industry, education, banking, media, medicine, law, sports, entertainment, etc. at the expense of injustice to other more worthy individuals. Why? Facts can substantiate this thesis. offensive; but I stand only for truth and justice. Facts are here to prove it: 

(1).    The black prison population has increased, not decreased, since M. L. King, Jr. preached his political and social gospel. 

(2).   The population of black single-parent families and children without fathers has increased, not decreased. 

(3).    The population of blacks receiving welfare, Medicaid, food stamps, and other public assistance has increased, not decreased. 

(4).    The population of blacks involving in drug trafficking and drug addiction and prostitution has increased, not decreased. 

(5).    The population of unemployed and unemployable blacks has increased, not decreased. 

(6).    The population of black gangs and delinquents has increased, not decreased. 

(7).    The population of black student dropouts has increased, not decreased. 

(8).    The population of black women and black teenagers getting pregnant out of wedlock has increased, not decreased. 

(9).    Cities managed by black mayors are no model cities of good management, but models of corrupt governments; among many include Washington, D.C. 

(10).   M. L. King, Jr. was reported and certified by FBI not a morally responsible person; it is doubly bad for black people to cover up the sins and shortcomings of their leaders, politicians and preachers as if they were justified or can be excused or exempt.  

I wish black Americans well. Here are some suggestions for black Americans, in fact for any racial groups, who sincerely want to improve themselves: 

(1).    Do not expect what your country can do for you, do something right for yourself. 

(2).    Do not expect any right or privilege or special treatment just because you are black or minority, do your duty and responsibility. 

(3).    Do not expect anything be given to you free; earn everything you get the old-fashioned way. 

(4).    Do not rely on Affirmative Action; believe in the merit of your own action. 

(5).    Do not make people fear of your presence; make yourself a civilized and positive influence in your community. 

(6).    Do not believe crime pays; believe hard work, thrift and morality will benefit you. 

(7).    Do not excuse or justify yourself when you commit a crime and do something wrong on account you were born underprivileged or socially disabled. 

(8).    Do not discriminate against other races just as you do not want to be discriminated. Affirmative Action is inherently unfair and unlawful.   When a racial group is given special rights and treatment, all others suffer injustice. 

Many are confused about inequality and injustice and express opinions which are false and illegal. For example, there is nothing inequality or injustice for a white surgeon to make more money that a black janitor. If the black janitor makes equal wages as a  white surgeon, there will be no surgeons in the world, and all want to be like black janitors. Equal pay only for equal work. Surgery and janitorial service are not equal. Unequal job classification will receive unequal pay. It is only discrimination when a Chinese worker is not allowed to get a janitorial job because the black union bars him. It is discrimination when a female engineer of equal work gets less pay than a male engineer. When an employee gets higher pay because higher qualification, job experience and seniority -- that is neither inequality or injustice.

Race relations in America can improve on the following grounds:

(1) Whites must stop the practice of discrimination against any race and treat all races equally with respect to college admission, employment and promotion, renting or purchase of a house, business loan, and social affiliations, etc.

(2) White police who unlawfully kill blacks must be individually responsible and to be executed for murder.

(3) Jury trial must be replaced by three independent judges, the opinion of the majority stands.

(4) No government (federal, state and local) shall pay for the defense of officials and criminals.

(5) No government (federal, state and local) shall in any way help to create jobs for lawyers.

(6) The residents shall not pay for the crimes of its officials. Officials who commit crimes shall beat their own responsibility.

(7) No law shall impose on residents to pay damages to the victim’s family on account of the crime committed by its officials.

(8) Lawyers shall not get a percentage of victim award.

(9) Death penalty shall proceed within a month of sentencing. The plaintiff can only one appeal at his/her own expense.

(10) All crimes committed by one race against another race shall be fully prosecuted equally under the law.

(11) Not only whites, no race is permitted to commit racial discrimination against other race.

(12) All racial crimes shall be prosecuted equally under the law.

(13) No race shall be permitted to treat other races with threat.

(14) All races must observe the common decency and respect for human rights.

(15) No riots, rebellions, lootings, physical and verbal abuses will be tolerated.

(16) No race can demand or expect special treatment in any way deemed inequality and injustice.

In sports, a black team must make up of black members only. A white team must make up white members only. A Chinese team must make up of Chinese members only, no blacks or whites.

I have news for those racial groups who pride themselves to run faster, to do better in high jump and long jump -- but they do not contribute one penny to their national GDP. However, if they become productive they should be able to contribute to their national GDP. This matters.

All nations must have a New Constitution whereby it stipulates the national sovereignty lies in the hands of its citizens. No matter the leader(s) are elected in a general election. With the majority (51%) citizens, they can instantly remove any elected or appointed official without impeachment process. It does not require leaders and officials to commit any crime, a vote of no confidence is sufficient to remove any leader or politician through a National Referendum. All corrupt leaders shall be removed or executed. The majority of its citizens have the power to change government, national policy, budget, wages and benefits of employees, and stop any foreign war, with unlimited power.

All nations shall execute junta who causes military coup, civil war, military conflict, gangs, terrorists and any violence. All nations who cause disaster, destruction, etc, shall not receive any international aid. Nations who habitually suffer insolvency, natural and man-made disasters, shortage of food and water, etc. shall receive no international aid. Poor and backward nations unless they become self-sufficient, may sell its resources or territories or even itself to pay off deficits and debts.

When suspects of crooks and criminals are arrested, their faces cannot and should not be covered. They have lost their privacy when they committed a crime. TV must show the real faces of criminals to shame them and to let the public recognize them. This procedure the government must practice it.

The whole matter of AFFIRMATIVE ACTION from the beginning is wrong: it is not the job of universities to increase or enhance racial diversity in admissions. The college admission must be solely based on the test score  and GPA of applicants. Make sure no students of high test scores and GPA will be discriminated. Test scores and GPA are the sole criteria for admission, it has nothing to do with racial diversity. Racial diversity should not be a goal, educational excellence is. I do not see how a morally excellent student can have a low test score.

To maintain equality and justice in sports. A Black team must

compose of all Black members. A White team must consist of all White member. A Chinese team must comprise of Chinese members only, no Blacks or Whites. A citizen of any race may represent its country. For example, you have Black Americans, White Americans, Yellow Americans, Red Americans, etc. to represent the United States. This is equality and justice in action.

Michael A. Fletcher (December 6, 2011) reported, “The average income of the richest tenth of the population in OECD countries is about nine times that of the poorest tenth, the report said. The United States, Turkey and Israel have among the largest ratios between the incomes of those at the top and the bottom, roughly 14 to 1. Germany, Denmark and Sweden have among the lowest — 6 to 1 — but the ratios are up from the 1980s. The gaps in Chile and Mexico have been declining but remain the highest among OECD members, at more than 25 to 1. Overall, inequality among working Americans has risen 25 percent since 1980, the report said. In 2008, the average annual income of the top 10 percent of Americans was $114,000, nearly 15 times higher than that of the bottom 10 percent... The share of income going to the nation’s richest 1 percent more than doubled between 1980 and 2008, rising from 8 percent to 18 percent, the report said. The richest 1 percent of Americans make an average of $1.3 million in after-tax income, compared with $17,700 for the bottom 20 percent.” 

OECD Secretary General Angel Gurria said, “The social contract is starting to unravel in many countries. This study dispels the assumptions that the benefits of economic growth will automatically trickle down to the disadvantaged and that the greater inequality fosters greater social mobility. Without a comprehensive strategy for inclusive growth, inequality will continue to rise.” 

Reaganomics was wrong. Reagan was the president for the rich.  Among inequality the greatest is income inequality.  Income inequality makes equal justice impossible. In most cases, higher income does not mean higher education, qualification and ability. Wall Street funds managers can earn billions just by gambling on investor money. Whether they gamble successfully or not, they always make big money. Income should tie to productivity. In America, the most unproductive people earn the largest income. The reason doctors, hospital owners, dentists and lawyers are filthy rich is because of their monopolistic and predatory and fraudulent    practices with impunity. With the realization of the 1 percent of population controlling 99 percent emerged in America the Occupy Wall Street movement in 2011 and spreads to many nations.   The mass movement has failed because it did not have a strong leader of character and courage and without programs to implement and goals to achieve. The 1,000 richest Americans have more money than the 1 billion poorest peoples in the world.  To give tax cuts to the rich and powerful makes income inequality worse, and makes social justice impossible. 

There are many corrupt and wicked practices in every nation on earth. These corrupt and wicked practices are not peculiar only to China; however, to realize the Chinese dream or China dream, they must be eliminated by the power of law. Doctors, officials, teachers, managers and other professionals earn wages and they are supposed to do their duties. After they have done their duties, they should not expect and do not deserve to receive any gift or present from the public. Doctors must comply with medical ethics and after they have performed surgeries, patients or family of patients have no need to send expensive gifts to doctors. For doctors, officials, teachers, supervisors and others to receive extra gifts or presents in addition to their salaries are corrupt and wicked practices.  Any professional or official who receives gift or present in relation to their position and job function should be fired and penalized severely by law. It is immoral, unethical, uncivilized and wrong for doctors, teachers, officials, managers, etc. to expect or demand gifts or presents from their subordinates or the public. China dream is to facilitate in building a clean and good society with truth and justice for all. 

Discrimination is a violation of equality principle. Racism is a form of discrimination. 

Racism is a fact of life in America. Racial discrimination in American society is a universal practice of many forms, including employment, promotion, education, housing, contract, social treatment, medical treatment, financing, business and industry, facilities, etc. Discrimination is not only a dirty word, it is an ugly deed. I have experienced and encountered white professors and classmates, corporate executives and administrators, government officials and lawyers, doctors and nurses, engineers and technicians, professionals and non-professionals, old and young, males and females, believers and non-believers, ministers and church members; etc. all my life. Usually white people exhibit a superior air of arrogance, a repugnant sense of racial superiority; those who discriminate treat others as inferiors and other Americans as second class citizens. This is the perennial dilemma of Asian Americans: although you were born in America or having lived in America all your life, the whites who think of themselves as native sons and daughters treat you like foreigners (outsiders) or second-class citizens. Although most blacks are descendants of slaves also think of themselves as natives and consider other minorities as foreigners. When blacks are in position of power, they exhibit even more virulent, vicious, pernicious and malicious form of racism. Most blacks in America act and talk as if they were entitled to special treatment. Some Chinese Americans want to avoid disclosure of their identity by adopting names such as Locke, Lincoln, etc. On surface, Chinese who use such names deliberately seek to identify with Caucasians. However, when they appear in person they cannot cover up their Chinese features and accent. God has given me very sharp ears. I can tell on the phone whether a person is white, southern white, black, Asian, Latino, European, Indian or Pakistani, etc. without seeing. Racial divide is very deep and destructive in America. Racism is a timed bomb sooner or later will explode in America in a deadly manner. I had watched two most brutal and deadly racial riots in Los Angeles. If you are a female minority, you may fare even worse – double discrimination. I have a female colleague who holds a CPA degree; all her supervisors including the V.P. of finance do not have a CPA. I advised her to ignore American discrimination as a fact of life and focus her life on something more worthwhile. If she dwells on discrimination, she would not be able to live a happy life. One of my most satisfied side-line experiences was to lecture at some major Chinese universities during my vacation. In America well educated and able minorities usually work for white supervisors. I know a Chinese American who applied for a state position: There were selected three most qualified candidates. The Chinese was the most qualified and best educated, the white was above average, the black was the least educated and least qualified of the three, but the black got the job. Racism and racial discrimination among other things are characteristics of a bad society. I believe in Scandinavia gender discrimination is almost non-existent among whites; I cannot say the same about discrimination against other races. 

2.   Extremism is an indicator of inequality, for example extreme wealth and abject poverty. 

Income disparity also reflects the gap between the rich and the poor, for example some individuals earn several billions a year while millions earn minimum wages. American capitalism is inherently corrupt. It produced the most blatant and greedy moneyed interest that created the Savings & Loan scandal some years ago, the infamous corporate scandal by firms such as Enron, etc., and the current economic and financial crisis started by Wall Street, bank, mortgage, insurance and big firms. The Bible says:  

Pro 28:21 , “To show partiality is not good, because for a piece of bread a man will transgress.” Greedy capitalists and supremacists for billions of dollars will sell their souls to the devil. 

3.   Regarding gender equality in terms of education, employment, income, social standing, etc., Scandinavia would score highest or the best in the world. 

When a nation achieves a high standard of civilization, gender, race, class, etc. would not even be considered. The Scripture says:  

Psa 106:3 , “How blessed are those who keep justice, who practice righteousness at all times!” 

Note: Justice in Hebrew is mishpat which means right cause; right judgment; right measure; just verdict; lawful order; that which is just and lawful; administration of what is just and impartial; - which occurs 426 times in the Old Testament.  Righteousness in Hebrew is tsĕdaqah which means justice; righteous acts; truthfulness; justification; moral rightness; rectitude; acts of justice; virtue; - which occurs 167 times in the Old Testament. God demands peoples and nations to keep justice and practice righteousness at all times. Do you really believe the United States of America, or any nation, keeps justice and practices righteousness at all times? Let you be the judge. Open your eyes and see and hear what America is doing to the world!

There are those who for the sake of equality to advocate, men and women to have same restrooms. Those who advocate such matter are morons, I have nothing to say to them. However, I advocate more rest rooms to be built for women because of the difference in body structure.

There are those who scream because of inequality of pay. I advocate equal work and equal pay. There are those who protest that a black janitor does not earn the same as a white surgeon. This has nothing to do with race, it has to do with job classification. If black janitors earn as much as white surgeons, the world will have no surgeons at all only janitors. However I see the inequality and discrimination when a Chinese worker told me he could not get a janitorial job at a big corporation because the black union bars him. If a black janitor of equal work and experience gets high pay than a Chinese janitor -- that would be inequality and discrimination. I DO NOT see any problem that a Black janitor does not make as much as a White surgeon. I do not have quarrel with such a person who does not common and good sense.

There are nations who scream because of inequality in resources and facilities. Do you think the convenience of running water and electricity are free? We pay highly for them. In America there are people who die in summer heat even though they have air conditioning, and die in winter cold even they have heater. Why? They cannot afford to pay the bills. DO YOU really believe a backward and poor nation should get utilities for free?

Both inequality and injustice are sins. But recently the world is so mixed up and some backward and poor nations and some corrupt leaders and politicians cry out inequality where there is no inequality; opposition of injustice where there is no injustice.

In international sports, we observe men compete with men in some games and women compete with women. That has nothing to do with inequality, it has to do with fairness. In some games for men only, in other games for women only. For example, men cannot compete with women on balance beam; by the same token women cannot compete with men in rings.

When crooks and criminals or suspect are arrested overseas or at home, their faces should not be covered, even a face mask is not allowed. Wh? When a person commits a crime, the person loses his civil right, human right, and privacy. The faces of crooks and criminal must be shown to the public. First, to shame them. Second, the whole world must recognize them and know how they look.

There are so many inequalities and injustice, mostly done by corrupt and wicked governments involving trillions of dollars. They are too powerful for ordinary people to do anything about them. God knows them all. They would not escape the judgement of God to come.

The most surprising to me are other more pressing concerns America is facing, but they do not seem important to American leaders and politicians. The more pressing concerns of America are the national deficits and debt, a dysfunctional Constitution, the two parties not serving the national interest, dysfunctional economy, dilapidated infrastructure, the paralyzed government under phony democracy, the useless Congress, the wrong foreign policy of attacking Russia and China, the futile activities of NATO, QUAD and AUKUS, the domestic structural problems, the unaccountable bureaucracy, the foreign wars and military-industrial-security complex.

What can I say? There are mega corporations who want to offer me money in order to cooperate with me. I turned them all down because I preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ absolutely free. I am responsible for my website to tell the truth nothing but the truth. God knows I am telling the truth. If you believe the truth, I do not earn a penny. If you believe in lies, I do not lose a penny.

American leaders and politicians, although they claim to be Christians, yet they do not fear God; by words and deeds they have done most evil in the world. China, by comparison is not a Christian nation, it is the only nation on earth that makes efforts and spends money in doing good to many countries in the world and comes to aid nations suffering natural and man-made disasters.

Beginning with the 2013 data collection, the SRS definition for the violent crime of forcible rape will be modified to:

“Penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”

The FBI is developing reporting options for law enforcement agencies to meet this requirement which will be built into the redeveloped data collection system.

In addition to approving the new definition of rape for the SRS, the APB and Director Mueller approved removing the word “forcible” from the name of the offense and also replacing the phrase “against the person’s will” with “without the consent of the victim”

in other sex-related offenses in the SRS, the NIBRS, the Hate Crime Statistics Program, and Cargo Theft.

In response to a directive by the U.S. Government’s Office of Management and Budget, the national UCR Program has expanded its data collection categories for race from four

(White, Black, American Indian or Alaska Native, and Asian or Other Pacific Islander) to five (White, Black, American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, and Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander). Also, the ethnicity categories have changed from “Hispanic” to “Hispanic or Latino Origin” and from “Non-Hispanic” to “Not of Hispanic or Latino Origin.” These changes will be reflected in data presented for 2013
