It is Hamas and Hezbollah who have to escape. Hamas thought a surprised attack and took more than 140 hostages would be a military advantage. Little they realized the collateral damages become unbearable. Hamas are cowards who hide themselves in hospitals, they were found out and targeted.

The world believes in a lie. Arab-Muslim nations rally in support of Palestinians. Strangest indeed, none welcomes to take in Palestinians. The British Empire (United Kingdom) must come out to tell the truth: Palestinians and Hamas were Arabs who illegally occupied the Jewish land. Israel needs a big map that describes what God gave the Promised Land to Abraham and his descendants some 4,000 years ago. It is a new thing under the sun that UN, WHO, and terrorists are in bed and they speak in a new tongue of humanitarian?! Terrorists become humanitarians?!

No one asks the real question? Where do Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists get their rockets, missiles, and weapons from? Since when terrorists stop killing the people? To give humanitarian aid to Palestinians is to support the terrorists. Palestinians (Arabs) must evacuate from Gaza, West Bank, etc. from Israel. Arab nations must accept Palestinians (Arabs) from the Jewish land. Palestinians (Arabs) must establish a Palestinian state in an Arab land. Israel must destroy Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists once and for all. Then conflict and crisis are ended.

Palestinians (Arabs) are displaced in Israel. Palestinians are free to go. Those who did not evacuate died in vain. Arab nations are hypocrites, not one welcomes to take in Palestinians (Arabs). Arab nations are actually causing humanitarian crisis. To demand Gaza Ceasefire is to help Hams terrorists. GAZA CRISIS was created by terrorists Hamas. Lebanon shall be destroyed for harboring terrorists Hezbollah. UN and WTO protect terrorists in the name of schools and hospitals, those died in vain. Only Egypt accepts a few Palestinians, no Arab nation is willing to taken in Gaza Palestinians (Arabs). It is high time for the British government to tell the truth to Palestinians (Arabs, Hamas) that they have no right to stay in the Jewish land. Palestinians are free to go to the Arab lands, the sooner the better.

I was willing to waste my time and effort to make a comprehensive plan to change and save America because I am an American citizen. I am not willing to waste my time and effort on United Nations because it is nothing to me. I wrote some good suggestion for China because China is the land of my ancestors. I have a few point to warn the world. 1). UN chief and some high-paid officials are good for nothing, they must be replaced. 2). UN, WHO and ICC are protecting the terrorists. 3). UN must move out of New York. 4). UN needs a new charter and requires all member states to have a NEW CONSTITUTION. The New Constitution must stipulate the majority of citizens (51%) can change government, remove any elected or appointed official instantly, and power to change government and decide any issue through the National Referendum.

Nations and peoples who habitually are corrupt, unmotivated, unproductive, with abilities to eat and drink beer, to sing and dance, to have sex and produce children they cannot support; unable to solve their own problems and perennial in shortages of money and basic necessities; -- who have no reason to exist should not receive any humanitarian aid.

Let us be straight. Although I am a Chinese descent, I am an American citizen; I neither work for nor speak for America or China. I speak for myself. What I am doing will not win friends and influence people. Telling the truth always offends people, like dropping a bomb. Why Africa is constantly in turmoil, civil war or war with neighbors, corruption, destructive and unproductive behavior? Whether natural or man-made disasters, Africa always suffers shortages of basic necessities, shortages of money. I know white racism is bad. Do you think for 500 years white colonialists gave up Africa for nothing? Why there are no black leaders and peoples to stand up for Africa? Some black athletes are so proud that they could run faster and jump farther and higher; but they do not contribute one penny GDP to their respective countries. Why the black race is the most useless race in the world? Those tourists who visited Africa in spite of high risks are very stupid indeed. I believe only Protestant Ethic can save Africa. Black leaders and peoples have to embrace Protestant Ethic to save themselves. You do not need to be a Protestant to practice Protestant Ethic. Years ago America was built great by Protestant Ethics. Protestant nations are corrupted now. You do not know Protestant Ethic? Ask and learn from China who is not a Protestant country. Whether black leaders and peoples will have self-respect, self-dignity, hard work, thrift and self-discipline only history will tell. In all sports (whether Basket ball, Foot ball, Soccer, etc. It is wrong and unfair for Black Athletes to join White (European) or Chinese or Asian teams or groups. Black Athletes should join only Black teams or represent Africa.

It is hoped American and European (Western) leaders and politicians realize and repent that imperialism, supremacism, American phony democracy, capitalism and hegemony is wrong. All the world ideology is wrong!!! Only Christ can save.

Palestinians in Gaza died because they refused to evacuate. After Israel made repeated and urgent orders for Gaza to evacuate. Hamas uses Palestinian children for protection. UN and WHO use schools and hospitals to protect terrorists. Only Egypt has taken less than 100 injured Palestinians. Not one Arab nation demonstrates its sincerity to take in Palestinians (Arabs) from Gaza. As Israel forces advance on grounds, Hamas buried tons of explosives and bombs in Gaza. The world must help Israel to eliminate the wicked Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists once and for all. America must destroy any nation that attacks Israel.

The UN is a useless organization. What it should do, it does not. What it should not do, it does. In truth, Palestinians have no “legitimate right” in the Promised land. God gave the Promised Land to Abraham and his descendants some 4,000 years ago. During the British colonial rule, Palestinians and Hamas were Arabs who surreptitiously moved into the Promised Land (so-called Palestine) unlawfully. Hamas dared to make first the barbaric attack of Israel. Hamas made the first barbaric attack, killed more than 1,400 Jews, took more than 230 hostages, illegally occupied the Jewish land -- are these not war crimes? Hamas ans Hezbollah are known terrorists. UN is using all its resources to help the terrorists. They and Arab nations want to cease fire now, because they are afraid with one stroke Israel can wipe out Hamas and Hezbollah and illegal occupants. Whatever strategy Israel uses to destroy Hamas and Hezbollah and expel illegal Palestinians effectively is a good strategy. Peoples of Arab and Muslim nations protest for Palestinians, yet no Arab or Muslim nation wants to welcome or take in any Palestinians. Iran is warned not to participate in the war, lest it be totally ANNILATED. Israel has no option but to destroy Hamas and Hezbollah and expel all Palestinians from the Jewish Land. The territories occupied by Palestinians and Hamas are the Jewish land. There is no Palestinian land in the Jewish land. It is high time that Israel gets rid of all Palestinians, Hamas, Arabs from the Jewish land. No aid should be given to Palestine or Palestinians. The “legitimate aspirations” of Palestinians are to get out the Jewish Land at once to establish a Palestinian state in Arab land or there will be conflict and no peace. Syria is not wise to provide weapons to Hamas. Israel is surrounded by enemies. A stupid question: Where do Palestinians go? Palestinians are Arabs, Arabs go to the lands of Arabs. After all have been said, it is awakening and eye-opening: Arab countries do not want Palestinian Arabs. Their doors are closed. All Arab nations and peoples in protests support the Palestinians; but most strangely no Arab nation would indeed welcome or take in Palestinians (Arabs). Why should there be any reason for Israel to let Palestinians (Arabs) and Hamas live in the Jewish land? Arab nations and peoples who protest for Palestinians should indeed take Palestinians in. Palestinians may go to the Red Sea. Watch will their god open the Red Sea so that Palestinians may walk through dry land?

UN and WHO use all their resources to support and aid terrorists. And yet not one ARAB nation welcomes the illegal occupants of Palestinians in the Jewish land. UN and Arab nations do not demand Hamas to immediately release more than 230 Israel hostages. Hamas does not evacuate children since Israel made repeated urgent orders. Because Hamas are using Palestinian children for their protection. The bloods of Palestinian children killed are on Hamas and Arab nations. UN and WHO use schools and hospitals to protect the terrorists. What is needed is NOT more aid trucks to Gaza but massive evacuations of illegal Palestinians into Arab nations. There are no Palestine refugees, there are only illegal Palestine migrant occupations of Jewish land. UN and Arab nations do not condemn Hamas and Hezbollah for attacks of Israel with full force of rockets and missiles, killing 1,400 Israeli, taken more than 230 hostages. Europeans and Arab nations have massive protests for Palestinians. I have seen the ugly faces of many races and nations. I have lost faith in UNITED NATIONS. I have reached the conclusion: there is no hope for the world, “without God, without hope.”

The only thing that the US does right is to support Israel to eliminate Hamas and Hezbollah, and expel all Palestinians and Arabs from the Jewish land once and for all. The war will be ended when the enemies of Israel Hamas and Hezbollah are destroyed and all Palestinians are expelled from the Jewish Land. If there is any Arab joint action to help Hamas and Hezbollah by attacking Israel, America should destroy those Arab nations with full force. Israel appears to be alone, but God will fight for Israel. Israel will be victorious to destroy Hamas and Hezbollah and expel illegal occupant Palestinians from Israel, and the children of the evil prophet will go to Hell.

No true Christians can enjoy seeing a fake courtroom sketch of Jesus by Trump’s side. Donald Trump is not a Christian, much less like Jesus, more like a son of the devil. Jesus says, Jhn 8:44, “You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he tells a lie, he speaks from his own nature, because he is a liar and the father of lies.” It is not known that during his presidency did he order killing in American foreign wars covert and overt. Courts are charging him of frauds and lies. Clearly, Donald Trump is a liar, there is no truth in him. He is the most disgraced leader, demagogue and shameless character in American history, unfit and unworthy to run as a presidential candidate of any party. Jesus also says, Mat 7:20, “So then, you will know them by their fruits.” Jhn 10:27, “My sheep listen to My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.”

A so-called Christian organization is quoting the American military, “The head of the U.S. Strategic Command has said the aggressive actions from the US rivals of China and Russia are creating the “real possibility” of nuclear war.” AS A REASON THAT PEOPLE SHOULD GIVE MONEY TO THEM. “The prophecy has come true, the perilous times are here. America is not a Christian nation and it is not on the side of Jesus Christ -- the West is the agent of the devil creating the possibility of a nuclear war that will destroy the whole world. Western leaders and politicians are blind and fools who believe they can win in a nuclear war.

Western media is not only fraudulent but most malicious and fictitious and WICKED, they are in concert declare: Who killed the Chinese economy? With two insidious and treacherous objectives: one is to create internal conflict in China to blame someone; two is a desperate distortion of fact. This Western media dare not say anything about American and European economy; Why? They are afraid of self-fulfilled prophesy. Mark Twain had an answer for them, “The reports of the death of China’s economy are greatly and grossly exaggerated.” China has the best and greatest economy in the world. It is hoped my suggestions as follows are noticed. Some Western media poisons the well by fraudulently declaring the end of China’s economic miracle. It unwittingly admits China’s economy is a miracle. If you have a perspective of China from 1985 to the present of 2023, you know for sure the spectacular successes of China in every field is truly a miracle. China’s economy will continue to boom endlessly and indefinitely for the following reasons: 1. China cracks down on corruption more effectively. 2. China continues to build on productive infrastructures. 3. China continues to increase solar and wind energy. 4. China eradicates frauds and crimes by law. 5. China streamlines central and local governments. 6. China uses budget and debt wisely and sparingly. 7. China produces desirable foreign investment environment. 8. China encourages and promotes big city night markets. 9. China facilitates and encourages internal tourism. 10. China increases growth and productivity of rural areas. 11. China solicits public opinion and maintain high approval. 12. China continues multilateralism and opposes hegemony.

To save America, a NEW CONSTITUTION is needed for change.

Illegal migrants crisis exist because the UN and world leaders mismanage. The measures to solve the crisis are the following:

1). The UN must require all member states to have a New Constitution.

2). The New Constitution must stipulate the majority of citizens (51%) have the power and right to remove instantly any elected or appointed official without impeachment, change the government, change national policy, change the way of government, etc. through national referendum.

3). All military coups d'état are unlawful for whatever reason, participating generals or junta shall be executed without appeal.

4). All civil wars and war with neighbors, armed conflicts, gangs and riots, terrorists, violence and corruption are unlawful, the responsible parties shall be executed without appeal.

5). Any nation who created self-destructive problems will receive no international aid or intervention. There will be no peace-keeping troops.

6). All unlawful migrants are not true refugees, but economic and fortune seekers, public enemies who are useless for self-support, fancy themselves to enter rich nations and live on welfare for the rest of their lives.

7). All nations must declare whether they accept or reject illegal migrants and political asylums.

8). The majority of Americans reject illegal migrants, demand to deport 45 million illegal aliens already residing in America, and reject so-call asylum seekers. No humanitarian aid will be given to illegal migrants. They will be forced to return where they come from.

9). America builds walls, fences, wires, etc. to deter illegal migrants and attacks Mexico who serves as a conduit for illegal migrants.

10). Any forced entry to America by illegal migrants will be expelled by military force, the borders will be secured by the military to prevent illegal entry. Only American citizens may apply for welfare and it requires work. No single or unmarried woman may produce many children without husbands and receive welfare benefits. Any man who gets a woman pregnant shall be responsible financially and socially for woman and child.

Global hunger exists mostly because many useless nations do not produce, but they are able to engage in national conflict, corruption, civil wars, war with neighbor (s), military coups d'etat , destructive behavior. Nations like Sudan have no reasons to exist. The UN mismanages. China should not waste its hard-earned resources. The international community should not give aid to violent and worthless nations.

evil way because it costs them nothing. I salute Hong Kong and Macao and nations to boldly boycott imported food from Japan. All decent nations must rise up to sanction against Japan in food ban.

There are many poor and backward nations in the world like leeches who suck the blood of China. I cannot list those nations who have no reason to exist, lest I will be the target. If this bloodsucking

activity is not stopped, China will be sucked dry and poor again. China must not set a bad precedent in giving loan to any nation. A nation does not enough money should not start a project. A nation can go to IMF, World Bank, and Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) for a loan, or a nation can sell its assets to pay for projects.

American rising debt is not only a measure of Washington’s profligacy which has nothing to do with income distortion, it is completely due to the evil national policy of American imperialism

and world domination -- I always hold this leads to American suicide. There is no confused thinking. China should never follow America in rising debt and deficits.

nuclear war is inevitable. It is urgent, long-overdue need for the West to repent and do things differently and do what is right.

If Russia is being attacked, why cannot Russia use the first strike? The world order established by the West is so unjust and unworkable. It is wise to accept the new reality.

It is vital for China to provide free prenatal care, free delivery of baby (including hospitalization), free one-year nursing supply of baby formula and baby diaper to increase birth rate. 1,500 is deductible from income tax per family per child. The mother has the right to be off from work for 3 months with pay and job guaranteed when return to work. China needs to cut foreign aid in order to aid China’s poor first.

Since Ukraine has admitted the terrorist acts of blasting substantial damages to Crimean Bridge, ICC must issue a warrant to arrest the nincompoop of Ukraine and execute him to stop the war. BRICKS was established to weaken

Ukraine is an evil the world must get rid of promptly: The Ukrainian nincompoop must be executed at once as a war criminal; knowingly or unknowingly, Putin has fallen into the Western trap. Led by US, EU, NATO, etc. blindly promote and prolong the most meaningless war.

Russia needs to declare a clear policy: Whenever and wherever Russia is being attacked by NATO, with absolute certainty Russia will respond with

nuclear weapons.

Ukraine will collapse in one day if US, Canada, EU, G-7, NATO, UK, etc. stop giving financial and military aid, and the Ukrainian war criminal is executed at once. The war will end and there will be peace.

Most Americans do not understand the consequences of US Debt Limit. American leaders and politicians of both parties have mismanaged

the country with negligence and neglect. Even with the highest debt, they sent billions and billions of borrowed money and weapons to corrupt Ukraine to prolong the war. By spending spree they commit America to suicide. Reform will not save America, America needs Revolution as suggested by founding fathers. Useless and violent Sudan holds the world as hostage because world leaders are stupid. What to do with Sudan? Nothing, absolutely nothing! Sudanese want to set fire and kill each other. Let them do it! Never negotiate; never give aid; never interfere! Those foreign nationals who have been evacuated,

never return! Let Sudan alone and see how long it can last?!?!?!

4. The US Constitution shall put the political asylum applications on hold for 100 years.

5. The US welcomes immigrants of high calibre, good education and upright morality without consideration of race, color, or religion. Right now America needs more MDs and RNs, and their applications have high priority.

6. The US Constitution declares American English as the only official language in the United States, to be used in all government and business, air ports, schools and everywhere. The US government shall not provide translation or interpreters. All foreign languages can be used in private without any restriction.

7. The US shall turn welfare into workfare. Only American citizens or residents may apply for public assistance. Those who receive public assistance must work for it. An unmarried woman without husband who produces children can not be qualified for welfare. To receive welfare the unmarried woman has to be sterilized and all her children for public adoption. Illegal aliens or illegal immigrants shall receive no public assistance whatsoever.

8. The US shall put up walls or fences necessary to make American borders secure. An invasion of illegal immigrants to America shall be deterred by American military force. Mexico must not be used by economic or illegal immigrants under any pretense. There is no negotiation for illegal immigrants.

9. No American citizen or business or institution may hire or give aid to illegal aliens and illegal immigrants which constitutes a violation of federal law.

10. American farmers who need extra workers during harvest time may apply to the Department of Labor to hire some seasonable migrant workers with temporary permits. After the end of employment, all seasonal migrant workers must return to where they come from without extension and without change of their status.

If California has a population of 35 millions of America citizens, California will have 7 US Senators. The US Senate shall make laws covering only America, for example the US-Taiwan Relations Act is unconstitutional and illegal. The US Senate does not have power to sanction any foreign country by legislation.

3. America establishes the US Election Board to register all America citizens with ID Card which contains the Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Address, Employment or Unemployment, without party affiliation and with a person picture and to be verified by IRS and FBI.

4. The US Election Board builds millions of voting machines which are accessible for all American citizens. Death penalty is awarded to any person who tampers with the voting machine.

5. Only American citizens have the right to vote. Any legal resident or illegal alien who fakes a US citizen shall be deported without appeal. Legal residents are those who hold the green cards but without right to vote. Legal residents after residing in America for seven years, without criminal record, and with ability to speak and understand American English may apply for citizenship.

A single mother and parent cannot continuously produce children without a husband and receive welfare benefits. Droughts are categorized according to how they develop and what types of impact they have. Meteorological droughts occur when a region’s rainfall falls far short of expectation. This results in a large swath of parched and cracked earth.

Agricultural droughts are occasioned by agricultural tendencies, when available water supplies cannot meet the needs of crops or livestock at a particular time. This type of drought can stem from meteorological droughts, reduced access to water supplies, or simply poor timing.

For example, when snowmelt occurs before runoff is most needed to hydrate crops. Finally, you have hydrological droughts, which occur when a lack of rainfall persists long enough to deplete surface water like rivers, reservoirs, or streams, as well as groundwater supplies.

Various Causes of Drought

1. Natural causes

Some droughts have occurred naturally, plaguing humankind throughout much of our history. Until recently, naturally occurring droughts were often natural phenomena triggered by cyclical weather patterns, such as the amount of moisture and heat in the air, land, and sea.

2. Altered weather patterns

The distribution of rainfall around the world can also be affected by how air circulates through the atmosphere. When there is an anomaly in surface temperatures, particularly over the sea, air circulation patterns are altered.

This changes how and where precipitation falls around the world and the new weather patterns will most likely throw water supply and demand out of sync, as is the case when earlier-than-usual snowmelt reduces the amount of water available for crops in the summer.

3. Excess water demands

Drought can also result because of an imbalance in the supply and demand of water. As the global human population continues to balloon and intensive agricultural practices continue to be employed, more water is required to sustain the human race as well as the agricultural practices.

This continues to tip the scales, making droughts a reality with each passing day. A study estimated that between 1960 and 2010, the human consumption of water increased the frequency of drought in North America by 25%.

The situation is worsened by dwindling rainfalls, forcing people to pump more water from rivers, aquifers and reservoirs. Doing this depletes valuable water resources that could take years to replenish and could permanently impact future water availability.

At the same time, demand for water supplied by upstream lakes and rivers, particularly in the form of irrigation and hydroelectric dams, leads to the diminishing or drying out of downstream water sources, further contributing to droughts in other regions

4. Deforestation and soil degradation

Trees and plants are important as they release moisture to the atmosphere, resulting in clouds forming and rainfall falling, returning the moisture to the ground. Unfortunately, the human race is the best at destroying these natural resources.

When forests and vegetation disappear, less water is available to feed the water cycle, making entire regions more vulnerable to drought. Meanwhile, deforestation and other poor land-use practices, like intensive farming, continue to diminish soil quality and reduce the land’s ability to absorb and retain water.

As a result, soil dries out faster, inducing agricultural droughts, and less groundwater is replenished, contributing to hydrological drought.

5. Global warming

As the name suggests, the planet is being warmed at alarming rates and could cause droughts. Global warming is mostly associated with human activity such as releasing greenhouse gases which cause a trapping effect, causing global temperatures to rise.

With increased temperatures, water from rivers, streams, lakes and other bodies of water will continue to evaporate and other practices will result in less of it coming back down as rain. This will therefore result in less rainfall and, of course, droughts.

6. Climate change

Rising temperatures have the effect of making wet regions wetter and dry regions drier. For wetter regions, warm air will absorb more water, leading to larger rain events, while in more arid regions, warmer temperatures mean water evaporates more quickly.

Climate change also alters large-scale atmospheric circulation patterns, causing a shift in storm tracks off their typical paths. This, in turn, magnifies weather extremes, which is one reason why climate models predict the already parched U.S. Southwest and the Mediterranean will continue to get drier.

7. Fluctuating ocean and land temperatures

Global weather patterns, including dry and wet conditions on land, are mostly determined by ocean temperatures, and even minor changes in temperature can have profound consequences on climate systems.

According to research, extreme weather patterns on land, such as protracted droughts in North America and the eastern Mediterranean correspond directly to dramatic and prolonged temperature changes in the North Pacific and North Atlantic oceans.

Disastrous Effects of Drought

1. Hunger and famine

Droughts result in too little water to support food crops through either natural precipitation or irrigation using reserve water supplies. When drought undermines or destroys food sources, people go hungry and when the drought is severe and continues over a long period, famine occurs.

The best example is the 1984 famine in Ethiopia, which resulted from a deadly combination of a severe drought and a dangerously ineffective government and led to hundreds of thousands dying.

2. Not enough drinking water

Droughts will also result in water scarcity and not enough water to drink or use. All living things must have water to survive and when desperate for water to drink, people will turn to untreated sources that can make them sick.

The lack of clean water will also result in poor public sanitation and personal hygiene and, of course, a wide range of life-threatening diseases. Every year, millions are sickened or die due to a lack of clean water access and sanitation, and droughts will only make the problem worse.

3. Wildfires and an effect on wildlife

The low moisture and precipitation that often characterize droughts can quickly create hazardous conditions in forests and across rangelands, setting the stage for wildfires that may cause injuries or deaths as well as extensive property damage and already shrinking food supplies.

With wild animals and plants suffering from droughts, even if they have adapted to dry conditions, they will die or invade human populations in search of water.

Droughts will then result in increased mortality and reduced reproduction, which is especially problematic for populations of at-risk species whose numbers are already very low.

4. Social conflicts and wars

When a precious commodity like water is in short supply due to drought, and the lack of water creates a corresponding lack of food, people will compete, and eventually fight and kill, to secure enough water to survive.

5. Migration and relocation

Faced with the other impacts of drought, many people and of course animals will flee a drought-stricken area in search of a new home with a better supply of water, enough food, and without the disease and conflict that were present in the place they are leaving.

6. Blackouts

Most people in the world continue to rely on hydroelectric projects for their electricity. Drought will reduce the amount of water stored in reservoirs behind dams, reducing the amount of power produced.

This problem can be very challenging for the many small communities relying on small-scale hydro, where a small electric turbine is installed on a local creek.

7. Economic Effects

Droughts frequently have a negative financial impact on families, businesses, governments, and individuals. Low yields lead to a significant revenue loss and ultimately result in pay reductions and farm labor layoffs.

Since farmers lack the funds to buy equipment, businesses and companies that make farm equipment may go out of business. Hydropower plants run at a reduced capacity when the water supply is low, which forces enterprises to pay more for electricity or suffer the expense of utilizing their own generators.”

Effective Solutions to Drought

1. Harvesting rainwater

This is an easy solution to droughts and can be employed with ease at home. With rainwater harvesting, homes can store the water they get from rain and then use it when they need it in dry conditions, rather than exhausting present water bodies like rivers.

If a house has a primary water source, then rainwater harvesting provides them with an auxiliary option that they can use when water is not available.

2. Planting more trees and combating deforestation

This is something that needs to be employed by everyone in the world and can result in billions of trees planted daily. It is a piece of old-age advice but still applies today. Planting more trees will improve the quality of the environment and increase the success of precipitation.

It can also reverse the drought and arid conditions of an area if the trees are maintained well until maturity. With planting more trees, the other solution is to avoid the existing ones, unless more are planted.

For instance, the Amazon in South America is being destroyed at alarming rates, and scientists have warned that decades of human activity and a changing climate will bring the jungle near a “tipping point.”

The deforestation coupled with forest fires and global temperature rises will soon result in the water cycle being irreversibly broken and locking in a trend of declining rainfall and longer dry seasons that began decades ago.

3. Switching to renewable energies

We have, for long, relied on non-renewable sources for our energy, like petroleum. The extraction and use of these energies results in more greenhouse gases being pumped into the atmosphere, resulting in global warming and, of course, droughts.

The alternative is to switch to renewable sources like wind and solar, which have little to no effect on the environment and will not result in droughts.

4. Solar pumps

Water is most commonly pumped out of the earth to irrigate crops or supply livestock with water. Pumps do, however, use electricity, which uses more fossil fuels overall.

Because they don’t consume electricity from the mains to pump water for irrigation, solar pumps are becoming more and more common.

The advantages of solar pumps are being recognized by governments worldwide, and some have even provided subsidies to farmers so they may install them affordably.

5. Stricter government policies

These can be used at the local, national, regional and international levels. Stringent laws need to be implemented on those who use practices that can cause droughts or other environmentally damaging results.

Doing this will stop climate change and solve the ongoing droughts. They include limiting the amounts of greenhouse gases being pumped into the atmosphere and higher taxes for non-compliance.

6. Becoming environmentally conscious

This includes educating the younger generation on the need to protect, preserve and improve the environment, recycling, reusing and planting more trees.

The education curriculum, the news media and companies also need to stress the need to care for the environment, so that it becomes an individual task to prevent droughts.”

I think the government needs to dredge rivers and lakes to make them deeper so that they can contain more water. It is also smart for those cities who build underground water reservoirs so that the rain may be absorbed underneath instead causing flooding.

Famine is often considered one of the worst natural disasters on Earth. Its effects are widespread, and the damage caused by a famine can last for months, if not years. Oftentimes caused by other natural disasters, it can destroy whole villages and cause a mass exodus. Death by starvation and malnutrition is slow and painful and often hits the youngest and the elderly the hardest. Unfortunately, at times it is brought upon by political incompetency, and cruelty towards others can exacerbate the situation. Below are 10 terrible famines experienced throughout human history.

Great Famine Ireland

1.5 million dead, 2 million emigrated

One of the most famous famines in history, the Great Famine, was caused by a devastating potato disease. 33% of the Irish population relied on the potato for sustenance, and the onset of the disease in 1845 triggered mass starvation that lasted until 1853. The large Catholic population was suppressed by British rule and left unable to own or lease land or hold a profession. When the blight struck, British ships prevented other nations from delivering food aid. Ireland experienced a mass exodus, with upwards of 2 million people fleeing the country, many to the United States. At its conclusion in 1853, 1.5 million Irish were dead, and an additional 2 million had emigrated. In total, the population of Ireland shrunk by a resounding 25%.

Persian Famine of 1917–1919

World War I brought a period of famine and sickness throughout much of Persia, then ruled by the Qajar dynasty. One of the leading factors in this famine was the successive years of severe droughts, which significantly reduced farming outputs. Additionally, what food was produced was confiscated by occupying forces. Changes to trade and general unrest during the war heightened fears and created hoarding situations, further exacerbating the situation. This, in conjunction with poor harvests and war profiteering, combined to form a famine that spread quickly throughout the area. Death toll numbers are widely debated, but most scholars estimate around 2 million lost their lives due to famine or resulting diseases.

North Korean Famine

As the most recent famine on this list, North Korea suffered a tremendous famine from 1994 to 1998, brought about by a combination of misguided leadership and large-scale flooding. Torrential rains in 1995 flooded the farming regions and destroyed 1.5 million tons of grain reserves. Politically, Kim Jung Il implemented a “Military First” policy, which placed the needs of the military above the needs of the common people, food rations included. The isolated nation suffered from a stagnating economy and was unable and unwilling to import food. As such, the childhood mortality rate rose to 93 out of 1000 children, and the mortality rate of pregnant women rose to 41 out of 1000 mothers. Over a 4-year span, an estimated 2.5-3 million people perished due to malnutrition and starvation.

Russian Famine of 1921

The early 20th century was a tumultuous time for Russians, as they lost millions in World War I, experienced a violent revolution in 1917, and suffered from multiple Civil Wars. The Bolshevik soldiers often forced peasants to sacrifice their food throughout the wars, with little in return. As such, many peasants stopped growing crops, as they could not eat what they sowed. This resulted in a massive shortage of food and seed. Many peasants had taken to eating seeds, as they knew they could not eat any crops they grew. By 1921, 5 million Russians had perished.

Bengal Famine of 1943

7 million dead

A whirlwind of catastrophic events set about the Bengal Famine of 1943. With World War II raging and Japanese imperialism growing, Bengal lost its largest trading partner in Burma. A majority of the food the Bengalis consumed was imported from Burma, but the Japanese suspended the trade. In 1942, Bengal was hit by a cyclone and three separate tidal waves. The ensuing floods destroyed 3200 square miles of viable farmland. An unpredictable fungus, destroying 90% of all rice crops in the region, then struck crops. Meanwhile, refugees fleeing the Japanese from Burma entered the region by the millions, increasing the need for food supplies. By December of 1943, 7 million Bengalis and Burmese refugees were dead due to starvation.

Bengal Famine of 1770

Yet another famine in Bengal, this horrific event killed a third of the population. Largely ruled by the English-owned East India Company, reports of severe drought and crop shortages were ignored, and the company continued to increase taxes on the region. Farmers were unable to grow crops, and any food that could be purchased was too expensive for the starving Bengalis. The company also forced farmers to grow indigo and opium, as they were much more profitable than inexpensive rice. Without large rice stocks, people were left with no food reserves, and the ensuing famine killed 10 million Bengalis.

Soviet Famine of 1932-1933

Incredibly, the severity of this famine was not fully known in the West until the collapse of the USSR in the 1990s. The main cause was the policy of collectivization administered by Josef Stalin. Under collectivization, large swaths of land would be converted into collective farms, all maintained by peasants. Stalin implemented this by destroying the peasants’ existing farms, crops, and livestock and forcibly taking their land. Reports of peasants hiding crops for individual consumption led to wide-scale search parties, and any hidden crops found were destroyed. In actuality, many of these crops were simply seeds that would be planted shortly. The destruction of these seeds and the forced collectivization of land caused mass starvation, killing an estimated 10 million people.

Chalisa Famine

The Chalisa famine refers to the year in the Vikram Samvat calendar used in Northern India. Occurring in 1783, the region suffered from an unusually dry year, as a shift in the El Nino weather system brought significantly less rain to the region. Vast swaths of crops withered and died, and livestock perished due to lack of food and drinking water. The tumultuous year killed 11 million Indians.

2. Chinese Famine of 1907

Ranking second in terms of the death toll, the Chinese Famine of 1907 was a short-lived event that took the lives of nearly 25 million people. East-Central China was reeling from a series of poor harvests when a massive storm flooded 40,000 square miles of lush agricultural territory, destroying 100% of the crops in the region. Food riots took place daily and were often quelled through the use of deadly force. It is estimated that, on a good day, only 5,000 were dying due to starvation. Unfortunately for the Chinese, this would not be their last great famine.

Great Chinese Famine

43 million dead

Much like the Soviet Famine of 1932-1933, the Great Chinese Famine was caused by Communist leaders attempting to force change upon an unwilling population. As part of their “Great Leap Forward,” owning private land was outlawed in China in 1958. Communal farming was implemented in an attempt to increase crop production. More relevant, however, was the importance the Communist Regime placed on iron and steel production. Millions of agricultural workers were forcibly removed from their fields and sent to factories to create metal.

In addition to these fatal errors, Chinese officials mandated new methods of planting. Seeds were to be planted 3-5 feet under the soil, extremely close together, to maximize growth and efficiency. In practice, what little seeds that sprouted were severely stunted in growth due to overcrowding. These failed policies, teamed with a flood in 1959 and a drought in 1960, affected the entirety of the Chinese nation. By the time the Great Leap Forward had ended in 1962, 43 million Chinese had died from the famine.

Probably the most unbearable sight to see during a famine is especially children dying in skin and bones.

Great Drowning of Men

“At least 25,000 people died in Saint Marcellus’s flood, also called the “Great Drowning of Men.” It was caused by an intense extratropical cyclone. It hit the British Isles, the Netherlands, northern Germany, and Denmark simultaneously as a new moon was present. The storm tide is also referred to as the “Second St. Marcellus flood” because it reached its highest point on January 16, the feast day of St. Marcellus.

On January 16, 1219, 36,000 people drowned in the “First St. Marcellus flood” along the coasts of West Friesland and Groningen. A vast storm tide from the North Sea swept far inland from England and the Netherlands to Denmark and the German coast. It destroyed whole towns and districts, breaking up islands and turning parts of the mainland into islands.”

The Johnstown Flood

“After the disastrous failure of the South Fork Dam, which was on the south fork of the Little Conemaugh River, 14 miles upstream of the town of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, the United States, the Johnstown Flood, referred to as the Great Flood of 1889, happened on Friday,

May 31, 1889. After days of heavy rain, the dam broke, letting 14.55 million cubic meters of water flow out. The flood caused damage worth $17 million (or $534 million in 2022 dollars), killed 2,209 people, and for a short time had the same volumetric flow rate as the average flow rate of the Mississippi River.

The American Red Cross started a big relief operation with 50 volunteers and Clara Barton as its leader. Help for the victims came from the United States and eighteen other countries as well. After the flood, people tried to sue the dam owners for damages in court, but they were turned down. Due to this, strict liability replaced the fault-based legal system in the United States.”

1887 Yellow River Flood

“In Qing China, the Yellow River flood that started in September 1887 killed at least 930,000 people. Since it was China’s deadliest flood ever, it is one of the worst natural disasters in how many people died. Farmers who lived near the Yellow River for hundreds of years built dikes to keep it in. However, as time went on, the river flow increased because the farmers had to put silt on the riverbed to keep it from flooding.

Around September 28, 1887, this rising river broke through the dikes because of days of heavy rain. This caused a big flood. Since there is no one way to measure how bad a flood is, it usually uses damage, water depth, and the number of deaths to classify floods. Most people think the Yellow River floods broke through the dikes near Zhengzhou, Henan Province, in Huayuankou.

Because of the nearby low-lying plains, the flood quickly spread across Northern China, covering an area of about 50,000 square miles (130,000 km2) and hitting both cities and towns in the countryside. After the flood, two million people lost their homes. More people died because of the disease and lack of basic needs than from the flood itself. The Yangtze-Huai River flood of 1931 was one of the worst recorded floods. It may have killed as many as four million people. It is thought that at least three million people died.”

Yangtze River Flood

“The Yangtze-Huai River floods of 1931, also called the China floods of 1931, happened from June to August in Wuhan, Nanjing, and other large Chinese cities. The floods got so bad on August 25, 1931, that a dike along Lake Gaoyou broke.

Estimates of how many people died vary. John Lossing Buck led a field investigation for the University of Nanking right after the flood. He found that 50,000 people had died—less than a fourth of those who died in the first 100 days. The official story says that 140,000 people drowned and that 2 million people died during the flood, either from drowning or not having enough food.

The following year, from May 1932 to April 1933, there was a cholera pandemic with 31,974 deaths and 100,666 cases. A standard high estimate of 3.7 to 4.0 million deaths is what “kept the 1931 flood on sensationalist lists of the world’s worst disasters,” even though it is often on the list of the most devastating disasters in China by death toll.”

1975 Banqiao Dam Failure

“The Banqiao Dam disaster happened in Henan, China, in August 1975, when Typhoon Nina broke the Banqiao Dam and 61 other dams. The dam break caused an estimated death toll of between 26,000 and 240,000. It affected 10.15 million people and flooded 30 cities and counties over 12,000 square kilometers (or 3 million acres). The flood also caused between 5 million and 6.8 million homes to fall down.

A lot of people were thinking about the Cultural Revolution at the time that the dam broke. Most dams that failed during this disaster were built with help from experts from the Soviet Union or during the Chinese Great Leap Forward. When the dams were being built, the main goal was to keep water in. The ability of the barriers to stop floods was not given as much attention. The Great Leap Forward also hurt the quality of the dams.

The Banqiao dam was built for a one-in-a-thousand-year rainfall event of 300 mm/day. However, near the typhoon’s center, more than a year’s worth of rain fell in just one day. Some experts have also said that the big steel melting during the Great Leap Forward and several policies from the “Learn from Dazhai in agriculture” campaign severely damaged the ecosystem and forest cover in the area, which was a significant cause of the flood. The government’s poor handling of the dam failure also worsened the flood.”

North Sea Flood

“The storm surge affected the Netherlands, northwest Belgium, England, and Scotland. A storm tide was brought on by a combination of a high spring tide and a mighty European windstorm over the North Sea. Due to the wind, high tide, and low pressure, the sea flooded land up to 18.4 feet above mean sea level.

The majority of sea defenses facing the surge were overwhelmed, resulting in widespread flooding. The worst flood to hit England and Scotland during the 20th century was the North Sea flood of 1953.

Over 990 miles of coastline were damaged, and 160,000 acres were submerged due to over 1,200 seawall breaches. Over 30,000 people had to leave their homes due to flooding, and 24,000 properties suffered significant damage. The estimated cost of the damage was £50 million in 1953 dollars or about £1.2 billion in 2013 dollars. ”

Due to a flood, once I saw on TV in America a house fell into the river and was floating rapidly.

E. STRONG WINDS

Strong winds include tornado, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, etc. My first experience of typhoon was at Quanzhou, Fujian, China during my professorship at the National Overseas University. Luckily the buildings were made of stone, otherwise they would fly away or carried away by typhoon. The overnight howling of typhoon was also a scary sound.

I have lived in California for a life time, I have a heart for Orange County, except for lack of subway, otherwise which I consider the best place to live in the world. I have three proposals for Orange County government: 1. Build a subway system that covers the whole Orange County. 2. Drive away crooks and criminals and gangs. 3. Make welfare into workfare. An unmarried woman cannot continuously have sex with men who do not love her and produce children they cannot afford to support and receive welfare.

If the county supervisors are useless politicians who do nothing, Orange County will be ruined and become just another undesirable city in California.

A tornado hit the city of Montebello in Southern California, damaging buildings as the National Weather Service assesses the rare weather event.

The tornado hit Wednesday at about 11:20 a.m. PT in the city less than 10 miles southeast of Los Angeles, the National Weather Service said.

“It’s definitely not something that’s common for the region,” said meteorologist Rose Schoenfeld with the weather service.

One person was injured and was taken to a hospital in Montebello, said Alex Gillman, a city spokesman. He didn’t know the severity of the injury.

The city closed some streets "due to a weather-related incident."

The National Weather Service about 8 p.m. ET confirmed a tornado hit Montebello, but the agency said, "we are still assessing the damage."

Somehow I recalled on TV I once saw a big truck flying in a tornado, and an elephant was flying too.

I cried for more than 1 million Americans who had died needlessly.

Man-made disasters include wars (military conflict,

violation of sovereignty, aggression), inflation, energy crisis, sanction, decoupling (ban, boycott, monopoly, obstruction) climate change, drug addiction (including alcohol), gun violence, abortion, etc. If you count the costs and consequences, man-made disasters are much more than natural disasters.

Unfortunately over the years, many so-called International and independent agencies such as UN, WHO, WTO, ICC, IAEA, etc. are under duress and pressure of America. That is the problem of the existence of hegemony, monopoly, unilateralism, dominance, and dictatorship.

By definition a shared future involves a shared responsibility and joint efforts. A shared future is not and was not the original idea of President Xi Jinping of China. But President Xi is duly credited with the efforts of tireless promotion of a shared future. It is hoped Nobel Committee gets the message: If anyone deserves a Nobel Peace Prize, it must be Xi Jinping.

A shared future must exclude domination, hegemony, suppression, oppression, confrontation, and sanction.

Does it occur to American leaders and politicians that most of the wars after World War II have been made by America and its allies? Enough is enough. The whole world knows that the Ukraine war is an American proxy war and America is the chief receiver of benefits. Europe used to rely on Russia for energy, now Europeans rely on America for energy.

I am no expert on American military weapons. We all can agree they cost too much. The D.o.D. alone has $21 trillions unaccounted for. Won’t it be wonderful if that many trillions of dollars are used to build up America and improve the quality of lives of millions of Americans? I can assure you China is no treat to America. 1950-1953

Korean War

With Japan’s defeat in World War II, the Korean lands are divided into two states— north and south. In 1950, Communist North Korea, supported by China, invades non-communist South Korea. UN forces, principally made up of U.S. troops, fight to protect South Korea. North Korea receives support from China and the Soviet Union.

It develops into a war of attrition on the ground while U.S. forces launch a major bombing campaign on North Korea. Lasting for three years, the number of deaths is estimated at around 170,000.

The Korean War is the first conflict in which air combat between jet-powered fighters takes place. It can also be considered the start of the Cold War with global alignments between communist states and western democracies.

1961

Bay of Pigs

On April 17, an armed group of around 1,500 Cuban exiles attempt to invade Cuba and overthrow its Sovet-backed leader Fidel Castro. The plan is backed by the United States through the CIA with the hope that it will spark an uprising within Cuba to overthrow Castro and establish a non-communist state.

The invasion fails as more than 20,000 Cuban soldiers repel the insurgents as the forces clash along the Bay of Pigs on the south coast of Cuba. An estimated 118 of the invaders are killed and more than 1,200 are taken as prisoners.

The Bay of Pigs invasion is part of the escalating Cold War tensions between the US and the USSR and would play an influential role in the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1963.

1961-1973

Vietnam War

In 1954, Vietnam breaks free from the colonial rule of France to become an independent republic. The following year, communist North Vietnam invades non-communist South Vietnam in an attempt to unify the country and impose the communist rule. The United States joins the war on the side of South Vietnam in 1961 but withdraws combat troops in 1973.

In 1975 North Vietnam succeeds in taking control of South Vietnam. The Vietnam War is the longest American war ever fought and the first war it lost. From 1964 onwards, around 2.2 million Americans were conscripted to fight in the war. Opposition to conscription and the war becomes a focal point for a hippie and counter-culture movement.

1965

Dominican Republic

U.S. president Lyndon Johnson sends marines and troops to quash a leftist uprising; he fears the Dominican Republic might follow in the footsteps of Cuba and turn communist.

1982

Lebanon

U.S. troops form part of a multinational peacekeeping force to help the fragile Lebanese government maintain power in the politically volatile country. In 1983 241 U.S. Marines and 60 French soldiers are killed by a truck bomb. The multinational force withdraws in 1984.

Falklands War

A military conflict between the United Kingdom and Argentina over the territorial rights to the Falklands Islands, known in Argentina as Islas Malvinas. Argentina claimed the islands, which have a population of around 4,000, were in their territory and challenged the legitimacy of the British controlling it as a Crown colony.

Leopoldo Galtieri, President of Argentina, sent a force to occupy the island with British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher launching an immediate military response. A British task force of 127 warships was among the fleet to make the 8,000-mile journey across the South Atlantic.

The conflict lasted for 74 days with around 649 Argentinian lives lost and 255 British. Three Falklanders also died during the fighting. The Argentinian forces surrendered on June 14 and the British retook control of the islands.

1983

Grenada

U.S. President Ronald Reagan invades the Caribbean island nation of Grenada to overthrow its socialist government, which has close ties with Cuba. A U.S. peace-keeping force remains until 1985.

1989

Panama

U.S. President George H. W. Bush invades Panama and overthrows Panamanian dictator and drug-smuggler Manuel Noriega. Noriega is later tried and convicted on a number of charges, and is imprisoned in the United States.

1990-1991

First Gulf War

The conflict starts when Iraq invades the country of Kuwait. In response, a 35-strong U.S.-led coalition of countries launches an attack on Iraq. The joint military response involved a two-phase plan with Operation Desert Shield building up forces and supplies and Operation Desert Storm to launch an aerial and naval bombardment of Iraqi troops in Kuwait.

The First Gulf War ends swiftly with Kuwait liberated. American-led forces initially began to advance toward Iraq but a ceasefire was declared before any attack commences. It’s estimated that around 50,000 Iraqi soldiers are killed with less than 300 coalition deaths.

1993

Somalia

A U.S.-led multinational force attempts to restore order to war-torn Somalia so that food can be delivered and distributed within the famine-stricken country.

1994

Haiti

After Haiti's democratically elected president Jean-Bertrand Aristide is ousted in a coup in 1991, a U.S. invasion three years later restores him to power.

1992-1995

Bosnian War

The Bosnian War erupts after Bosnia and Herzegovina declares its independence from Yugoslavia. The new people’s republic creates a power struggle power between the various ethnic groups that exist within the region: Bosniaks, Serbs, Croats, and Yugoslavs.

It turns into a civil war with claims of ethnic cleansing such as the 8,000 reported deaths caused by a Bosnian Serb attack on the town of Srebrenica in July 1995. The war ends after a NATO bombing campaign on Bosnia forced Bosnian Serbs to the negotiating table with the Dayton Accords bringing a peace agreement.

1998-1999

Second Congo War

The deadliest conflict since World War II led to the deaths of an estimated 5.4 million people, mainly through disease and starvation. The conflict follows a year after the First Congo War large numbers of refugees, mainly Hutu, escaping into the Congo from neighboring Rwanda.

The ethnic tensions triggered by the Rwandan migration gave rise to the Second Congo War with eastern Congo becoming a war zone of rival groups and factions with an invasion by Rwandan and Ugandan joint forces.

Over the five years, nine neighboring countries are drawn into the war, including Angola, Namibia and Zimbabwe. The United Nations also sent 5,000 peacekeepers into the area in July 1999. The escalating nature of the conflict has led to it being referred to by some as the African World War.

Kosovo War

Then-Yugoslavia's province of Kosovo erupts into war in the spring of 1999. Fighting breaks out between the forces of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and a rebel group known as the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLO).

The KLA was formed in protest against the Serbian treatment of Kosovo Albanians. In response to the group’s attacks, the Yugoslav authorities began to repress Kosovar Albanians with claims of ethnic cleansing made against Serbian president Slobodan Miloševi.

The war ended with the Kumanovo Treaty signed on June 9 which saw Yugoslav and Serb forces agreeing to withdraw from Kosovo and allow NATO troops to enter. An estimated 1.2 million Kosova Albanians were displaced during the conflict.

2001-2021

Afghanistan

The Taliban government harbored Osama bin Laden and the al-Qaeda terrorist group, responsible for Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States. After Afghanistan refused to turn over Bin Laden, the U.S. and UN coalition forces invaded. The Taliban government was ousted and many terrorist camps in Afghanistan were destroyed. Thereafter, the Taliban begin regrouping. By 2005, the Taliban and coalition troops are engaged in ongoing clashes with coalition troops. The year 2006 was the deadliest year of the war in Afghanistan for American soldiers since 2001.

On May 2, 2011 (May 1 in the U.S.), U.S. troops and CIA operatives shot and killed Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

On May 1, 2012, President Obama and President Karzai signed the Enduring Strategic Partnership Agreement between the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the United States of America. The Agreement provides for the possibility of U.S. forces in Afghanistan after 2014, for the purposes of training Afghan Forces and targeting the remnants of al-Qaeda. Afghanistan will be a Major Non-NATO Ally and as such, the U.S. will support the training, equipping, advising, and sustaining of Afghan National Security Forces, and social and economic assistance.

The United States completed the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan on August 30, 2021, marking an end to the conflict. Following the withdrawal, Taliban forces took control of the country with the intention to create an "open, inclusive Islamic government".

2003-2010

2003-Present

Second Gulf War

The U.S. military and Great Britain lead a coalition of countries that invade Iraq and topple the government of dictator Saddam Hussein. The invasion is based on claims that Iraq has "weapons of mass destruction", despite an inspection team from the United Nations having found no evidence.

The lack of "weapons of mass destruction" found after the invasion raises concerns about the legitimacy of the Iraq War. The operations in Iraq continue for several years as the country experiences escalating violence and fragile political stability.

On Aug. 31, 2010, President Obama announces the end of U.S. army combat missions in Iraq. Effective September 1, 2010, the military operations in Iraq acquired a new official designation: “Operation New Dawn" with a commitment to developing the areas of defense and security; education and culture; energy; human rights; services; and trade.

War in Darfur

Sometimes known as the Land Cruiser War, this is a major conflict that broke out in the Darfur region of western Sudan. It was triggered by two rebel groups, the Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) and the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM), launching attacks against the Sudan government.

The rebel groups accused the government of ignoring the western region and its predominantly non-Arab population. In response, the Sudanese government supported Arab militia groups that become known as Janjaweed.

It creates a warzone with fighting between the groups that results in hundreds of thousands dead with claims of ethnic cleansing and genocide. It’s estimated that around two million have migrated to escape from the conflict.

2011

Libya

In early 2011, a coalition of nineteen states began intervening in the civil infighting in Libya. By March, NATO officially took control of the situation and assisted rebel forces against the government of Muammar Gaddafi. The intervention lasted until November when fighting dropped off following Gaddafi's death.

2012-2019

War with ISIL

In 2012 militants in Iraq and Syria declared a new caliphate and rapidly seized a large territory. They began a widespread propaganda campaign to cultivate domestic terrorism in other countries and to recruit new members. The United States and other NATO allies began a long campaign to contain and reverse the spread of ISIL.

By 2018, ISIL no longer held any territory in Iraq, and severely declined in Syria. The United States continued airstrikes against the Assad regime as well as against the remaining ISIL holdouts. These airstrikes, by March 2019, contributed to ISIL losing all of its remaining territory. In October 2019 a US airstrike caused the death of ISIL leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

2014- Present

Syria

The Syrian civil war is an ongoing conflict with groups opposed to the Syrian Arab Republic led by president Bashar al-Assad. Many of the early insurgency protests originate in the southern region that is associated with the country’s Sunni population.

The civil war has taken on a global dimension with nations allying with the Syrian government or with the rebel groups seeking to overthrow them. The United States has been among a coalition of western democracies to support the rebel groups while Russia and Turkey have aligned with the Syrian government.

Events escalated in 2017 when the United States launched a missile attack on the Shayrat Airbase in retaliation for a chemical attack the U.S. accused the Syrian government of carrying out in Khan Shaykhun.

Russo-Ukrainian War

The Russo-Ukranian War follows the Ukrainian Revolution that takes place on February 2014 with the Ukrainian government of Viktor Yanukovych overthrown. When Russia calls the coup illegal and refuses to recognize the legitimacy of the interim government, the Russo-Ukrainian War is triggered.

The conflict started with clashes between groups of pro-Russian separatists in the eastern Donbas region taking control of government buildings and declaring breakaway states in Donetsk and Luhansk.

Russia provides support to the pro-Russian separatists who are fighting the Ukrainian forces. As the situation escalates, Russian troops invade the Donbas area and with Donetsk, Luhansk, and Mariupol being major areas of conflict.

The situation escalates in February 2022 when Russian mounts a full invasion with the aim to "demilitarize and denazify" Ukraine. The invasion provoked a large international response with the United Nations demanding the withdrawal of Russian troops.

As an American, I am ashamed that America has attacked and engaged in so many unjust wars against so many nations without cause. Does it occur to American leaders and politicians it is a great sin and immorality to start and engage in unjust wars? How much each war cost and how many deaths are another serious matters to consider and ponder. Not to mention more millions of resultant refugees who live in abject poverty.

Isn’t it funny that America, EU and NATO send so much money, ammunitions, weapons, tank and jet fighters to the Ukrainian nincompoop and puppet that he does not care how many Ukrainians have died or fled and he is not interested in peace talk because the boss behind the war does not want to end the war? The ICC does not issue a warrant to arrest the Ukrainian war criminal because he is under protection of nuclear umbrella. You see the travesty of justice in this world?

Nuclear war is the first genuine man-made threat that can destroy the whole world. The nuclear specter is looming large and seems to be inevitable.

B. PRPBLEM BANKS

Banks are the best possible business, if operates under sound policies and procedures, rules and regulations, it cannot fail. They take in deposits from customers and give very low interest, they lend out money (customers’ deposits) and charge high interest. You do not need any brain to run a bank. During the Savings & Loans crisis in America, I could have established a profitable bank but we could not find a capital of $100 million.

Depending on the severity and consequences of a bank failure, the CEO and bank regulator can be executed without appeal. Bank executives cannot be allowed to give themselves hefty salaries so that the bank will fail.

The fiasco of Savings and Loans must not be repeated.

The Savings and Loan Crisis was the most significant bank

collapse since the Great Depression of 1929. By 1989, more than 1,000 of the nation's savings and loans had failed.

The crisis cost $160 billion. Taxpayers paid $132 billion, and the S&L industry paid the rest. The Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation paid $20 billion to depositors of failed S&Ls before it went bankrupt. More than 500 S&Ls were insured by state-run funds. Their failures cost $185 million before they collapsed.

The crisis ended what had once been a secure source of home mortgages. It also destroyed the idea of state-run bank insurance funds.

Causes

The Federal Home Loan Bank Act of 1932 created the S&L system to promote homeownership for the working class. The S&Ls paid lower-than-average interest rates on deposits. In return, they offered lower-than-average mortgage rates. S&Ls couldn't lend money for commercial real estate, business expansion, or education. They didn't even provide checking accounts.

In 1934, Congress created the FSLIC to insure the S&L deposits. It provided the same protection that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation does for commercial banks. By 1980, the FSLIC insured 4,000 S&Ls with total assets of $604 billion. State-sponsored insurance programs insured 590 S&Ls with assets of $12.2 billion.

In the 1970s, stagflation combined low economic growth with high inflation. The Federal Reserve raised interest rates to end double-digit inflation. That caused a recession in 1980.

Stagflation and slow growth devastated S&Ls. Their enabling legislation set caps on the interest rates for deposits and loans. Depositors found higher returns in other banks.

At the same time, slow growth and the recession reduced the number of families applying for mortgages. The S&Ls were stuck with a dwindling portfolio of low-interest mortgages as their only income source.

The situation worsened in the 1980s. Money market accounts became popular. They offered higher interest rates on savings without the insurance. When depositors switched, it depleted the banks' source of funds. S&L banks asked Congress to remove the low-interest rate restrictions. The Carter administration allowed S&Ls to raise interest rates on savings deposits. It also increased the insurance level from $40,000 to $100,000 per depositor.

By 1982, S&Ls were losing $4 billion a year. It was a significant reversal of the industry's profit of $781 million in 1980.

In 1982, President Reagan signed the Garn-St. Germain Depository Institutions Act.¹ It completely eliminated the interest rate cap. It also permitted the banks to have up to 40% of their assets in commercial loans and 30% in consumer loans.

In particular, the law removed restrictions on loan-to-value ratios. It permitted the S&Ls to use federally-insured deposits to make risky loans. At the same time, Reagan cut the budgets of the regulatory staff at the FHLBB. This impaired its ability to investigate bad loans.

Between 1982 and 1985, S&L assets increased by 56%. Legislators in California, Texas, and Florida passed laws allowing their S&Ls to invest in speculative real estate. In Texas, 40 S&Ls tripled in size.

Banks also used historical accounting. They only listed the original price of real estate they bought. They only updated this price when they sold the asset.

When oil prices dropped in 1986, the property held by Texas S&Ls also fell. But the banks kept the value on their books at the original price. That made it seem the banks were in better financial shape than they were. Banks hid the deteriorating state of their declining assets.

Today, banks use mark-to-market accounting. They regularly update the value of their real estate assets.

Despite these laws, 35% of the country's S&Ls still weren't profitable by 1983. Nine percent were bankrupt. As banks went under, the FSLIC started running out of funds. For that reason, the government allowed bad S&Ls to remain open. They continued to make bad loans, and the losses kept mounting.

In 1987, the FSLIC fund declared itself insolvent by $3.8 billion. Congress kicked the can down the road by recapitalizing it in May. But that just delayed the inevitable.

In 1989, the newly-elected President George H.W. Bush unveiled his bailout plan. The Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act provided $50 billion to close failed banks and stop further losses. It set up a new government agency called the Resolution Trust Corporation to resell bank assets. The proceeds were used to pay back depositors. FIRREA also changed S&L regulations to help prevent further poor investments and fraud.

Scandal

The Senate Ethics Committee investigated five U.S. Senators for improper conduct. The "Keating Five" included John McCain, R-Ariz., Dennis DeConcini, D-Ariz., John Glenn, D-Ohio, Alan Cranston, D-Calif., and Donald Riegle, D-Mich.²³⁴⁵

The Five were named after Charles Keating, head of the Lincoln Savings and Loan Association.⁶ He had given them $1.5 million in total in campaign contributions. In return, they put pressure on the Federal Home Loan Banking Board to overlook suspicious activities at Lincoln. The FHLBB's mandate was to investigate possible fraud, money laundering, and risky loans.

Empire Savings and Loan of Mesquite, Texas was involved in illegal land flips and other criminal activities. Empire's default cost taxpayers $300 million. Half of the failed S&Ls were from Texas. The crisis pushed the state into recession. When the banks' bad land investments were auctioned off, real estate prices collapsed. That increased office vacancies to 30%, while crude oil prices fell 50%. Jim David Adkisson was a former private in the US Army who had served from 1974 to 1977. He was also staunchly anti-liberalism, blaming Democrats, liberals, blacks, and homosexuals for America’s problems.

Frustrated with his inability to personally attack elected Democrats, he decided to target those he felt had voted them into office. The victims of his rage: members of the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church. (He believed their teachings were too liberal.)

On July 27, 2008, while the congregation was watching a children’s musical performance, Adkisson walked into the sanctuary and began firing a shotgun into the crowd. Two people died before church members were able to wrestle the gun away from him. They restrained him until the police arrived.[5]

Adkisson had intended to keep firing until police shot him to death. Less than a year later, he pleaded guilty to two counts of murder and was sentenced to life in prison.

D. POVERTY

There are many factors that create poverty. I hold the premise executives make too much money so that employees make too little. The greed generated by capitalism is the major cause of poverty. Of course there are other factors such as inflation, economic downturn, unemployment, unskilled population, wars that create political refugees, corrupt government, etc.

E. PROBLEM NATIONS

Problem nations are backward, poor, undeveloped and usually corrupt and violent nations WHO cannot support themselves. There could be also many reasons. All problem nations have similar problems. Above all is the problem of corrupt government. Many nations think if they have a general election, they must be democracy. The truth is far from it. For example, most backward, poor and undeveloped nations have corrupt leaders. Those corrupt leaders were elected. Problem number one is how to get rid of corrupt leaders and politicians. To do so every nation must have a new Constitution that stipulates among other things two clauses:

A. The sovereignty of the nation lies in the hands of its citizens. The majority of the citizens (51%) through National Referendum can remove instantly any elected office including the president or head of state without an impeachment. The majority of citizens can change the government, the national policy, determine how money is spent, stop any war, etc.

B. The military coupe itself is considered illegal and unconstitutional, all participated generals will be executed instantly without trial or appeal.

Most problem nations include backwardness, poverty, overpopulation, unproductivity, unskilled population, corrupt leaders and government.

Under the new system, the people cannot eat, drink, and have sex to produce lots of children that the man and woman cannot support. A man and woman cannot have license to get married if they have no means to support themselves and their children. The peoples of problem nations need to do more for self-help such as improved sanitation, clean-up environment, job training, water conservation, etc. A backward, poor, corrupt and unproductive nation which is prone to civil war, unrest, terrorists and gangs activity cannot expect aid from international community. The government has duty to clean up their country from gangs and terrorists before they request any help from the international community.

Under American protection, Japan has not fulfilled its unconditional surrended war crime nation and has not paid one dime for its genocide, slave labors, sex slavery. On top of them, Japan deliberate discharged it nuclear-contaminated wastewater into the Pacific despite of loud and clear opposition from many nations and Japanese people.

F. PROBLEM PEOPLES

There are problem peoples in the world who can not do anything productive, but they eat, sing and dance, drink alcohol, use drugs, have sex and produce so many unwanted children. These problem peoples do not know they are most pitiful and miserable. On the contrary, they think they are entitled to receive some international aid. They think the world owes them something. Problem peoples usually live in problem nations. These nations and peoples are liabilities for the world. These problem peoples are the illegal and undesirable migrants who fancy themselves to be supported happily in their lives in rich and advanced nations without work.

Unmarried fat woman without husband but produces many children without fathers, without education, without job skills, and without independent financial resources. Such type of woman probably consists of millions in America. America supports such women with welfare.

Under the new system, the nation does not tolerate this kind of problem peoples.

No unmarried woman with children will receive welfare. Only citizens may apply for workfare. The days for the state to support unwanted children of promiscuous and irresponsible men and women are over.

Affirmative Action is illegal and unconstitutional and therefore must be abolished. No racial group shall have special right or special treatment under the law.

The black suspect in Minneapolis was killed by white police while police chief, mayor or governor could have ordered to stop it. The family of the victim received $27 million. This is a great travesty of justice in America that police committed murder, the residents had to pay for damages.

If you add the annual income of the victim times how many years he could live, no one could make that kind of money. It is outrageously unjust for lawyers to take a great percentage of the award money.

The question must be raised why white police hate black criminals so much?

Another case was in Memphis while all five black police killed another black suspect. The question must be raised why the black police hate black criminals so much?

Police brutality is morally and legally wrong. Police themselves must pay for illegal killing.

II. MAN-MADE PROBLEMS

American dream vs Chinese dream?

These are serious questions. One must face the fact.

Why American leaders and politicians cannot rest or sleep when other nation bypass America in many fields? Does America have to be number one in everything? What good has America done since the end of World War II?

Under the new system of shared destiny, America will demolish its political and military alliances, there will be no more wars. Both NATO and QUAD will be abolished because they are useless but war machines. There will be no more of one camp trying to pit against another camp. There will be no bloc against another bloc. Every nation will have a new Constitution, among other things to include two clauses. First, the Constitution stipulates the national sovereignty lies in the hands of its citizens. Through the Nation Referendum, the majority of its citizens (51%) can instantly remove any elected official including the president or head of state, change the government, change national policy, determine how to spend money, and stop any war, etc. Elected officials can no longer hide themselves from irresponsibility by waiting for next election. A majority vote (51%) of no confidence is sufficient to remove any elected or appointed official, impeachment is not used and without appeal. Secondly, the Constitution stipulates that any

military coup d'état is considered illegal and unconstitutional. All participated generals will be executed due process and without appeal.

Under the new system of shared destiny, the whole world will focus its efforts on shared responsibility. America will first clean its house by reducing national debt and annual deficit. When America becomes manageable, it will start addressing its past crimes and sins against the Red Indian natives whom America stole their land and committed genocide. The National Referendum will determine how much reparations and compensations America will pay to the Red Indians. After that America has committed so much evil in this world, for every nation America has attacked, occupied, or interfered became poorer and worse, America must redress the wrongs. Canada, Australia and New Zeland must also pay reparations and compensations for killing their natives.

What is responsibility?

Gen 43:9, “I myself will take responsibility for him! You may demand him back from me. If I do not bring him back to you and present him to you, then you can let me take the blame forever.”

It is wrong and evil for Europe to rely on Russian cheap oil for a long history. It is good and right now for Europe’s dependence on America for its energy even at much higher cost. Western media is crying out, “Europe’s Dangerous Dependence on China” Europe had for centuries oppressed and suppressed China, have you forgotten the infamous Opium Wars? It is a historical fact that the West (US & Europe) made all international rules for the benefits and interests of themselves at the expense of the world. Good news for the West, the world had enough of the West domination: the West domination of the world is passing. For the West had never shared responsibility for the world, never contributed any good for the world. To them the international rules are for them to rule the world, to dominate the world, to exploit the world for Western benefits and interests. Now not a few Europeans intellectuals (in particular French and German) have come to realize America is committing suicide and Europe must not follow American unilateralism and hegemony. Supremacy does not necessarily limit to white folks. China does not want the concern or interference of America. What China shall be or how China will be is none of American concern or business. No man can change the human sinful nature.

If Western leaders and politicians are born again, they will not lie and kill anymore. Western alliance will have no useful purpose. EU, NATO, and QUAD will be abolished. Imperialism, capitalism, world domination, war of conquest would be obsolete. Many man-made disasters are caused by imperialism, colonialism, capitalism, greed, world domination, selfishness, etc.

Natural disasters such as earthquake, strong winds, flood, climate change, etc. only God can do about it. By the consequences of both natural disasters and man-made disasters; if mankind realize they have shared destiny, shared responsibility and by joint efforts many ill effects can be reduced and ameliorated considerably.

Under the new system of shared destiny, shared responsibility and joint efforts -- every one must contribute. There is no freebie or free lunch.

Under the new system of shared responsibility. A fat woman without husband can no longer produce many children and pets expecting the state to support her life style with welfare. A fat unmarried woman cannot have sex with many men and produce children they do not want and cannot support. A man who gets a woman pregnant must be made responsible to support the woman and the child. If he has no job skill, he must sell himself as an indentured servant to pay for his woman and child.

A nation of shared responsibility cannot have overpopulation, unproductive population, corrupt dictator or officials, and running free gangs and terrorists. The nation state must reduce its overpopulation by birth control. Man and woman who cannot support themselves can not have a license to get married. Man and woman who produce children out of wedlock cannot receive welfare, they must work for their benefits. There is no freebie for any person. The nation state must provide job training for unskilled people. The new Constitution will not tolerate a corrupt dictator or officials. The nation state must use its military forces to eliminate gangs and terrorists. Gangs and terrorists can be shot without due process of the law because they are public enemies. A nation state must not be allowed to have civil war or unrest. If there is a civil war, if the nation state cannot settle the problem themselves, the UN will not send a peace keeping force. If a nation state does not normally fulfill its shared responsibility, it will receive no aid whatsoever from the international community.

Under the new system of joint efforts, all nation states must contribute whatever they have. The rich nations, for example, must contribute more to climate change problem. The island states which are more likely to be submerged under the sea must for self-survival build sea walls. Netherlands is the number one country who has the expertise and know how to survive below the sea level. For self-interest, island states must consult the Netherlands and rich nations may provide some resources.

Under the new system all nation states must embrace and subscribe to shared destiny, and therefore shared responsibility and joint efforts. All backward, poor, and undeveloped nations must learn from China. China is still a poor nation but it has aided more than 100 nations in the world. China has every right to aid its own poor people first.

No nation needs to build the Ark of Noah because the future world will not be destroyed by water, but by fire.

and artificial storage for water. I believe it is a smart idea to build under tunnels of water so that cities may absorb rain above.

III. THE NEW WORLD ORDER

The New World Order is the new system of shared destiny, shared responsibility and joint efforts.

A. DEMOCRACY

The world has been fooled by so-called liberal democracy. True democracy actually does not exist in this world. American and Western democracy is phony and deluded. Many nations believe if they have general election, that is democracy. Let me tell you the truth, general election does not mean or represent democracy. For example, in America there has been general election. The two parties do not serve the American interest. Once the candidates represent the parties are elected, they have license to do as they please and not worry about impeachment. Clinton has proved the case because the Democratic Party would not vote against him. So elected officials can do as they please until the next election. Black officials often are corrupt because their districts always vote for their black candidates and so they even have seniority. Democracy means the majority rule. Under the current system, minority rules over the majority. Power and wealth end in the hands of the few.

Everyone knows who bombed the Nord Stream 2 pipelines so that Europe will not rely on Russia for energy, but rely on America which is more costly. Not once America has practiced deception.

To join NATO is not ascension, it is a descension into death camp. Why would nations of Scandinavia want to join NATO? NATO is a military alliance, the sole purpose is to have war of aggression against Russia. Woe to these rebellious children, piling sin on top of sin. In truth, NATO should be abolished.

Problem nations and peoples in the world, you have no one to blame for your backwardness, poverty, and unproductivity. Civility is not something to be given, a nation and people must earn it. You have the Chinese model turn a backward and poor nation into the number 2 economy in the world. You have China as a model to achieve spectacular successes in all fields. If China can, why can’t you? But you need to embrace the Protestant ethic of hard work, thrift, and responsibility.

B. NEW CONSTITUTION

To save the world from phony democracy, all nations must have a new Constitution that stipulates the national sovereignty lies in the hands of its citizens. Through National Referendum, the majority of citizens (51%) may instantly remove any elected or appointed official (including the president or head of state) without impeachment. A vote of no confidence is necessary, the officials do not need to commit any crime. With a majority of citizens they can instantly change government, change national policy, determine how money is spent, stop any war, change the direction of government, and any important issues, etc. The second clause of Constitution is to define a military coup d'état as illegal and unconstitutional, all participated generals shall be executed without appeal.

Under the Constitutional democracy, corrupt leaders cannot exist because they will be instantly removed before they can commit irreparable crimes. Under the Constitutional democracy, there is no need for destructive demonstrations against the wrong government. Through the National Referendum, the majority of citizens (51%) actually rule the Nation. Majority citizens have the supreme power, even higher than the Supreme Court which makes up a few individuals. Today the peoples are powerless. Majority of Europeans do not want their governments to follow America, but they have no power to change their governments. South Koreans and Japanese oppose their governments on many issues, their governments continue to do as they please ignoring the will of the people.

The American two parties, the Democratic and the Republican do not serve the American interest. They must be abolished. To abolish the American two parties requires structural changes of the American government. Henceforth, all candidates for any office will not represent the party, but individual virtue and integrity.

I enjoy watching women’s artistic gymnastics and women’s figure skating. In women’s artistic gymnastics and women’s figure skating, size actually is not the advantage. Think about balance beam where being small, short, strong, and skillful are winning factors. IN women’s figure skating, single and pairs, big size is no advantage. In politics, Europe and America have dominated the world for a long long time. Since the end of World War II, America has attacked and occupied many nations. The evil deeds that America has done makes America the most hated nation on earth. The advantage has become disadvantage. The world has watched and witnessed a backward and poor China which has been oppressed by the West for a long time, in a few decades has become the number 2 economy in the world with spectacular success and progress. And China never invades any country or interferes in the internal matters of any country. The world has come to know and want to join China in developing. The China’s model is working and winning.

Democratic capitalism does not exist, it is only a phantom of Western propaganda. The only capitalism that exists is the exploitation and deception of the people so that wealth is in the hands of the few. Phony democracy and deluded capitalism put wealth and power in the hands of the few.

Under the New World Order, Japan will still follow the order of imperial America and willingly serve as its attack dog; China has no reason whatsoever to trust Japan for Japan has ulterior motive of becoming a sole power in Asia under the nuclear umbrella of America. Japan will never share its responsibility, much less joint efforts. By the same token, it is important to assume that UK, Australia, EU, NATO are forever in the camp of America. Due to apparent success of China’s model, I believe Asia, Africa, Latin America and Middle East will adopt the China’s model and join forces with China. I think the world had enough of America’s model of aggression, animosity, hostility, conflict and wars. The world does not need military alliance, the world needs a new vision. China provides the vision of the future - shared destiny, shared responsibility and joint efforts to make it come true.

C. PRACTICE OF TRUTH

Many problems in this world could have been no problems at all had the people know the truth and practice justice and morality.

The UN leadership is wrong about the issue of Israel and Palestinian. There should not be conflict between Israel and Palestinians. The truth is Palestinians, Arabs and Hamas have no right, no part or portion of the Jewish land. Palestinians may build a Palestinian state in the Arab lands, but not on the Jewish land which God gave to Abraham and his descendants 4,000 years ago. The Muslim mosque should not be on the Holy Mount, it should moved or be removed. That is the way of peace.

The British empire wanted to make its empire look bigger and so it took large territories of China and incorporated into the Indian Map. The UK officials should inform its former colony India of its illegal map making and thus prevent the border wars between China and India and save lives.

America has done wrong too many times against China since the infamous Opium Wars to the present. During the attack of Beijing by 8 nation troops, the burning of Yuan Ming Garden, and the looting of China’s national treasures worth the market value of $100,000 trillion dollars. I saw with my own eyes many of China’s priceless treasures at Smithsonian Institution in Washing, D.C. America violated China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity to seize Taiwan as a de facto colony, for Taiwan is a province of China long before USA existed. American leaders and politicians mistook China for a competitor, rival and enemy since 1949. The making of a phantom enemy creates most of the problems in the world today. China has done no wrong to America.

The Western media make much a do about white discrimination. You have to live in America a long time to know that blacks are also practicing discrimination. I saw with my own eyes on TV a black youth all covered up so that he became unrecognizable, and with great force behind he deliberately pushed an elderly Asian that he fell faced down and died later. You never heard the report that the black youth was arrested and prosecuted. I saw with my own eyes on TV a big black man repeatedly trampled on the head and body of a small Asian woman, another black man was witnessing and shutting his glass door. The big black man who did the inhuman thing could be identified because it was live on TV. But the big black man was never reported and prosecuted. I also saw some black men and women on TV robbing and looting an Asian store, none of them was prosecuted. This is the great travesty of justice in America.

Japan, under protection of America, has never fulfilled its obligations as an unconditional surrendered war crime nation. Japan has never paid its reparations and compensations for genocide, slave labors, and sex slavery. On top of them, Japan boldly and outrageously recently dumped nuclear waste waters on Pacific in spite of oppositions by many nations.

The Ukraine war is an American proxy war against Russia. NATO and QUAD should be abolished because they exist only for war. The Ukrainian nincompoop and puppet receives so much money, ammunition, arms, weapons, tanks and jet fighters; he does not want to have peace talk, he does not care how many Ukrainians have died and fled. The ICC does not issue a warrant to arrest him because he in under US protection.

America for self-fish reason wants to decouple from China. It is like American toxic trains derail in many cities, they only bring disaster to America. In spite of American oppression, suppression, obstruction, and

sanction since 1949, China has achieved many spectacular successes recognized by the whole world. If left alone, very soon China will surpass America. But America has nothing to worry because China does not want to be like America. China is seeking a just and lasting peace like the great President Richard Nixon. For that reason, President Xi has a vision of a shared destiny with all nations, shared responsibility and joint efforts to build a better and peaceful world. Why American leaders and politicians consider China a national threat is unthinkable, unreasonable, and unacceptable.

IV. ALLIANCE OF PEACE

The world cannot have security without peace. NATO

and QUAD only bring wars, not security. America even with the greatest nuclear weapons is a very insecure nation in spite of its political and military alliances. The world cannot have development without peace. All backward, poor, and unproductive nations must first embrace the vision of shared destiny, shared responsibility, and joint efforts to develop and build a better world.

Come, nations and peoples of the world, never again learn war. Come, let us walk in the light of the Lord.

It is imperative that China and Russia make a formal alliance of peace. Why? China and Russia do not need to make a formal alliance of peace for themselves. They already stand together for peace.

Under the new world order, the way of shared destiny, shared responsibility and joint efforts to develop a better world requires China and Russia to make a formal alliance of peace. But China and Russia must make a formal alliance of peace for the nations, leaders and peoples of the world. They must know that China and Russia like the great President Richard Nixon who sought a just and lasting peace for the world. The world needs to know that China and Russia choose peace and not war. Most nations in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Middle East will respond to the call for peace and strongly support it. This is the only way I see the plan will have a chance to succeed.

If you have peace in mind, all the defense budgets, weapon costs, military drills and spying activities are absolutely unnecessary. If the alliance of peace fails, the end result is nuclear war and the end of the world. There are strategists so-called particularly in America who facetiously and openly advocate a nuclear war to win against Russia and China. You must know the truth and do not be deceived by Western media: In a nuclear war not only there will be no winners, there will be also no survivors no matter where you live. It is my prayer that the good Lord will give wisdom to the right leaders and politicians and the peoples of the world. There is no other way.

Deu 30:15-19, “See, I have placed before you today life and happiness, and death and adversity,

in that I am commanding you today to love the LORD your God, to walk in His ways and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, so that you may live and become numerous, and that the LORD your God may bless you in the land where

you are entering to take possession of it.

But if your heart turns away and you will not obey, but allow yourself to be led astray and you worship

other gods and serve them, I declare to you today

that you will certainly perish. You will not prolong

your days in the land where you are crossing the Jordan to enter and take possession of it. I call

Heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have placed before you life and death, the blessing

and the curse. So choose life in order that you may

live, you and your descendants.”

When you perish, whatever race you are does not matter. When you perish, whatever ideology you hold does not matter. It matters if you choose peace and life for yourself and your descendants now. It is my hope and prayer that the leaders and politicians and peoples of the world will have the vision, wisdom to choose life of peace. The choice is yours!

Please get ready to meet your God, no matter what comes.
